Christopher Schwarzenegger's weight-loss transformation has been quite a journey. While speaking at the Inaugural Beacher Vitality Happy & Healthy Summit in Los Angeles on Saturday, Arnold SchwarzeneggerandMaria Shriver's 27-year-old son opened up about his fitness journey over the past six years."It was a big process," he said during a panel discussion with Shriver, Kelly Osbourne and the event's host, Jeff Beacher, per People. "I started in 2019 when I was living in Australia. I was on this big trip. I made it a big [deal] like, 'Oh, I'm going to go out and do all this stuff, be in Australia,' and I just saw how much my weight was prohibiting me from doing the everyday activities."ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGERS SON'S WEIGHT LOSS TURNS HEADS DURING RARE FAMILY OUTING"I was like, 'I want to go skydiving.' And my friends were like, 'Yeah, no shot.' I was like, 'Yeah, I can't skydive,'" he recalled. Most recently, he decided to give up one thing during Lent that helped him lose 30 pounds within two months."Weirdly enough, I gave up bread for Lent," he said of the 40-day Christian religious observance period that precedes Easter. "I don't know if anyone's Catholic in here, but I gave up bread for Lent.""I was like, 'Well, if I'm giving up bread, I might as well just take the opportunity and I'm a good Catholic boy, so I'm not going to break it,'" he added. "And that was my one rule. I was like, 'I'm not going to break Lent.' And so I lost 30 pounds just through that."LIKE WHAT YOURE READING? 'Enough is enough': GOP senator unleashes bill with severe consequences for harming police
FIRST ON FOX:Ohio freshman GOP Sen. Bernie Moreno has introduced legislation that would increase the criminal penalties for harming a police officer after a sheriffs deputy was killed in the line of duty in Cincinnati, Ohio, earlier this month.Morenos Larry Henderson Act, being introduced this week, would update existing law stating that anyone who forcibly assaults, resists, opposes, impedes, intimidates, or interferes with any law enforcement officer engaged in official duties be required to face one to eight years in prison, depending on the severity.Morenos bill would up that mandatory minimum to 20 years. The bill also "establishes federal jurisdiction over these crimes as exclusive and preemptive, superseding state or local prosecution for federal officers."COP KILLER DIES AFTER BOTCHED FIRING SQUAD EXECUTION; WITNESS IN THE ROOM REVEALS HOW IT HAPPENED"Enough is enough," Moreno told Fox News Digital in a statement."Anyone who assaults one of our men or women in blue needs to face severe consequences, period. Deputy Larry Henderson should be alive today, and thats why Im introducing legislation in his honor to protect our law enforcement officers."POLICE GROUP SLAMS GOFUNDME FOR OHIO FATHER ACCUSED OF KILLING DEPUTY LARRY HENDERSONThe bill is named after Hamilton County, Ohio, Sheriffs Deputy Larry Henderson, who was killed when he was struck by a car while directing traffic near the University of Cincinnati during a graduation ceremony.Authorities have charged Rodney Hinton with attempted murder and say he intentionally struck Henderson shortly after Hintons 18-year-old son was shot and killed by officers after allegedly fleeing in a stolen car while armed, according to prosecutors.Ohio Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) President Jay McDonald said in a statement that Ryan's father, Rodney Hinton Jr., "intentionally murdered a retired deputy who was working special duty at a graduation just because he was a police officer."Henderson was a 33-year officer with the HCSO and had served in multiple specialized units since 1991, including the dive team, HCPA SWAT, FBI Task Force Officer and the HCSO Bomb Unit."In Deputy Hendersons early tenure as a Sheriffs Deputy, I recognized his talent for teaching and presentation," Hamilton County Sheriff Charmaine McGuffey said in a statement after Henderson's death."Larry began his journey as a Sheriffs Office trainer early in his career. He developed an expertise and became an excellent trainer. Subsequently, he trained divisions of the Hamilton County Sheriffs Office that included hundreds of deputy sheriffs. His ability to relate to and touch officers lives was extraordinary. We will continue to honor Larrys life of service."Fox News Digital's Audrey Conklin contributed to this report

Giannis Antetokounmpo trade rumors spark up as report reveals NBA star open to move
