WWW.FOXNEWS.COMMontana bar shooting suspect could return to town, state AG says, citing 'concern for the public'The fugitive Army veteran who allegedly shot and killed four people at a bar in Montana could return to the town where the "heinous" crime unfolded, posing a "concern for the public," the states attorney general is warning. The whereabouts of Michael Brown, 45, remain unknown Monday following the Friday morning shooting at The Owl Bar in Anaconda, which claimed the lives of residents Daniel Edwin Baillie, 59, Nancy Lauretta Kelley, 64, David Allen Leach, 70 andTony Wayne Palm, 74."We've got tremendous cooperation from Homeland Security, from our federal partners, the FBI, the U.S. Marshal Service. We want to find this guy. This is a dangerous individual who has committed an absolutely heinous crime against this community and these victims," Montana Attorney General Austin Knudsen said."Absolutely there [are] concerns he might come back into town.By all indications, this is an unstable individual who walked in and murdered four people in cold blood for no reason whatsoever. So there absolutely is concern for the public," Knudsen added.VICTIMS OF MONTANA BAR SHOOTING IDENTIFIED AS MANHUNT FOR MILITARY VETERAN SUSPECT CONTINUESAuthorities released a photo of Brown on Saturday, showing him barefoot and shirtless, walking down a flight of steps. The image depicted Brown wearing black shorts and fleeing after the shooting Friday, according to the state's Department of Criminal Investigation (DCI).It is unclear what led to the shooting, but Knudsen said investigators believedBrown used one of his own personal rifles in the attack."I want to offer our deepest and sincere condolences to the community of Anaconda and to the family and friends of these victims. This is just absolutely horrific," Knudsen said. "Something like we haven't seen in the state of Montana and thankfully we do not see these things very often in the state of Montana."MANHUNT INTENSIFIES FOR ARMY VETERAN SUSPECTED OF KILLING 4 IN BAR SHOOTING AFTER TRUCK FOUND ABANDONEDBrown was an armor crewman in the Army from January 2001 to May 2005, Army Public Affairs confirmed to Fox News Digital. He deployed to Iraq from February 2004 to March 2005 and left the service with the rank of sergeant. He also served as an armor crewman in the Montana National Guard from April 2006 to March 2009, officials said.Knudsen said at one point this weekend, over 250 boots were on the ground in the manhuntfor Brown."We're exploring every option here. Could he have committed suicide or be dead? Yep. But we are acting under the assumption that he is alive, well-armed, and extremely dangerous," Knudsen added.Fox News Digitals Greg Wehner and The Associated Press contributed to this report.0 Kommentare 0 Geteilt 29 Ansichten 0 Bewertungen

WWW.FOXNEWS.COMMultiple US cancer centers hit in coordinated phishing breachBad actors often target healthcare organizations because they typically lack strong cybersecurity defenses. On top of that, the data they store is highly valuable, and healthcare companies are often willing to pay large sums to recover it. The latest attack has impacted multiple cancer centers across the U.S.A coordinated phishing campaign has breached sensitive patient data at several cancer care providers affiliated with Integrated Oncology Network (ION), a Tennessee-based network of oncology practices.Sign up for my FREE CyberGuy ReportGet my best tech tips, urgent security alerts, and exclusive deals delivered straight to your inbox. While ION says there is no current evidence of misuse, the company has offered affected individuals free credit monitoring, dark web monitoring and identity theft protection services.Breach notifications were sent to impacted practices on June 13, 2025, and patient letters began mailing on June 27.Investigators say the phishing campaign was likely designed to harvest data for use in wider fraud schemes. While SharePoint access was also compromised, the primary focus appears to have been email-based data collection. ION says it has since updated its cybersecurity protocols and provided additional training to staff. So far, at least 11 practices have reported being affected by the breach. The largest include:Other practices affected include imaging and radiation centers in Texas, Louisiana and North Florida. In total, more than 130,000 individuals have been impacted so far. The breach is now listed on the HHS Office for Civil Rights breach portal, which tracks healthcare data exposures involving more than 500 individuals.WHAT IS ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI)?We reached out to Integrated Oncology Network, now operating within Cardinal Health's Navista oncology alliance, for comment, but did not receive a response before our deadline. The recent phishing attack on ION-affiliated cancer centers exposed sensitive patient information, including contact details, medical records, and even Social Security numbers in some cases. Mark Gordon signed an agreement last week with ICE, enabling local law enforcement in select counties to work alongside federal agents in tracking and detaining illegal immigrants.Limited members of the Wyoming Highway Patrol in five counties all of which encompass major interstates will be able to assist ICE with enforcement during the execution of their day-to-day work and at the direction of and under the oversight of the federal law enforcement agency, according to a statement from Gordons office. The agreement marks only the second such pact made directly between a state and ICE.Florida Gov. A January executive order from President Donald Trump allows Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem to forge such agreements with state and local authorities.Wyoming