Trump DHS issues stark warning to Dems harassing ICE agents: Not playing games
The Trump Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is warning Democrats and leftists doxxing ICE agents and impeding immigration enforcement operations that it is "not playing games."In response to an online video of a Democratic state representative in Tennessee allegedly stalking ICE agents, DHS said, "This Administration is not playing games with the lives and safety of our ICE officers."The DHS statement claimed that "people doxxing our officers and impeding ICE operations are siding with vicious cartels, human traffickers, and violent criminals."The statement came in response to a video posted on social media by Rep. Andy Ogles, R-Tenn., allegedly showing Tennessee Democratic state Rep. Aftyn Behn "stalking" ICE agents in the Nashville area.HOUSE GOP TARGETS ANOTHER DEM OFFICIAL ACCUSED OF BLOCKING ICE AMID DELANEY HALL FALLOUTThe video appears to show Behn and another woman in a car saying they were following and "bullying the ICE vehicles and state troopers.""This is a win," Behn said, laughing.Ogles said that Behn and her companion were "openly admitting they were trying to stall law enforcement from stopping illegal aliens." Ogles said "this isnt just reckless, its aiding and abetting."In response to the incident, DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin told Fox News Digital "attacks and demonization of ICE have resulted in officers facing a 413% increase in assaults."McLaughlin said DHS "has the ability to trace phone numbers and track location information" and that "any individual who participates in the doxxing of our brave federal immigration agents will be identified and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law."ACTING ICE DIRECTOR DEMANDS TIM WALZ APOLOGIZE FOR CALLING AGENTS MODERN-DAY GESTAPODHS and the U.S. Secret Service served a search warrant May 1 on the home of a Los Angeles resident accused of posting fliers in various Southern California neighborhoods with the names, photos, phone numbers and locations of ICE officers working in the region.Earlier this year, anti-ICE activists began putting up posters featuring the personal information of ICE and Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) officers working in the Los Angeles and Southern California area. The posters include the faces of several ICE agents and say, "These armed agents work in Southern California. ICE and HSI racially terrorize and criminalize entire communities with their policies. They kidnap people from their homes and from the streets, separating families and fracturing communities. Many people have died while locked up in jails, prisons, and detention centers."CLICK HERE FOR MORE IMMIGRATION COVERAGEAbigail Jackson, a spokesperson for the White House, told Fox News Digital that "whether its Tim Walz slandering ICE officers as Nazis or members of Congress physically assaulting them, the Democrat party is truly unhinged, and their dangerous behavior is putting lives at risk.WATCH: DEMOCRAT LAWMAKER CHARGED WITH ASSAULTING FEDERAL AGENTS LAUGHS OFF FUNDRAISING QUESTIONS"They are defending illegal terrorists and attacking those who are keeping Americans safe," Jackson added, noting the administration "will hold anyone accountable who commits a crime against [federal law enforcement officials]."Behn did not respond to Fox News Digitals request for comment.

