WWW.FOXNEWS.COMBoys branded sexual harassers for complaints about trans classmate using their locker room go to federal courtLawyers for two boys blamed for sexual harassment by their Virginia school district after complaining about a transgender classmate, who was a biological female, using their locker room are now headed to federal court following a denial of their appeal.Earlier this year, the Loudoun County Public Schools in Northern Virginia launched a Title IX sexual harassment investigation into the two boys after they were videotaped by a biological female who identified as transgender inside the boys' locker room. The video caught them outwardly complaining to each other about the fact that there was a girl using their facilities. The investigation ultimately found the boys responsible for sexual harassment, something that will go on their permanent records, and suspended them for 10 days. The boys' parents obtained legal counsel and ultimately appealed the district's Title IX ruling against their sons, but, on Wednesday, the district denied their appeal.SUPREME COURT REJECTS SOUTH CAROLINA'S BID TO ENFORCE TRANSGENDER BATHROOM BAN"Loudoun County Public Schools has issued a final denial of appeal, permanently branding two innocent boys with a false Title IX violation for nothing more than expressing discomfort about a girl in their locker room," a press release from the Founding Fredoms Law Center reported. "These were children sophomore students who should have been protected, not punished. With the districts refusal to correct this injustice, the Founding Freedoms Law Center (FFLC) announced today it is preparing a lawsuit, in partnership with America First Legal, to defend the boys and their families."The forthcoming lawsuit, which will be filed in the Alexandria Division of the Eastern District of Virginia, plans to demand that the "false Title IX charge" against both of the boys for sexual harassment be dropped from their records, according to the press release. The suit will also demand an immediate halt to the boys' suspension, which began now that the appeal has been denied, and compensation for "severe emotional, reputational, and educational harm" inflicted on the boys and their families."This isnt just about our sons its about every child in Loudoun County. If the district can weaponize Title IX in this way, no family is safe," Seth Wolfe, the father of one of the boys said. "No parent should have to fear their child will be branded a sexual harasser simply for standing up for their privacy.""Our boys have endured enormous emotional pain and mental anguish," said Renae Smith, mother of the other boy accused of sexual harassment by the Loudoun County school district. Smith's family ultimately moved out of state after the incident. "Our boys should be focused on learning, not battling false accusations from the very system meant to protect them."TRANSGENDER TEAM USA CYCLIST CELEBRATES CHARLIE KIRK'S ASSASSINATION ON SOCIAL MEDIASmith and Wolfe told Fox News Digital last month that unclear policies and poor communication on the part of the Loudoun County Public Schools District led to the Title IX ruling and 10-day suspension for Wolfe's son, who is going to school in the Loudoun County system. According to the parents, their kids were never instructed on how to communicate any potential concerns about the district's transgender locker room or pronoun policy, nor did parents ever get notified about how to help their kids understand them.Smith, Wolfe and their attorney, Josh Hetzler, said the boys tried to speak to alert administrators about their discomfort with a biological female using their locker room. However, the concerns fell on deaf ears, they recounted.Pro-Trump law group America First Legal will now be joining the fight on the side of the parents and their boys now that the matter is going to federal court.Loudoun County Public Schools is one of five Northern Virginia school districts currently under fire from the federal Department of Education as well, over their transgender bathroom and locker room policies. The district did not respond to repeated requests for comment on this story.0 Comments 0 Shares 29 Views 0 Reviews