Highway Patrol Administrator Col. Tim Cameron cited Wyomings unique position of hosting several cross-country highways."Our troopers are uniquely positioned to support immigration enforcement through our daily operations along Wyomings interstates key corridors for cross-country travel that are sometimes exploited for unlawful activity," Cameron said in a statement.SENATE REPUBLICANS LAUNCH CRACKDOWN ON DC PERMITTING ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS TO VOTE IN ELECTIONSThe nations longest interstate, the Boston-Seattle I-90, runs 200 miles through the upper corner of the state, New Jersey-San Francisco I-80 runs 400 miles across the bottom of Wyoming, and I-25 notably runs from near the southern border in New Mexico to I-90 in Buffalo. The select troopers will hail from Laramie County, which includes the capital, Cheyenne; Carbon County, which includes Rawlins; and Sweetwater County, which includes Rock Springs, Green River and a very long remote stretch of I-80.Select patrol officers in Campbell and Natrona counties will also be participating, as I-25 bisects both along the Nebraska border and into the city of Casper."[This] agreement enhances our ability to identify individuals in violation of federal immigration law and take appropriate action under ICEs direction," Cameron added.CLICK HERE TO GET THE FOX NEWS APP"This partnership strengthens public safety, expands our access to federal resources and intelligence, and reinforces the strong working relationships we maintain with local law enforcement."Wyoming taxpayers will not be fronting any additional costs for the partnership, as officers will receive free training from the feds.Robert Guadian, a top official at ICEs Denver Field office, praised Gordon for the agreement, calling it a "force multiplier" in immigration enforcement operations.Wyoming had previously independently dispatched troopers to assist the Texas Department of Public Safety at the southern border during the heat of the Biden administrations open border crisis.0 Kommentare 0 Geteilt 13 Ansichten 0 Bewertungen

WWW.FOXNEWS.COMEuropean leaders decry Hamas video of Israeli captives: unlimited inhumanityLeaders from across Europe responded in horror on Sunday to the recent footage released by Hamas of Israeli captives Rom Braslavski and Evyatar David, who were taken hostage nearly 670 days ago.French President Emmanuel Macron took to X to call the clearly emancipated state of both hostages a depiction of Hamas "unlimited inhumanity" and decried it as "abject cruelty.""This is what Hamas embodies," he added.NETANYAHU RESPONDS AFTER ISRAELI HOSTAGE SEEN EMACIATED, DIGGING GRAVE: 'CRUELTY OF HAMAS HAS NO BOUNDARIES'Macron who sent geopolitical shockwaves when he announced late last month that France would recognize the state of Palestine come September renewed calls for an immediate ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, the return of all hostages and the full resumption of aid to the area.Macron on Sunday doubled down on his call for statehood and said ending the conflict is no longer enough."This effort must be accompanied by a political solution for the day after. That solution is the two-state solution, with Israel and Palestine living side by side in peace. It is the only possible path toward a future where justice, security, and dignity are guaranteed for all the peoples of the region," he said.Macron also made clear his position when it comes to Hamas, which some, including Israel and the U.S., have questioned following his push for Palestinian statehood."Let there be no ambiguity: within this political vision that we uphold, we demand the total demilitarization of Hamas, its complete exclusion from any form of governance, and recognition of Israel by the State of Palestine," he added.Macrons announcement prompted other Western nations to follow suit, including the U.K., Canada and even Germany though Berlins position on statehood has left room for some ambiguity.FREED AMERICAN-ISRAELI HOSTAGE DETAILS STARVATION AND ABUSE BY HAMAS AS FAMILIES PUSH TRUMP FOR DEALGerman Chancellor Friedrich Merz echoed Macrons comments in an interview with German outlet Bild on Sunday and reportedly said the videos of the hostages "show that Hamas should no longer play a role in the future of Gaza."Merz also called on Israel not to block more aid to Gaza in retaliation for the cruelty.U.K. Foreign Secretary David Lammy also took to X on Sunday and called the videos "sickening" displays of Hamas "propaganda.""Every hostage must be released unconditionally," he said. "Hamas must disarm and have no control over Gaza."We are working with partners on a long-term solution and plan for peace. This must begin with an immediate ceasefire, that frees the hostages, as well as removing inhumane aid restrictions," Lammy added. The recently released footage of two of the 50 hostages still held in Gaza coincided with a trip White House envoy Steve Witkofftook to Israel late last week, during which he visited with leaders and the families of the hostages in Tel Aviv.Reporting has suggested the U.S. is now pushing for a comprehensive deal that would include a complete ceasefire and the return of all hostages, rather than incremental deals apparently favored by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.Witkoff reportedly told the families of the hostages that he believes the U.S. and the other allied nations are helping to mediate the negotiations, that a deal is close to being secured though this belief has been expressed numerous times to no avail.Only American hostage Edan Alexander has been released under a deal not previously forged by the Biden and the then-incoming Trump administrations, which saw the release of 33 hostages by March.0 Kommentare 0 Geteilt 9 Ansichten 0 Bewertungen