Illinois town moves to seize Pope Leo XIV's childhood home through eminent domain, convert to historic site
The Illinois town where Pope Leo XIVs boyhood home stands is planning to acquire the residence through eminent domain laws despite it being currently up for sale. The home's current owner is reportedly trying to sell the home, but may have little choice over the matter. Under Illinois law, the village has first choice on the property through eminent domain, according to Attorney Burt Odelson who represents the Village of Dolton, Fox Chicago reported. The city can acquire the home through eminent domain, the government's ability to take private property for public purposes."The village of Dolton intends to purchase this home either through direct purchase or through their eminent domain powers," Odelson told Misha Haghani, the CEO and founder of Paramount Realty USA, in a letter dated Tuesday that was provided to Fox News Digital.PRESIDENT TRUMP CALLS FIRST AMERICAN POPE LEO XIV AN HONOR FOR US, VERY HAPPYThe Village of Dolton has the right to purchase the three-bedroom, three-bathroom home even if another buyer is willing to pay a higher price, the letter states."We will do what the archdiocese thinks is best to preserve the home so that everybody, not just in Dolton or the South suburbs, but worldwide, can come to his home," Odelson told Fox Chicago.Village officials are working with the Chicago Archdiocese to turn the home into a historic site that can be visited by the public, Odelson said in his letter.CARDINAL ROBERT PREVOST ANNOUNCED AS FIRST AMERICAN POPE, TAKING NAME LEO XIVThe house was built in 1949 and measures 1,050 square feet, while the lot on the property is just under 5,000 square feet. The current owner purchased the home for roughly $66,000 Odelson said. The home was renovated this year before going on the market."It was on the market for $199,000 and then Pope Leo was made pope, and he took it off the market. And then there was silence," Odelson explained. The reserve price is $250,000, according to the Paramount Realty USA auction website, where the home is listed for sale."Born Robert Francis Prevost, Pope Leo XIV made history as the first American pope upon his election in May 2025. His childhood home is being offered for sale via private auction," the description of the home states. "Located in a suburb of Chicago, Illinois, this modest brick home was owned by the Prevost family for nearly 50 years and served as the foundation of a life that would lead to the Vatican."Bids will be accepted through June 18, according to the listing. However, Odelson addressed a letter to Misha Haghani, the CEO and founder of Paramount Realty USA that said it could stall the sale before it ever hits the auction block."Please inform any prospective buyers that their purchase may only be temporary since the Village intends to begin the eminent domain process very shortly," he wrote.Fox News Digital has reached out to Paramount Realty USA.

Anti-Israel protesters torch diplomas outside Columbia University on graduation day
A group of keffiyeh-wearing anti-Israel protesters ripped up and burned diplomas outside Columbia University on Wednesday shortly after a graduation ceremony at the Ivy League institution, while unruly demonstrators also tangled with police.Chaos erupted outside the university when the protesters many of whom had their faces covered with masks torched diplomas in food trays next to a sign that read "Free Mahmoud Khalil," the former student who was arrested by immigration agents in March and whom the Trump administration is trying to deport."Free, free Palestine," and "Youre committing genocide," the protesters yelled in the rain to the sound of drums. At least three people could be seen ripping up diplomas, although only one of them was wearing a Columbia blue robe. The group was surrounded by older demonstrators who didnt appear to be students and others holding signs indicating they were alumni of the university.MOOD FLIPS AT COLUMBIA U AFTER QUASHING OF LATEST PROTEST, TRUMP PRESSURE TAKES HOLDPolice moved in and put out the flames, making one arrest, the NYPD said.Later, protesters clashed with police across the street from the entrance to Columbia. California girls' track athlete opens up on losing 1st-place title to trans competitor