WWW.FOXNEWS.COMNew polls reveal Mamdani has commanding lead over rivals weeks from Election DayWith less than two months to go until Election Day, Zohran Mamdani holds a commanding lead over his rivals for New York City mayor, according to two new polls.Mamdani, the 33-year-old democratic socialist state lawmaker from Queens who shocked the political world in June with his convincing win over former Gov. Andrew Cuomo and nine other candidates to capture the Democratic Party's mayoral nomination, is sitting on 22-point margins over Cuomo and the rest of the field in the two new surveys.Mamdani grabs 45% support among likely New York City voters in a Quinnipiac University survey released on Wednesday.CUOMO SHAKES UP CAMPAIGN IN BID TO TAKE DOWN MAMDANICuomo, who resigned as governor in 2021 amid multiple scandals and who is running as an independent candidate in the general election after losing the primary, stands at 23% support in the survey, which was conducted Sept. 4-8.Guardian Angels co-founder Curtis Sliwa, who for a second straight election is the Republican mayoral nominee in the Democrat-dominated city, stands at 15%. And embattled incumbent Mayor Eric Adams, who is running as an independent after deciding to skip the Democratic primary amid anemic polling, grabbed 12% support in the survey.MAMDANI RIVALS DEFIANT AGAINST DROPPING OUT DESPITE FACING LONG ODDS IN NYC MAYOR BATTLEMamdani's margin over Cuomo in the Quinnipiac poll was the same as his 46%-24% lead over the former governor in a New York Times/Siena College survey released on Tuesday."In a mayoral race that seems to grow more intense by the day, Zohran Mamdani has the wind at his back less than two months until Election Day," Quinnipiac University Poll Assistant Director Mary Snow said. Both Sliwa and Adams have repeatedly committed to staying in the race in recent weeks amid multiple reports that President Donald Trump's advisors floated administration roles for both mayoral hopefuls if they dropped out.TRUMP SAYS CUOMO'S GOT A 'GOOD SHOT' OF BEATING MAMDANI IN NYC MAYOR ELECTIONTrump, a native New Yorker who now calls Florida home, has urged that the field narrow in order to defeat Mamdani, whom the president repeatedly claims is a communist."I would like to see two people drop out and have it be one on one. And I think that's a race that could be won," Trump said last week. The Quinnipiac poll suggested that if Adams ended his re-election campaign, Mamdani would lead Cuomo 46%-30% with Sliwa at 17%.But the New York Times/Siena survey, which was in the field Sept. 2-6, pointed to Mamdani edging Cuomo 48%-44% in a hypothetical two-candidate match-up.The Quinnipiac poll suggests Mamdani backers are more enthusiastic (91%) about their candidate than Cuomo (75%), Adams (75%) or Sliwa (79%) supporters."Mamdani's edge on enthusiasm among supporters is a plus," Snow noted. If he wins November's general election, the Ugandan-born Mamdani would make history as the first Muslim and first millennial mayor of the nation's most populous city.Mamdani surged to the Democratic primary victory thanks to an energetic campaign that put a major focus on affordability and New York City's high cost of living. It was fueled by a grassroots army of supporters and backing from top national progressive champions, including Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York and Sen. Bernie Sanders of Vermont.Mamdani made smart use of social media platforms, including TikTok, as he engaged low-propensity voters. He proposed eliminating fares to ride New York City's vast bus system, making CUNY (City University of New York) "tuition-free," freezing rents on municipal housing, offering "free childcare" for children up to age 5 and setting up government-run grocery stores.Among a list of nine issues offered, 30% of respondents in the poll said that crime was the most pressing matter, with 21% saying affordable housing and 13% naming inflation. No other issue cracked double digits.CLICK HERE TO GET THE FOX NEWS APPJust over two-thirds of likely voters questioned said they were dissatisfied with the way things are going in New York City. And two-thirds said they disapprove of the way Adams is handling his job as mayor.A majority of those polled said they want the next mayor to stand up to Trump on immigration (60%) and on crime (56%), with less than four in ten saying they want the next mayor to do more to work with the president on both issues.0 Comments 0 Shares 29 Views 0 Reviews

"When I took a beta blocker and went out and did the show, I was completely fine."Dr. Daniel Amen, a psychiatrist, brain imaging specialist and founder of Amen Clinics in California, said in an interview with Fox News Digital that beta blockers are medications that "calm the bodys stress response."In his own practice, Amen said he always starts with "natural techniques" to relieve stress and anxiety. This can include diaphragmatic breathing, meditation, hypnosis and mindfulness."But sometimes, your nervous system still overrides your best coping strategies," he noted. "Thats where beta blockers can be incredibly helpful."The pill works by blocking the effects of adrenaline, which then lowers heart rate, steadies breathing and reduces physical anxiety symptoms, including racing thoughts, shaky hands and a pounding heart."When your body thinks youre under attack, beta blockers help quiet the false alarms going off in your nervous system," Amen said."They dont sedate you or cloud your thinking," he said. "Instead, they give you back control over your body, so your mind can