WWW.FOXNEWS.COMJake Paul hires Elon Musk's former attorney to go after critics making staged fight claimsJake Paul is taking matters seriously.Last month, Paul posted to social media that he "asked my team to vigorously go after anyone who makes up lies about my boxing career."Well, a representative for Paul confirmed reports that the YouTuber-turned-boxer has hired big-shot attorney Alex Spiro.CLICK HERE FOR MORE SPORTS COVERAGE ON FOXNEWS.COM"Ive been retained by Mr. Paul to pursue legal redress for the damages he has suffered," Spiro said in a statement to Fox News Digital. "If someone uses their public soapbox to harm him and the sport with lies, there will be consequences.""The statements are categorically false and damaging to Mr. Paul, his partners, and the sport at large," Most Valuable Promotions (MVP) said to Fox News Digital. "Jake's reputation and value as an athlete will be protected with the full force of the law."Spiro has represented Elon Musk and defended Aaron Hernandez during his double homicide case, in which he was acquitted.MVP co-founder Nakisa Bidarian said on social media that Piers Morgan can "count on" Bidarian suing him after the talk show host said the fights are "staged.""Its one thing to say, Youre not a good boxer. Its another thing to say, You fight older guys. But when you say the fights are staged, aka rigged, then youre defaming us," Bidarian told Fox News Digital in a recent interview. "You are destructing value for his brand, for MVPs brand and what we stand for, which is integrity of sport."You're actually attacking the California State Athletic Commission who oversaw this event (Paul vs. Julio Cesar Chavez Jr.). Then youre saying were risking going to federal prison for putting on staged events. So enough is enough, weve been patient for a long time, and now its time people either retract and admit they were wrong or go through with legal action.""Every single Jake Paul fight has been sanctioned by an athletic commission," Bidarian added. "Every single Jake Paul fight has had sports betting available on it. Every single Jake Paul fight has been with a large media partner. For someone to say that any of Jake's fights are anything other than professionally sanctioned fights with clear rules, is ridiculous."The calls about rigged fights grew loud after Paul fought Mike Tyson. At the time, Bidarian told Fox News Digital that it was all legitimate.Paul improved to 12-1 in his career with his most recent victory against Chavez Jr. The fight also resulted in him being ranked 14th in the WBA cruiserweight rankings, making him eligible for a title bout.Follow Fox News Digitalssports coverage on X,and subscribe tothe Fox News Sports Huddle newsletter.0 Kommentare 0 Geteilt 9 Ansichten 0 Bewertungen

WWW.FOXNEWS.COMHochul vows to 'fight fire with fire' on redistricting while hosting Texas Democrats who fled stateNew York Gov. Kathy Hochul vowed to "fight fire with fire" amid Republican efforts to enact redistricting in Texas on Monday, condemning the move even while promising to pursue it herself.Hochul hosted Texas Democrats who fled their state in an effort to block a redistricting vote on Monday. The New York Democrat argued that President Donald Trump and Republicans are engaged in a "legal insurrection" to subvert the upcoming 2026 elections, leaving Democrats with "no choice" but to embrace the same tactics."What Texas and Republican states are doing at the direction of Donald Trump, I say, is nothing short of a legal insurrection against our Capitol," Hochul said. "Legal meaning they're using the legal process. It does not mean it's legal, and it must be stopped.""If Republicans are willing to rewrite these rules to give themselves an advantage, then they're leaving us no choice. We must do the same," she continued. "All is fair in love and war. That's why I'm exploring, with our leaders, every option to redraw our state congressional lines as soon as possible."TEXAS DEMOCRATS FLEE STATE TO BLOCK TRUMP-BACKED REDISTRICTING VOTE IN DRAMATIC LEGISLATIVE MOVEHochul went on to say that New York's state legislative leaders have told her they are on board with any redistricting plan.New York and Illinois are both playing host to Texas Democrats who absconded from the state legislature in an attempt to prevent Republicans from having a quorum necessary to pass their redistricting plan.TRUMP, REPUBLICANS RACE TO REDRAW TEXAS CONGRESSIONAL MAP AS DEMOCRATS THREATEN LEGAL WARTexas Gov. Greg Abbott threatened to arrest and expel the lawmakers if they do not return by Monday afternoon.Dozens of Texas' Democratic state representatives arrived in Chicago and New York Sunday night to stall the vote. Shortly after Abbott released his statement, the Texas House Democratic Caucus issued a simple response, writing: "Come and take it."The statement also described Republicans' proposed districts, which would potentially secure five new GOP U.S. House seats in next year's midterm elections, as a "racist mid-decade redistricting scheme."Abbott criticized the Democrats' dramatic departure, saying that "real Texans don't run from a fight."Removal from office is not the only threat facing the lawmakers on the run, as Abbott warned that "soliciting funds to evade the fines they will incur under House rules" is potentially a felony."Any Democrat who solicits, accepts or agrees to accept such funds to assist in the violation of legislative duties or for purposes of skipping a vote may have violated bribery laws," he wrote, citing the Texas Penal Code. He added that anyone who "offers, confers or agrees to confer" money to the fleeing lawmakers could also face charges.Fox News' Elizabeth Pritchett contributed to this report0 Kommentare 0 Geteilt 9 Ansichten 0 Bewertungen