Giannis Antetokounmpo trade rumors started to swirl on Monday as a new report offered a glimpse of just how willing the Milwaukee Bucks star would be for a potential move.Antetokounmpo is "open-minded" about looking to continue his career elsewhere should he decide that his career with the Bucks had run its course, ESPN reported. NBA teams were reportedly expected to check in with Milwaukee more frequently than they have been to check the organizations temperature on how close they are to trading him.CLICK HERE FOR MORE SPORTS COVERAGE ON FOXNEWS.COMNo specific teams were named in the report, and it did not appear the Bucks were in active discussions to trading the one-time NBA champion and two-time MVP. However, the team and Antetokounmpos reps were reportedly expected to talk about the future in the offseason. The question about whether he would stay in Milwaukee loomed as soon as the Indiana Pacers eliminated the Bucks in the playoffs. He was asked in the immediate aftermath of the playoff loss whether he still believed he could win a second championship with the Bucks."Im not going to do this. Im not going to do this," Antetokounmpo said. "I know ... whatever I say, I know how its going to translate. I dont know, man. I wish I was still playing. Hackers can steal money and make your bank account look intact
Hackers have become increasingly sophisticated in targeting bank accounts, sometimes stealing money without the account holder realizing it right away. This raises an unsettling concern among many: could someone actually drain your bank account while making it appear as though your balance remains untouched? As Bruce from Phoenix asks, "Is it true that hackers can wipe out your bank account but make it look like the money is still there?"The short answer is yes, though its rare and requires a high level of skill. Still, even the possibility is alarming, especially when you consider how easily people can fall victim to common tactics hackers use to gain access to accounts in the first place.Jointhe FREE "CyberGuy Report": Get my expert tech tips, critical security alerts and exclusive deals, plus instant access to my free"Ultimate Scam Survival Guide" when you sign up!Theres a long list of methods cybercriminals use to get into peoples financial accounts, and most of them dont involve "hacking" in the Hollywood sense. Instead, they rely on tricking you into handing over sensitive information. Here are some of the most common techniques.Fake banking apps and mobile trojans: Some apps are designed to look exactly like your banks official app, but theyre actually fakes. If you enter your login info, it goes straight to the scammer. Even more advanced aremobile banking trojans, which hide inside seemingly unrelated apps. Once installed, the trojan watches for when you open your real banking app and then quickly overlays a fake login screen. If you type in your credentials, the trojan grabs them and sends them off to the attacker.Phishing scams: Scammerssend emails or texts that appear to be from your bank, asking you to verify a transaction or log in to resolve an issue. These messages often include links to websites that look identical to your banks site but are actually fakes. The giveaway is often a small detail, like a misspelled URL. For example, "captial0ne.com" instead of "capitalone.com."Keyloggers:Keyloggers are a type of malware that silently records everything you type. If one gets onto your device, it can capture your banking username, password and anything else you type, all without you knowing.Man-in-the-middle attacks:These attacks happen when hackers intercept the data being transmitted between you and your banks website. This is especially risky if youre onpublic Wi-Fi. You may think you're logging in securely, but a hacker could be watching everything or even redirecting you to a fake version of your bank's site.SIM swapping:SIM swapping is where a scammer contacts your phone provider, pretends to be you and asks to transfer your number to a new SIM card. If successful, they receive your text messages, including any verification codes sent by your bank. This gives them access to your account, even if two-factor authentication is turned on.SNEAKY SCAMMERS DRAIN BANK ACCOUNT IN SINISTER PHONE PHISHING SCHEMEThis is where it gets unsettling. In rare cases, hackers can actually make it look like your bank balance hasnt changed, even though theyve already taken the money. How? By targeting the display layer of your banking app or web interface. If malware is installed on your device, it can manipulate what shows up on the screen. That means your balance might look normal, while your actual funds are long gone. This type of attack is extremely rare and usually requires access to a compromised or jailbroken device, but its technically possible and just sophisticated enough to delay you from realizing what happened.PREVENTING THIS INSIDIOUS EMAIL FORWARDING SCAM THAT WILL DRAIN YOUR BANK ACCOUNTThe good news? You dont need to be a cybersecurity expert to protect yourself. Just following these key steps can dramatically reduce your risk.1) Use official apps only: Cybercriminals will try to trick you with fake banking apps and mobile trojans that overlay fake login screens, so its critical to download banking apps exclusively from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Never install apps from links in emails or texts.2) Turn on two-factor authentication (2FA): SIM-swapping attacks can hijack your phone number and intercept SMS codes, so