catch up.""For many people, theyre like hitting the pause button on the fight-or-flight response, so you can think more clearly and perform at your best."The psychiatrist added that beta blockers are also commonly used for migraines, tremors, heart rhythm issues and to protect the heart after a cardiovascular event.PSYCHEDELIC DRUG POPULAR IN 1960S COULD EASE ANXIETY AS DOCTORS SHARE WARNINGSAmen pointed out that beta blockers do not cause cravings or withdrawals like other anti-anxiety medications.Amen emphasized that some people may feel more tired at first, but this side effect usually abates.People with asthma, diabetes or certain heart conditions should consult their doctor before trying this medication, as different types of beta blockers may be better suited for certain individuals."You shouldnt stop them suddenly if youve been taking them daily," Amen cautioned. "Ive seen them help people give TED talks, pass board exams, sing on stage and walk into big life moments with confidence When you quiet the body, you free the brain to work at its best."The doctor said he welcomes the recent celebrity endorsements for beta blockers, as anxiety is "one of the most common mental health challenges today."For more Health articles, visitfoxnews.com/health."Beta blockers are finally getting credit as a simple, safe option that can make a big difference," he said.Amen stressed, however, that beta blockers are not "magic pills," and that they work best when combined with healthy coping strategies, like using breathing techniques, changing toxic thought patterns and eating a brain-healthy diet.0 Comments 0 Shares 29 Views 0 Reviews

But it's like, it's gonna be frigging, it's going to be a nightmare, and you're going to have to travel a lot."Michaels continued, "He's like, 'I don't care. I don't care, I'll do it. WWW.FOXNEWS.COM5 things that explain the Hyundai immigration debacleWhen ICE visited a new battery plant runbythe Korean firmHyundai last week, they went to find several aliens working there illegally from Latin America. They were probably not expecting to roll uphundreds of illegal South Korean workers at the same time. This came as a surprise to the national media and even some immigration experts. But the problems underlying ICEshaul of illegal Korean labor are no secret.First, the B visitors visa. The B-1 is for business trips, the B-2 is for personal reasons like tourism or visiting relatives. There are so many different things an alien can do on a B that they are normally issued as oneB1/B2visa to keep it simple. The B visa only allows a foreigner to apply for entry to the U.S. at an air or land port. There, Customs and Border Protection lets them in for a certain period. Most often, that is six months.TRUMP COULD SECURE HIS PLACE IN AMERICAN HISTORY WITH THIS BOLD IMMIGRATION REFORM STRATEGYAlthough an alien cant work full-time on a B visa for an extended period, they are permitted tohave meetings, repair or install complex, proprietary machinery, and carry out specialist training for American workers. So, some of the Koreans couldhave applied for B visas andhave come to Georgia to work on machinery or train Americans to do it. So far, so legal. But Koreans are also allowed to enter the U.S. under the Visa Waiver Program (VWP) for up to 90 days for business or pleasure. Under the VWP, they are expressly not allowed to work. Still, visitors from many countrieshave abused the VWP, for example Israeli youth coming on VWP and selling Dead Sea salts in shopping malls for the summer, or Chileans coming to commit organized burglary. It seems that some of the Koreans came under the VWP and were working illegally. Most probably, they were working for subcontractors thatHyundaihired for labor.Hyundai mayhave done so in good faith, assuming that the subcontractors were doing due diligence. But using subcontractors to avoid scrutiny and bring in cheap labor is a common tactic among big and small American and foreign companies.FLORIDA TRAGEDY SHOWS WHY TRUMPS TRUCKING LICENSE CRACKDOWN IS NEEDEDThen there is theH-1B. Despite their statutory purpose, and several attempts to fix loopholes,H-1Bshave been abused to replace American workers and as a source of cheap labor for a generation. U.S. companies from Alphabet to Walmart employhundreds of thousands ofH-1B foreign workers, sometimes directly but often through outsourcing companies like Cognizant,HCL or Tata Consultancy Services. Most of the big ones are based in India or ownedbyIndians, and India is the source of nearly all their workers. In addition to theH-1B, companies also misuse theL visa, which is for intra-company transfers. In theory, this should be for a foreign company, like Volvo or Toshiba, to bring in an executive for a few years to work in their U.S. branch then gohome. However, the Lhas been abusedbymom-and-pop motels and restaurants to bring in relatives, and as a