A high school track meet in Southern California became the latest flashpoint in the state's ongoing conflict with President Donald Trump's administration over trans athletes in girls' sports. There, multiple girls' competitors fell shy of first place to a biologically male trans athlete. The California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) Southern Section Final on Saturday saw the trans athlete take first place in the triple jump and long jump. The second-place finisher in the long jump was Katie McGuinness of La Canada High School.McGuinness recounted the experience of losing to the trans athlete in an interview on Fox News' "America Reports.""I remember thinking to myself, OK, I need to get a big jump," McGuinness said.CLICK HERE FOR MORE SPORTS COVERAGE ON FOXNEWS.COM"I ran down the runway and I landed and I watched them measure my mark, and it was 18.9," she said. "And I just remember thinking that there was nothing else that I could do. That was it. And I was honestly very discouraged, and I'm a high school senior and winning CIF has always been a goal of mine, and I wasn't able to compete with someone who was genetically different than me."McGuinness made her overall stance on the issue clear."There are just certain genetic advantages that biological males have that biological girls don't," she said. "Frankly, I just can't stand for that."The second-place finisher to the trans athlete in triple jump, Reese Hogan of Crean Lutheran High School, made it a point to stand on the first-place podium spot for a quick and symbolic photo op. Footage of Hogan taking the top podium spot after the trans athlete stepped off went viral on social media over the weekend.Hogan had just competed against the trans athlete in the prelims a week earlier. At that event, Hogan also came in behind the trans athlete in the triple jump, finishing third, and would have placed one spot higher were it not for the trans athlete. But Hogan did finish ahead of the trans athlete in the high jump."It's just kind of sad just watching. He's obviously a really talented athlete, we've all seen him jump and stuff, and I wish him the best of luck, but in a boys' division," Hogan previously told Fox News Digital about competing against the athlete. "It's pretty obvious the certain advantages that he has, and it's obviously just sad as a woman to watch that."TEEN GIRLS OPEN UP ON TRANS-ATHLETE SCANDAL THAT TURNED THEIR HIGH SCHOOL INTO CULTURE WAR BATTLEGROUNDHogan also spoke at a press conference to protest the trans athlete at the prelims and wore a shirt that read, "Protect Girls Sports.""It was nothing against the athlete itself, it was just an issue of fairness," Hogan previously said. "Nothing that we can do, no amount of training, no amount of hours that we put in, we could never achieve the same amount of advantages that a man can have."The CIF track and field postseason has been overshadowed by the controversy involving the trans athlete, garnering national scrutiny against the CIF and California Gov. Gavin Newsom. A U.S. Department of Education spokesperson sent a warning to the state in the days leading up to the CIF Southern Section final, referencing previous reports that CIF officials made competitors remove their Protect Girls Sports shirts."CIFs and Jurupa Valley High Schools apparent flouting of federal civil rights law by allowing a male athlete to compete in a female California track and field [Southern Sectional Division 3 final] this Saturday, and the alleged retaliation against the girls who are protesting this, is indefensible," Julie Hartman, a Department of Education spokesperson, told Fox News Digital. The CIF is already under a federal Title IX investigation over the state's trans-inclusion practices. The U.S. Department of Education launched an investigation against CIF in February after President Donald Trump signed the Keeping Men Out of Women's Sports executive order. The CIF was one of the first high school sports leagues in the country to announce it would defy the order.Newsom, in a February episode of his podcast, said he believes trans athletes competing in girls' sports is "deeply unfair" but has not taken any steps as governor to change the state's policies. The state has had a law in place that allows trans athletes to compete with females since 2014."California Gov. Gavin Newsom, who, in a startling moment of moral clarity, recently remarked that it was deeply unfair for men to compete in womens sports," Hartman continued. "Where is Gov. Newsom now? With or without the governor, the Trump administrations Department of Educations commitment is unwavering: We will not allow institutions to trample upon womens civil rights. OCRs (Office of Civil Rights) investigation into CIF continues with vigor."The trans athlete represents Jurupa Valley High School. The Jurupa Unified School District provided a statement to Fox News Digital in response to the Department of Education's statement."JUSD continues to follow both California law and CIF policy regarding school athletics. Both state law and CIF policy currently require that students be permitted to participate in athletic teams and competitions consistent with their gender identity, irrespective of the gender listed on the pupil's records. JUSD remains committed to protecting the rights and safety of the students we serve, in accordance with applicable state and federal laws," the statement reads.Follow Fox News Digitals sports coverage on X, and subscribe to the Fox News Sports Huddle newsletter.

