Former Michigan Army National Guard member charged with plotting mass shooting at Army base on behalf of ISIS
A former Michigan Army National Guard member was arrested for allegedly planning a mass shooting at a military base on behalf of the Islamic State terrorist group, the Justice Department announced Wednesday.Ammar Abdulmajid-Mohamed Said, 19, was taken into custody Tuesday after he traveled to an area near the U.S. Armys Tank-Automotive & Armaments Command (TACOM) facility at the Detroit Arsenal in Warren, Michigan, and "launched his drone in support of the attack plan," officials said."I recommend everyone have about seven magazines because you dont want to be in there and run out of ammo," Said allegedly told an undercover FBI agent in the leadup to the foiled plot, according to a criminal complaint.Said is now facing charges of attempting to provide material support to a foreign terrorist organization and distributing information related to a destructive device. He faces a maximum penalty of 20 years per count if convicted.ABBEY GATE TERROR SUSPECT'S MUGSHOT REVEALED AS HE MAKES FIRST FEDERAL COURT APPEARANCE"This defendant is charged with planning a deadly attack on a U.S. military base here at home for ISIS," Sue J. Bai, head of the Justice Departments National Security Division, said in a statement. "Thanks to the tireless efforts of law enforcement, we foiled the attack before lives were lost. We will not hesitate to bring the full force of the Department to find and prosecute those who seek to harm our men and women in the military and to protect all Americans."The Justice Department said that in April, "two undercover officers indicated they intended to carry out Saids plan at the direction of ISIS" and "in response, Said provided material assistance to the attack plan, including providing armor-piercing ammunition and magazines for the attack, flying his drone over TACOM to conduct operational reconnaissance, training the undercover employees on firearms and the construction of Molotov cocktails for use during the attack, and planning numerous details of the attack including how to enter TACOM and which building to target."7 TIMES ISIS HAS INSPIRED TERROR ATTACKS ON US SOILThe criminal complaint stated that around June 2024, Said started communicating with an undercover FBI agent whom he had thought was a fellow ISIS supporter."During the course of their interactions, which were audio- and/or video-recorded, Said described his longstanding desire to engage in violent jihad, either by traveling to ISIS-held territory abroad or by carrying out an attack in the United States," the complaint said."On July 18, 2024, FBI agents executed a search warrant for Saids iPhone by performing a covert search of that device... when SAID provided it to personnel with the Michigan Army National Guard prior to boarding a military aircraft. During that search, FBI agents identified a Facebook message exchange (in Arabic) that took place on or about October 5, 2023, between Said and another Facebook user located in the Palestinian territories," the complaint continued."In that Facebook message exchange, Said stated, I want to go for Jihad, and the other Facebook user replied, Talk to me on Telegram. Agents also determined during the search that Said was a member of multiple channels in the encrypted messaging application Telegram, one of which contained videos and images with ISIS flags," it also said. The complaint noted that Said enlisted in the Michigan Army National Guard in September 2022 and attended basic training at Fort Moore in Georgia. He later reported to the Michigan Army National Guard Taylor Armory before being discharged around December 2024.The FBIs Joint Terrorism Task Force is leading the investigation into the case.