back door when theH-1B annual numerical caps are reached.ABOUT THOSE ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS IN THE UNITED STATESWhen I was issuing visas in India 25 years ago, large Indian out-sourcing/consultancy firms wouldhire young people out of college. After the minimum 12 months that theyhad to work for the company before being eligible for an L visa, they would send them to work for their U.S. subsidiary. They would farm them out as "consultants" to American companies, taking a fat cut.Apart from the visa fraud and abuse, theHyundai debacle sheds light on one other question: ifHyundai wants tohire Americans, can they? In the skilled technical areas, yes there are plenty of U.S. STEM graduates not working in that field, and unemployment for recent graduates is twice that of older workers. But factories need skilled blue-collar labor too. In Georgia, onlyhalf of eighthgraders scored "at or above basic" and only a quarter "at or above proficient" in math.As I write in my book,"The Ten Woke Commandments (You Must Not Obey)," U.S. K-12 educationhas gone from world-beating to self-defeating, thanks to a combination of bad teaching methods, low standards and individual failure.CLICK HERE FOR MORE FOX NEWS OPINIONMarxist educational ideology looks at every failing grade as evidence of systemic racism, rather than lack of application or poor teaching. Instead of doing what works banning phones, keeping discipline, maintaining grade and test standards, and working longer andharder they look to fads like "culturally-responsive" teaching, "living mathematx" ("a new form of mathematics wherehumans are no longer centered"), and "Nepantla." That, "employed in a mathematx context," means a kid can get the answer wrong and the teacher can grade it right.Foreign investment in the U.S. can be a win/win, but only on fair terms. To avoid moreHyundai debacles, we need two things.First, we should not let American or foreign companies import cheap labor to compete with our own graduates and workers. Other than perhaps a few managers, technical specialists and native language speakers, companies likeHyundai can recruit most of their American workforcehere in the U.S.Second, U.S. stateshave to get serious about fixing their education systems and train kids for the jobs of today and tomorrow. No more excuses, nonsense and Nepantla just the basics, and fast.CLICK HERE TO READ MORE FROM SIMON HANKINSON0 Comments 0 Shares 48 Views 0 Reviews

WWW.FOXNEWS.COMJihadists massacre 89 Christians in African nation, many slain at funeral serviceAt least 89 Christians have been slaughtered by jihadists in the east of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). Open Doors, which monitors Christian persecution around the world, claimed some 70 were killed while worshiping at a funeral service, with the rest slain in the villages of Potodu and Ntoyo in the DRCs North Kivu region. Many more villagers are missing. The U.S.-based SITE Intelligence Group, which monitors militant activities, told Reuters the death toll had approached 100.Responsibility for the attack was claimed by the Allied Democratic Forces (ADF) group, also known as Islamic State Central Africa Province, linked to ISIS the same group that allegedly killed 49 Christians while they were praying for peace in a church in the DRC village of Komanda in July, and a further 66 earlier in Irumu.WHITE HOUSE RESPONDS TO SURGE IN CHRISTIAN PERSECUTION CRISIS ACROSS SUB-SAHARAN AFRICAA local pastor, Rev. Mbula Samaki, told an Open Doors partner from the scene: "They arrived and started killing. Those who tried to flee were shot dead, and others were killed with machetes."Fox News Digital has seen a verified video of the aftermath. It is too distressing to share, showing bodies of small children and women lying on the ground. The pitiful screaming of surviving family members can be heard. Another image is said to show that some of the victims had their hands tied behind their backs. An African Open Doors partner with extensive knowledge of the events, who must have her identity hidden for her safety, told Fox News Digital there have been multiple other attacks by the ADF that have not been reported."If we take just August, there's been over 10, we have documented 10 attacks, but there have been a lot more which go unreported. And sometimes two or three villages are attacked at the same time.""The people, they say we are tired, when will this come to an end? Because it's every day you hear someone has been killed. You can find a family where two or three family members have been killed, or a child whose both parents have been killed. So it's pain, it's agony."ISIS SOLDIERS BEHEAD CHRISTIANS IN MOZAMBIQUE, BURNING CHURCH AND HOMES: 'SILENT GENOCIDE'President Donald Trump announced a peace deal for the DRC in June. But local combatants, sources say, only appear willing to get it to work