Tom Homan applauds big beautiful bill, says legislation would solidify the success at the border
In an exclusive interview with Fox News Digital,Trump border czar Tom Homan outlined the progress that has been made at the border, and detailed how the presidents "big beautiful bill" could solidify items that have improved border security."All those accessories on the border, we can lock it in to make it permanent," Homan explained. "So we're going to put more border walls up. We'll put more water buoys in. That's going to save lives, right, because people see the water buoys, you can't get over them, which many people won't attempt to go into that river, which means we save lives."According todata from the Customs and Border Patrol (CBP), apprehensions at the border are down 93% from April 2024 to April 2025 under the Trump administration. Fulfilling the presidents campaign promise to reign in the heightened flow of illegal immigrants has been one of the administrations top priorities, and Homan told Fox the "big beautiful bill" will "solidify the success" the numbers are already illustrating.BORDER CZAR TOM HOMAN SAYS DEMOCRAT LAMONICA MCIVER 'BROKE THE LAW,' SHOULD BE CHARGED FOR ICE CLASH"[The bill] is going to save lives," Homan said. "It's going to add technology to the existing new border wall that the Biden administration didn't put into the wall. So, it's a smart wall, but Biden stopped the tech equipment from getting embedded in the wall to let us know when someone approaches that wall, climbs the wall, digs under that wall."Trumps border czar also pointed out an important element of the legislation, which provides funding for the U.S.Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to purchase beds for illegal migrants who are detained."Right now we've got 50,000 people in custody. We're only funded for $34,000. ICE is already in a hole at $500 million. We need 100,000 beds. This bill does that."INSIDE TRUMP'S URGENT MEETING WITH HOUSE GOP TO PASS THE 'BIG, BEAUTIFUL BILL'The presidents "big beautiful bill" contains many components of Trumps agenda, including border security, tax policy, debt limit, and defense spending. It has had issues making it through the legislative process as some House Republicans have advocated for provisions such as state and local tax (SALT) deduction caps and spending cuts.President Trumpspoke out strongly against any cuts to Medicaid or SALT deduction caps during his visit to Capitol Hill to rally support for the bill on Tuesday. As for the border, GOP members whose districts line the southern border spoke out in support of the legislation."It may be a big and beautiful bill, but it has the muscle and backbone of historic border security and the ability to deport the millions of criminal illegals Joe Biden let walk into our country," Congressman Darrell Issa, R-California, told Fox News Digital.ACTING ICE DIRECTOR DEMANDS TIM WALZ APOLOGIZE FOR CALLING AGENTS MODERN-DAY GESTAPOTexas Republican Rep. Tony Gonalzes, who represents the largest border district in Congress, also highlighted border elements of the legislation."These are exactly the priorities I have fought tooth and nail for during the last four years, and Im proud to see were finally getting it done," Gonzales told Fox News Digital. "My communities along the border will be much better off, and Im proud to have played a key part in making that happen."CLICK HERE TO GET THE FOX NEWS APPDespite some GOP enthusiasm, sources on Capitol Hill say there is still a long way to go before the piece of legislation reaches the presidents desk.

Shedeur Sanders dives into relationship with fellow Browns rookie quarterback Dillon Gabriel
Shedeur Sanders and Dillon Gabriel are both battling for the same exact thing: to be the Cleveland Browns' future. The Browns took both quarterbacks in last month's NFL Draft. Perhaps the more shocking selection of the two was the fact that Gabriel was taken in the third round as Sanders' unprecedented slide continued. With Sanders, once considered even a top-three overall pick, still available in the fifth round, Cleveland snagged him.CLICK HERE FOR MORE SPORTS COVERAGE ON FOXNEWS.COMIt's a crowded quarterback room in Cleveland, which also features Deshaun Watson, Joe Flacco and Kenny Pickett. And one may imagine that with two rookies, both of whom are somewhat highly touted, things could be awkward. But that is not the case for Sanders and Gabriel."Everythings been cool," Sanders told SportsCasting. "Hes a cool person. I like how he handles situations, especially just the negative media thats coming his way. Im just happy hes positive. Hes able to handle everything. Were truly cool."Sanders added that they are "for sure" learning from one another in practice.JALEN HURTS MAINTAINS HE 'WASN'T AVAILABLE' FOR EAGLES' WHITE HOUSE VISITGabriel, Cam Ward, Jaxson Dart, Tyler Shough and Jalen Milroe were all taken ahead of Sanders. The ex-Oregon quarterback said during rookie minicamp that he "love[s]" having Sanders as a teammate."You know, I love it because of who it is. I think just for us both, you can learn from one another," he said. "But also, its not just us two in the room. At least for now [during rookie minicamp] it is, but, you know, going into the year, Kenny, Joe and even Deshaun, just a bunch of guys who played a bunch of ball that we can all learn from one another."He also dismissed a question about him getting the first snaps of camp (something head coach Kevin Stefanski said to not "look into")."I think the more questions I get asked like that, it just divides the team," he said. "For me, were in a room full of not just us Kenny, Joe and Deshaun. For us, we know how important a healthy QB room is. But also, a team that you want to be a part of. How do you create an environment every single day where everybody can be their best? Thats just pushing one another, which talent naturally does. Naturally, its healthy. GOP outperformed Dems on voter registration in key battleground states, new analysis reveals