Vance sears US leaders turning police into 'enemies'
American leaders bear responsibility for vilifying police officers, following the death of a sheriffs deputy who was "mowed down by a bloodthirsty criminal" in Cincinnati, according to Vice President JD Vance.Vance said that supporting law enforcement requires both policy and moral leadership, while he remembered Hamilton County, Ohio, Special Deputy Larry Henderson during a law enforcement breakfast Wednesday at the vice presidents residence."Larry Henderson lost his life because he was doing his job and keeping people safe," Vance said Wednesday. "And when I think about why that senseless crime happened, obviously you've got to place blame on the guy who committed the crime."But I also think a lot of the blame falls on American leadership, who for too long, have made our police officers out to be enemies, instead of the great public servants that all of us know that they are," he said.ENOUGH IS ENOUGH: GOP SENATOR UNLEASHES BILL WITH SEVERE CONSEQUENCES FOR HARMING POLICEA car hit Henderson while he directed traffic near the University of Cincinnati during a graduation ceremony on May 2.Rodney Hinton faces charges of aggravated murder, and authorities claim he deliberately drove into Henderson after police officers shot and killed Hintons 18-year-old son May 1. Hintons son was allegedly armed and in the middle of fleeing the scene of a stolen vehicle investigation when he was shot.Hinton pleaded not guilty to the charges Tuesday, and a judge set the trial date for February 2026.Hinton "intentionally murdered a retired deputy who was working special duty at a graduation just because he was a police officer," according to the Ohio Fraternal Order of Police President Jay McDonald.Meanwhile, Vance reassured law enforcement officials at the breakfast that President Donald Trump backs them."So know from the president on down, this administration stands behind you guys," Vance said. "We love you guys. We know that you're out there doing a good job for us. And I think that moral leadership matters just as much as the public policy. But from this administration, you're, of course, getting it both."COP KILLER DIES AFTER BOTCHED FIRING SQUAD EXECUTION; WITNESS IN THE ROOM REVEALS HOW IT HAPPENEDVance pointed to a recent executive order Trump signed in April that aims to bolster resources for law enforcement officers, and includes provisions that would provide legal resources for officers who "unjustly" encounter fees tied to their official duties, and said the Trump administration wants to implement reforms that make it easier for police officers to do their jobs."We want to make it harder for people to sue police officers when they're acting appropriately in the line of duty," Vance said. "We want to make sure so that when you guys are out there keeping us safe and youre of course worried about all the bad guys, youre also not worried about bureaucrats in Washington, D.C., preventing you from doing the job that the American people need you to do."POLICE GROUP SLAMS GOFUNDME FOR OHIO FATHER ACCUSED OF KILLING DEPUTY LARRY HENDERSONHendersons death has prompted lawmakers to initiate reform.Sen. Bernie Moreno, R-Ohio, introduced the Larry Henderson Act into the Senate Monday, which would require those found guilty of assaulting a federal law enforcement officer to serve at least a 20-year sentence. That is up from the one to eight years in prison currently in place."Enough is enough," Moreno said in a Monday statement. "Anyone who assaults one of our men or women in blue needs to face severe consequences, period."During National Police Week, Vance is also scheduled to speak at the 44th annual National Peace Officers Memorial Service Thursday at the U.S. Capitol.Fox News Andrew Mark Miller contributed to this report.

Jake Tapper admits he didn't cover Biden's cognitive decline enough, claims to 'look back on it with humility'
CNN anchor Jake Tapper is now admitting he didn't provide enough coverage of former President Joe Biden's cognitive decline as his reporting during the previous administration draws scrutiny from critics.Tapper appeared on his network Wednesday morning while promoting his new book, "Original Sin: President Biden's Decline, Its Cover-Up, and His Disastrous Choice to Run Again," set to be released next week. He was asked what he made of his conservative critics who've been speaking out against him and the rest of the media over their lack of coverage exposing Biden's mental acuity while he was in office."I think some of the criticism is fair, to be honest, of me," Tapper responded. "Certainly I'm not going to speak for anybody else, but knowing then what I know now, I look back at my coverage during the Biden years and I did cover some of these issues, but not enough. I look back on it with humility."JAKE TAPPER'S PAST COVERAGE OF BIDEN'S COGNITIVE DECLINE UNDER SCRUTINY AHEAD OF HIS NEW BOOKTapper went on to say that he and his co-author Alex Thompson learned through their reporting after the election that there were "two Bidens" around 2019-2020, one that was "perfectly workable" and the other one being "non-functioning." The latter, Tapper said, "reared his head increasingly" throughout his presidency."And look, while it was very important and I'm not dismissing the coverage of Biden tripping on stage or falling off his bike, that was