in the area around the eastern city of Goma. The ADF, by contrast, is increasing its attacks. This area is almost exclusively Christian. The ADF attackers are all Islamist militants bent, observers say, on forcing Christians off their land and determined to stop Christians from practicing their faith.DRC forces are trying to push back against the ADF. But as one local source told Fox News Digital, "it's largely insufficient."Following last months attack, a White House spokesperson told Fox News Digital,"The Trump administration condemns in the strongest terms this horrific violence against Christians in the DRC and is committed to advancing the Washington Accords to bring peace back to the region and end targeted killings."A Christian leader with on-the-ground knowledge added, "if the Trump administration can pay attention to what's happening in the east of the DRC with ADF as they do, maybe with other countries like Ukraine, I think they can mount pressure on the DRC government and even support them to address these ADF attacks more properly.""If these people, these powers that be, and that can change things, can see this as a family, as a child whose father no longer lives. If they can just see it as people, not numbers, it's not incidents, it's people. It's like their lives are less worth it, less worth being spoken of. And I don't think that's right. Everybody deserves to live."Fox News Digital reached out to the government of the Democratic Republic of the Congo for comment, but did not receive a response. The Associated Press and Reuters contributed to this story.0 Comments 0 Shares 53 Views 0 Reviews

WWW.FOXNEWS.COMFormer NFL player Chris Kluwe mocks Charlie Kirk, condemns GOP after assassinationFormer NFL punter Chris Kluwe made controversial comments on BlueSky this week following the assassination of Charlie Kirk.Kluwe, who was fired from his job as a high school football coach earlier this year after calling the MAGA movement a "Nazi" movement, sent an expletive-ridden post praising Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., for dismissing the idea that Democrat rhetoric led to the assassination."F---ing finally. Fight back against the bulls--- framing that tries to make Dems responsible for everything. The GOP is choosing to create this kind of societal environment. They could stop it at any time. They have agency as well. Theyre not f---ing children (except when, well, you know)," Kluwe wrote.CLICK HERE FOR MORE SPORTS COVERAGE ON FOXNEWS.COMKluwe sent an earlier post suggesting Kirk created "the kind of society he currently lives in.""It is possible to hold both of these things true at the same time: 1) political violence is never an appropriate choice in a civilized society 2) Charlie Kirks dream is to create exactly the kind of society he currently lives in, as spoken from his own mouth," Kluwe wrote.Shortly after the shooting occurred, Kluwe sent a post seemingly mocking Kirk for getting shot.Over a news article reporting Kirk had been shot, Kluwe wrote the caption, "<me sowing> Hahaha yes! "They dont care about what helps people, because the school is certainly not going to find an ex-NFL player willing to coach there at that level, they only care about trying to hurt people."Kluwe later told CNN the school fired him because the incident was "getting too much attention."LIVE UPDATES: CHARLIE KIRK ASSASSINATION SPARKS MANHUNT AS SHOOTING SUSPECT REMAINS AT LARGEKluwe was arrested at a Huntington Beach City Council meeting that month when he was protesting Huntington Beachs decision to display a plaque at a public library. The plaque used the words magical, alluring, galvanizing and adventurous, and their initials spelled MAGA.A video from the meeting showed Kluwe criticizing the MAGA movement, calling it "a Nazi movement" and saying he would engage in civil disobedience. Kluwe later went to the front of the meeting, and police handcuffed him and led him out.Days later, Kluwe made an appearance on CNN, and he did not back downfrom his stance."I believe were on the path that Nazi Germany went down under Hitler," he said. "And I say that as a political science and history major, as someone who has studied history. And the parallels are very, very clear."Kluwe took issue with the Trump administrations stance ontransgender athletes competing in girls' and womens sports, among other issues."This administration is trying to put obedience over duty to the country. This administration is trying to thrust our country into turmoil in order to reap power for themselves. And I think regardless of political affiliation, all of us as Americans should be able to agree no kings, no tyrants, not now, not ever," Kluwe said.Kluwe punted for the Minnesota Vikings from 2005-12.Follow Fox News Digitalssports coverage on X, and subscribe to the Fox News Sports Huddle newsletter.0 Comments 0 Shares 15 Views 0 Reviews