FIRST ON FOX: Republicans outperformed Democrats on voter registration in four key battleground states between the 2020 and 2024 presidential elections, according to research by the American Associationof Political Consultants (AAPC).The bipartisan political consultant non-profit teamed up with analysts from Data Trust, a conservative organization, and Target Smart, which has aligned with Democrats in past election cycles. Compiling data from the 2020 and 2024 elections in Arizona, North Carolina, Nevada and Pennsylvania, the research suggests a national shift in voter registration toward the Republican Party."We wanted a bipartisan analysis because there are so many conventional wisdoms this election challenged," Larry Huynh of Trilogy Interactive and Democrat AAPC Board President said. "The data was pretty clear that the Democrats were caught off guard with voter registration and turnout efforts and failed to mount a sufficiently compelling counter-effort to compete. We should all learn from this and take a deeper dive into our voter registration and turnout operations."AAPC unveiled the research this week during the 2025 Pollie Awards, a political communications awards program, in Colorado Springs, Colo.FOX NEWS VOTER ANALYSIS: HOW TRUMP REGAINED THE WHITE HOUSE"The Trump campaign and the Republican Party deserve considerable recognition for their voter registration success and turnout efforts and the party should try to build on these successes," Kyle Roberts of AdImpact and the incoming Republican AAPC Board President told Fox News Digital.BIDEN AIDE INTIMIDATED REPORTER INVESTIGATING FORMER PRESIDENT'S MENTAL DECLINE WITH 'TACIT THREAT:' BOOKFrom 2020 to 2024, the bipartisan political analysis found the share of registered Democrat voters dropped in all four battleground states. Meanwhile, the share of registered unaffiliated and Republican voters increased in Arizona, North Carolina, Nevada and Pennsylvania, according to the data compiled by Data Trust and Target Smart. In three out of four of the states analyzed, unaffiliated voters accounted for the largest electoral increase. Democrats saw the largest electoral drop between 2020 and 2024 across the four battleground states, following the same trend as voter registration.Voter turnout across party lines dropped in three out of the four battleground states analyzed, the data revealed. And while Democrat turnout dropped more than Republican turnout in those three states, the difference was less than a percentage point in every state but Arizona.Data Trust and Target Smart also analyzed trends across demographic groups, including Black, Hispanic and rural voters. The overall increase in Republican registration, turnout and electoral growth was consistent across the demographic groups analyzed.President Donald Trump won all seven battleground states in 2024 Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. Republicans maintained control of the House of Representatives and won back the Senate.70% of voters believed the country was on the wrong track and wanted change in the 2024 presidential election, according to Fox News Voter Analysis. The economy and immigration were top issues as Trump tied inflation to President Joe Biden's administration and vowed to secure the border on his first day in office. As AAPC seeks to analyze Republicans' inroads with swing state voters in 2024, Democrats are facing their own reckoning this week as a new book reveals the alleged "cover-up" of Biden's cognitive decline.CNN anchor Jake Tapper and Axios political correspondent Alex Thompson's book, "Original Sin: President Bidens Decline, Its Cover-Up, and His Disastrous Choice to Run Again," released on Tuesday, paints an unflattering picture of Democrats' losses in 2024.While political commentators focus on what Democrats did wrong in 2024, AAPC's new data reveals what Republicans did right on voter registration and turnout.CLICK HERE TO GET THE FOX NEWS APPThe Republican National Committee (RNC) opened "Black Americans for Trump" and "Latino Americans for Trump" offices across the battleground states in 2024, seeking to expand their reach among traditionally Democrat voting blocs.Over 160,000 volunteers joined the RNC's "Protect the Vote" efforts on election integrity in 2024, which included more than 100 lawsuits and recruiting poll watchers across the country. Seizing on Republicans' election distrust following Trump's loss in 2020, the RNC built a coalition of supporters across the country that propelled voters to the polls and landed Trump a win in 2024.