obviously indicative of something serious that was going on I think what we learned about the non-functioning Biden rearing his head increasingly, not being able to come up with the name of George Clooney, not being able to come up with the name of top aides in the White House," Tapper told his CNN colleague John Berman."I think that really reveals something even more significant, something even more disturbing, about a president that was not what we, the American people, should expect and be able to demand, which is somebody who is there with it 24/7, there for the 2 A.M. emergency phone call in the middle of the night," Tapper added.SHIELDING BIDEN: JOURNALISTS SHED LIGHT ON THE MEDIA'S COVER-UP OF A WEAKENED PRESIDENTFox News Digital published a report Wednesday that outlined the coverage he dedicated to Biden leading up to his disastrous debate performance that forced him out of the 2024 presidential race. His most aggressive coverage took place in February 2024 in the wake of Biden's press conference responding in outrage to the Hur report. Special Counsel Robert Hur declined to bring charges against Biden in the classified documents case because he determined a jury would not convict someone perceived as an "elderly man with a poor memory," based on his interview with investigators. In interviews with Biden during the 2020 campaign and during his presidency, Tapper broached the subject of his age. However, he pumped the brakes on covering Biden's cognitive decline in the heat of the 2024 election cycle, avoiding coverage of the viral moments showing Biden freezing or wandering off, which at the time the Biden White House dubbed "cheap fakes."Tapper similarly ignored Biden's "Where's Jackie?" gaffe from September 2022 when he called out for the late Rep. Jackie Walorski, R-Ind., at an event honoring her memory after she died in a tragic car accident weeks prior.EX-CNN JOURNALIST SPEAKS OUT ON BIDEN COVER-UP, SAYS WHITE HOUSE AIDES MADE IT DIFFICULT ON PRESSTapper also repeatedly defended Biden from his critics. In September 2023, Tapper asserted that Biden was mentally "sharp" while discussing Nikki Haley demanding cognitive tests for older politicians, suggesting that questions swirling around the president were only about whether he was "physically" able to do the job.And in March 2024, following Biden's high-energy State of the Union address filled with shouting and attacking Republicans, Tapper took a swipe at the president's conservative critics who previously accused him of being "weak" and "senile.""He certainly seemed like an 81-year-old, but he didn't seem incapable of doing the job," Tapper told his panel before dismissing "Weekend at Bernie's" comparisons from the right.A spokesperson for CNN strongly pushed back at the notion that Tapper offered insufficient coverage of the Biden scandal before the debate."Jake Tapper is a veteran journalist whose tenacious and thorough reporting has held those in power to account on both sides of the aisle for decades," the spokesperson told Fox News Digital. "He fairly and accurately covered Senator, Vice President and President Biden through years of dogged Washington reporting, hitting every high and low of the former presidents political career."The CNN spokesperson continued, "From the campaign in 2020 to 2024 when he dropped out, Jake raised concerns about President Bidens mental stamina on his shows, questioned Biden officials directly about his health on air, and consistently encouraged open discussion and debate on the issue."Fox News' Hanna Panreck contributed to this report.

Republicans urge Trump to follow through on his plan to dismantle Iran's nuclear capabilities
FIRST ON FOX: Congressional Republicansare urging President Donald Trump to remain committed to a hardline Iran strategy, calling for the complete dismantlement of the regimes nuclear enrichment capabilities in a letter that drew wide support. The U.S. "cannot afford" an agreement like the 2015 nuclear deal under then-President Barack Obama that "buys time" for Iran to quietly continue its nuclear program, the letter, signed by over 200 members of Congress, stated.Iran must give up its uranium enrichment capacity entirely even for energy purposes, the lawmakers wrote. Their letter was spearheaded by Sens. Pete Ricketts, R-Neb., and House Republican Study Committee Chair Rep. August Pfluger, R-Texas. It is signed by every GOP senator except libertarian-minded Rand Paul, R-Ky., and 177 Republican House members."The scope and breadth of Irans nuclear buildout have made it impossible to verify any new deal that allows Iran to continue enriching uranium," the letter read. "The regime must give up any capacity for enrichment."4TH ROUND OF US-IRAN TALKS ENDS AS TRUMP SET TO EMBARK ON HISTORIC MIDDLE EAST TOURThe lawmakers praised Trump's withdrawal from the 2015 Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) during his first term and his administrations "maximum pressure" campaign."We cannot afford another agreement that enables Iran to play for time, as the JCPOA did," the letter stated. "The Iranian regime should know that the administration has Congressional backing to ensure their ability to enrich uranium is permanently eliminated.""You and your administration have therefore correctly drawn a red line against a deal that allows Iran to retain any enrichment capacity," the