FIRST ON FOX: Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) confirmed to Fox News that it has arrested a lawful permanent U.S. resident for alleged crimes related to Haitian gang activity and immigration fraud."On July 17, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcements Homeland Security Investigations arrested Pierre Reginald Boulos, a lawful permanent resident of the U.S. and citizen of Haiti, for violating the Immigration and Nationality Act contributing to the destabilization of Haiti," ICE told Fox.Boulos is accused of contributing to violence and gang support in Haiti, which ICE says destabilized the country and could have "serious adverse foreign policy consequences for the United States.""The Department of State has determined that certain individuals with U.S. lawful permanent resident status have supported and collaborated with Haitian gang leaders connected to Viv Ansanm, a Haitian foreign terrorist organization," a release from ICE stated. A judge on Monday temporarily blocked the Trump administration from stripping Medicaid funds from Planned Parenthood after Congress and President Donald Trump agreed to partially defund the nonprofit through passage of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act.Judge Indira Talwani of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts said in her order partially granting a preliminary injunction that the bill unconstitutionally punishes Planned Parenthood member organizations that do not provide abortions.The injunction will risk "at most minimal harmfinancial or otherwise" to the Trump administration while the lawsuit proceeds," Talwani, an Obama appointee, wrote.SENATE PARLIAMENTARIAN OKS BAN ON PLANNED PARENTHOOD FEDERAL FUNDING IN TRUMP MEGABILLTalwanis order arose from a lawsuit brought by Planned Parenthood, the nation's largest abortion provider, over the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, a massive budget bill that passed Congress this month with no Democrat support. However, several outlets reported that Fugate was the head of DHSs Center for Prevention Programs and Partnerships (CP3). The family of a Long Island man who tragically died in a freak MRI-related accident is claiming that the technician is at fault for their loved one's death.The incident occurred at Nassau Open MRI in Westbury on Wednesday afternoon, where Keith McAllister, 61, was pulled into the machine by its powerful magnetic force and remained stuck for nearly an hour before being freed.McAllister had accompanied his wife, Adrienne Jones-McAllister, who was undergoing a knee scan at the facility.According to their daughter, Samantha Bodden, the MRI technician left the room during the procedure to get McAllister to assist his wife, but failed to warn him about the danger of wearing metal near the machine.FREAK ACCIDENT AT THE BEACH SENDS TEEN TO ICU AS MOM WARNS OF WATERFRONT DANGERBodden also addressed media reports suggesting McAllister shouldn't have been in the room, clarifying that the technician had invited him in."Several news stations are saying he wasnt authorized to be in the room when in fact, he was because the technician went and brought him into the room," Bodden wrote.In a GoFundMe post set up to raise funds for funeral expenses, Bodden wrote that the magnetic field instantly pulled him in due to the chain he was wearing.She detailed that both her mother and the technician tried unsuccessfully to free McAllister before calling the police for assistance.DENTIST WAS PREVIOUSLY ON PROBATION BEFORE TREATING 9-YEAR-OLD GIRL WHO DIED AFTER ANESTHESIA"My mother and the tech tried for several minutes to release him before the police were called," Bodden wrote. Anson died in 2020 at age 79.Fox News Digital reached out to Buckingham Palace and Archewell, which handles the offices of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, for comment. It's understood that the claims being made cannot be verified."Lady Elizabeth told me that the queen felt her once-close relationship with her grandson would never be the same again," Nicholl wrote. "She couldnt understand how Harry, who had loved his military career and been devoted to duty, could change the way he did, Lady Elizabeth told me back in 2020. Its so sad that at her age, having managed the most amazing reign, it has been sullied.