letter said. "Asalways,we stand ready to provide you and your administration whatever resources you need to advance American national security interests."When asked last week if Iran could have a civil enrichment program if it did not produce weapons-grade material that could be used in a bomb, Trump said, "We havent made that decision yet."However, more recently, Special Envoy to the MIddle East Steve Witkoff seemed to draw a red line against the prospect a departure from previous comments.GOP SENATORS: CONGRESS SHOULD VOTE ON TRUMP'S POTENTIAL IRAN NUCLEAR DEAL"An enrichment program can never exist in the state of Iran ever again," Witkoff said in an interview with Breitbart.Last month, Witkoff suggested Iran may be allowed to enrich uranium to low levels."They do not need to enrich past 3.67 percent," Witkoff said. "In some circumstances, theyre at 60 percent. In other circumstances, 20 percent. That cannot be. And you do not need to run as they claim a civil nuclear programme where youre enriching past 3.67 percent," he said on Fox News.Such a demand could complicate talks with Tehran, which has repeatedly asserted its right to a civil nuclear program.Iranian and U.S. officials ended talks in Oman over the weekend on a positive note, despite seemingly remaining at odds over the issue.Iranian Deputy Foreign MinisterMajid Takht-Ravanchi said Tuesday that talks had not delved into the matter yet, but Iran would be open to a temporary restriction on enrichment levels."For a limited period of time, we can accept a series of restrictions on the level and volume of enrichment," said Deputy Foreign Minister Majid Takht-Ravanchi, according to Tassim news agency."We have not yet gone into details about the level and volume of enrichment."Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Aragchi said Saturday that enriching uranium was "non-negotiable" in any sort of deal."If the goal of the negotiations is to deprive Iran of its nuclear rights, I state clearly that Iran will not back down from any of its rights," Aragchi said, according to state media."Iran continues negotiations in good faith, and if the goal of these talks is to ensure the non-acquisition of nuclear weapons, an agreement is possible. However, if the aim is to limit Irans nuclear rights, Iran will never retreat from its rights."Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian on Sunday added that calls to dismantle Tehran's nuclear facilities were "unacceptable," and, "Iran will not give up its peaceful nuclear rights under any circumstances and will not back down from its rights in the face of pressure."Fox News Digital has reached out to the White House for comment.

Tim Tebow reveals stunning John 3:16 connections in Broncos playoff win and Florida national championship
Tim Tebow had a lot of great moments in his football career, but two of his biggest ones came on the same date three years apart: Jan. 8.On Jan. 8, 2009, Tebow led Florida to a 24-14 national championship victory over Oklahoma, the teams second championship in three seasons. On Jan. 8, 2012, Tebows Denver Broncos beat the Pittsburgh Steelers 29-23 in the AFC wild-card round in an overtime thriller. On the first play of overtime, Tebow connected with wide receiver Demaryius Thomas for an 80-yard touchdown to win the game.CLICK HERE FOR MORE SPORTS COVERAGE ON FOXNEWS.COMBeyond the date holding significance to Tebow, what transpired in those football games reaffirmed Tebows faith in God.During Floridas national championship victory in 2009, Tebow wrote "John 3:16" on his eye black that he wore that game. After the Broncos' thrilling comeback over the Steelers three years later, a Broncos PR person made Tebow aware of some statistics that were linked to that Bible verse."Right before I walk in this big room packed full of media (after the game), there's all these curtains out front, and I'm standing in front. Patrick, our PR guy (with the Broncos), stepped in front of me and said, Timmy, do you realize what happened? and I'm like, Yeah we just beat the Steelers we're going to play the Patriots. Like yeah, I know what happened dude, like why (did) you ask me such a silly question, and he goes, No, do you know what happened?" Tebow said during a recent appearance on the "Shawn Ryan Show.""And I'm like, I thought I did, Patrick, what happened? Because you could just see this different demeanor. He said, Timmy, no, you don't know what happened, Timmy, It's exactly three years from the night that you wore John 3:16 under your eyes. And I'm like, Oh wow, that's awesome, that's so cool. And he said No, no, no you don't realize it. Timmy, during the game you threw for 316 yards. And I'm like What?"TIM TEBOW, WIFE PAY VISIT TO TRUMP, FELLOW FLORIDA ALUM MARCO RUBIO IN OVAL OFFICE"And he said, Timmy, during the game your yards per rush were 3.16. Your yards per completion were 31.6. The ratings for the night were 31.6 and the time of possession was 31:06. During the night, over 90 million people have googled John 3:16 It's the number one trending thing all over."Tebow was taken aback as he realized that God had sent him a message."I don't think I had the reaction that a lot of people think I did, because I went from a high and a celebration and a joy to a conviction and a disappointment. Why? Because when (Patrick) was telling me that I knew that God was convicting me, saying, Timmy, you thought tonight was about a game. You thought it was about all of these things. It's never just about a game. I didn't die for a game," Tebow said."And I was so convicted, still grateful that God would use something, but convicted man, my eyes were on the wrong thing, my heart was in the wrong place. I knew You, I knew what You'd done, but still my heart was here, and my eyes were here. I knew the truth, I just wasn't focused on it. I was having all of these selfish ambitions and goals."Tebow explained that he wanted to win the game to prove the doubters wrong, and he wanted to win it for the fans and his family who supported him. However, the quarterback said, those were "selfish" reasons, and that his "eyes" and "heart" were looking at the wrong things.TIM TEBOW TEASES 1ST BABY'S GENDER WITH BLACK-AND-WHITE PHOTOS BEFORE MAKING BIG ANNOUNCEMENTThose "selfish" ambitions took him away from where God needed him to be, and the former Broncos quarterback said verse John 3:16 is the "greatest love story" of all time."That verse means to me, it's if you're going to sum up the love of the Gospel, which I really believe, when we talk about the Gospel, that it is the greatest love story rescue mission of all time. That there is a God that loves us so much that he sent his son to put on flesh to live a life we couldn't live but choose to die a death that we deserve to die as a ransom for us as the propitiation meaning the payment that satisfies and that payment was his life," Tebow said."When we look at John 3:16 for God so loved the world he gave because he loved us so much with this love that, honestly, it's hard to even fathom. But when we talk about that love in Greek, they have four types of love, but the most admirable form of love that love, is agape love. And the best definition of agape love is to choose the best interests of another person and act on their behalf and Jesus chose our best interest.""And he acted on our behalf, and he went to the cross not just for us, but instead of us. And he loved us so much that he gave his one and only son that whosoever would believe in him would not perish but have everlasting life. Man, I know we put it on bumper stickers and eye blacks and signs and games and everything, but we can't lose the essence in the heart of what that means.""That there's a God that created all of this and spoke it into existence like this, and yet that God with all knowledge and all power would say I love you so much that I'm going to give what's so precious for me and my son and I'm going to give him in exchange for you because I love you that much. So, when you think about John 3:16 it's um there's no greater love."Tebow played three seasons in the NFL, two with the Broncos and one with the New York Jets. The former quarterback is soon to have a new title: dad. Tebow and his wife, Demi-Leigh, announced they are expecting their first child, a baby girl, in March.Follow Fox News Digitals sports coverage on X, and subscribe to the Fox News Sports Huddle newsletter.

Former South Carolina clerk in Murdaugh murder trial arrested on multiple felonies
South Carolina authorities on Wednesday morning charged Becky Hill, the former Colleton County court clerk who presided over the Alex Murdaugh murder trial, with multiple felonies. The State Ethics Commission last year accused Hill, 57, of using her official position as Colleton County clerk for financial gain, specifically to promote her book about the Murdaugh case, part of which she admitted to and apologized for plagiarizing. While her charges are not specified, the Colleton County website states that Hill is also under a "hold for South Carolina Law Enforcement Division.""We are aware of the charges filed against Becky Hill, and while these developments are serious, they are not surprising," Dick Harpootlian, Murdaugh's defense attorney, told Fox News Digital in a statement. "We have long raised our concerns about her conduct during and after the trial and this arrest further underscores the need to protect the integrity of the judicial process. Every defendant is entitled to a fair and impartial trial and we look forward to Alex Murdaugh finally getting that fair treatment."SOUTH CAROLINA JUDGE DENIES ALEX MURDAUGH'S REQUEST FOR A NEW MURDER TRIALHill was previously accused of sending herself nearly $10,000 in federal bonuses in the form of child support payments, according to a notice of hearing. She used federal funds to give food and gifts to court employees, including "Easter Goodies," Mother's and Father's Day gifts, and Valentine's Day gifts; paint supplies; flowers and decor; various meals for herself; office furniture; dog food, dog bones and a dog bed, among other items.South Carolina Supreme Court Justice Jean Toal ruled in January 2024 that a new trial was not necessary for Murdaugh, who was convicted in the June 2021 murders of his wife, Maggie, and son, Paul, on his family hunting estate. Murdaugh requested a new hearing based on allegations of jury tampering surrounding Hill, which Murdaugh's defense team had argued warranted a new trial.Of 12 total jurors who found Murdaugh guilty in 2023, 11 said Hill did not influence their decisions. One said he heard the clerk make comments about watching Murdaugh's body language but said her words did not influence his verdict.Hill is reportedly set to be indicted for perjury, according to The State newspaper.South Carolina attorney Eric Bland, who represented several victims of Murdaugh's financial crimes, said he "used to think that there was very little chance that our South Carolina Supreme Court would reverse former Chief Justice Jean Toals decision in February 2024 when she denied Alex Murdaugh a new trial on his double murder conviction because of Becky Hill alleged jury interference."ALEX MURDAUGH COURT CLERK BECKY HILL MISUSED THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS ON PAINT SUPPLIES, DOG BED, GIFTS: COMPLAINT"I thought that if he was to get any relief, it would come after he exhausted his state court appeals and it would be on the federal level," Bland said in a Wednesday post on X. "According to the State Paper, the perjury charge arises out of her testimony that she gave in the February 2024 hearing in front of Justice Toal. I think this further complicates the situation and increases the chances that he will get a reversal and a new trial. It still will come down to whether the federal standard for alleged jury tampering should have been applied by Justice Toal or she was correct in applying the state standard."The former court clerk, who held her position for about four years, resigned in March following allegations of jury tampering in the Murdaugh trial but maintained that her decision to leave office was not the result of her conduct during the double murder trial.ALEX MURDAUGH COURT CLERK BECKY HILL RESIGNS AFTER ALLEGATIONS OF JURY TAMPERING"Another significant impact in our clerk's office was in 2023, when we had to manage one of the biggest trials in South Carolina history. Our small town came together and made everyone proud," Hill said during a news conference at the time to announce her resignation. "Managing a trial with such importance to the people of South Carolina, as well as to the national and international media interest and public scrutiny, has caused me to reflect upon decisions involving my stay in the office of the clerk of court."CLICK HERE TO GET THE FOX NEWS APPShe added that her decision not to seek re-election in 2024 would allow her to "focus on being a wife, a mother and a grandmother," and that she wants to provide "ample time to other Republican candidates" interested in the position of Colleton County court clerk. Her former attorney, Justin Bamberg, who has represented victims of Murdaugh's financial crimes, said at a March news conference that Hill's decision had nothing to do with any pending investigations involving the clerk.

New York Times publisher says 'we're not the resistance,' hits Trump for anti-press rhetoric
New York Times publisher A.G. Sulzberger argued that his paper is "not the resistance" and the news media, despite its faults, is critical to maintaining a healthy and free nation in a speech published Tuesday"This anti-press playbook is now being used here in this country and it could not come at a more difficult time for the American press," Sulzberger said in remarks that were adapted for an article titled, "A Free People Need a Free Press.""And yet, even with its imperfections, the press remains essential," he continued.TRUMP RIPS ABC REPORTER FOR ASKING ABOUT ACCEPTING JET FROM QATAR, SAYS SHE SHOULD BE 'EMBARRASSED'Sulzberger is one of many influential voices in the mainstream media who have argued that President Donald Trump is a threat to democracy and especially to the operations of a free press. The Times publisher said that he is "a champion of independent journalism" who believes that his "job is to cover political debates, not to join them.""Were not the resistance," he wrote. "We are nobodys opposition. Were also nobodys cheerleader. Our loyalty is to the truth and to a public that deserves to know it. That is the distinct role that independent news organizations like The Times play in our democracy."Sulzberger noted Trump has been accessible to reporters but assailed his rhetoric."President Trump, in contrast, continues to make himself more available to reporters than previous presidents. Yet in every other respect, he has taken the naturally tense relationship between the White House and the press to an increasingly combative place," Sulzberger said. "You can see this most clearly in the language he uses. He started with schoolyard insults such as the failing New York Times. That escalated to more direct attacks on integrity: 'the fake news New York Times.'"THE TRUMP ADMINISTRATION'S TOP MEDIA MOMENTS AND CLASHES OVER FIRST 100 DAYS"That means we will cover the Trump administration fully and fairly, regardless of what attacks it sends our way," Sulzberger added. "We will continue to provide unmatched coverage of its abuses and failures. We will also cover its successes and achievements and explore its support across a large and diverse swath of the country."Trump has repeatedly clashed with journalists and media organizations early in his second term. The White House announced The Associated Press (AP) would be barred from certain Oval Office and Air Force One events because it had refused to use the "Gulf of America" terminology after Trump signed an executive order renaming the Gulf of Mexico.CLICK HERE TO GET THE FOX NEWS APPThe White House did not immediately respond to a request for comment from Fox News Digital.Fox News' Hanna Panreck contributed to this report.