enable app-based2FA to block unauthorized logins even if hackers obtain your password.3) Get text or app alerts: Hackers can manipulate your accounts display to hide stolen funds, so set up real-time transaction alerts to expose unauthorized withdrawals immediately, especially for microtransactions used to test your account.4) Use strong, unique passwords: Phishing scams and keyloggers often harvest weak or reused credentials, so use a password manager to generate and store complex passwords. Get more details about mybest expert-reviewed password managers of 2025 here.5) Avoid clicking suspicious links and install strong antivirus software: Scammers impersonate banks with phishing emails/texts containing misspelled URLs (e.g., "captial0ne.com"), so always navigate directly to your banks official website or app instead of clicking embedded links. Strong antivirus software helps protect your devices from fake apps, keyloggers and other threats. The best way to safeguard yourself from malicious links that install malware, potentially accessing your private information, is to have antivirus software installed on all your devices. This protection can also alert you to phishing emails and ransomware scams, keeping your personal information and digital assets safe.Get my picks of the best 2025 antivirus protection winners for your Windows, Mac, Android and iOS devices.6) Check your accounts regularly: Dont just glance at your balance. Review recent transactions at least once a week to catch any suspicious activity.7) Avoid public Wi-Fi for banking: Hackers exploit unsecured networks to launch man-in-the-middle attacks and spoof banking sites, so use a VPN to encrypt your connection if you must bank on public Wi-Fi. VPNs will protect you from those who want to track and identify your potential location and the websites that you visit. For the best VPN software, see my expert review of the best VPNs for browsing the web privately on yourWindows, Mac, Android and iOS devices.8) Use a personal data removal service: Data brokers sell your contact details and personal information, which hackers can use for targeted phishing attacks or SIM swap scams. These services automatically remove your data from broker databases, reducing the risk of social engineering attempts that could compromise your bank account. While no service can guarantee the complete removal of your data from the internet, a data removal service is really a smart choice. They arent cheap, and neither is your privacy. These services do all the work for you by actively monitoring and systematically erasing your personal information from hundreds of websites. Its what gives me peace of mind and has proven to be the most effective way to erase your personal data from the internet.By limiting the information available, you reduce the risk of scammers cross-referencing data from breaches with information they might find on the dark web, making it harder for them to target you.Check out my top picks for data removal services here.GOT A BANK TRANSFER ALERT TEXT? IT MIGHT BE A SCAM. HERE'S WHAT TO DOHackers dont need to break into your banks system; they just need to trick you. Whether its phishing, malware or SIM swaps, the goal is always the same: get access to your login and verification codes. Fortunately, you can make it much harder for them by using secure habits and staying alert. "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Kyle Richards' daughter, Sophia Umansky, is sharing why she decided to speak publicly about her use of the weight-loss drug Mounjaro."If you're honest about things, people can't even judge you or hate on you because you said it yourself," Umansky told People. "You're the one that told everyone, you're owning it, so anything anyone else has to say, it's like, 'OK, well, I told you that. I'm owning it.' I think it's fine. And I always say I'm on Mounjaro. I obviously talk to a doctor."Mounjaro is an FDA-approved prescription drug which is commonly prescribed to people diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes. More recently, it has become a popular weight-loss drug, as it reduces appetite.'REAL HOUSEWIVES' STAR KYLE RICHARDS SAYS PHYSICAL CHANGES AFTER GIVING UP ALCOHOL ARE 'INCENTIVE' TO BE SOBERThe reality star's daughter sparked backlash when she shared in a TikTok video that she experienced hair loss as a side effect from taking the drug, with many commenting she shouldn't be on the drug to begin with."People who are telling me that I don't need to be on it, they don't know what they're talking about. They're not doctors," she said of the backlash. "And I think everyone needs to calm down and live their own lives. And honesty will get you far in life and lying is not fun. Kelly Osbourne got more s--- for her weight than being a drug addict, alcoholic
Kelly Osbourne says shes received more criticism over her weight than anything else shes ever done, including drugs and alcohol. On Saturday, the reality TV star participated in a panel at the Inaugural Beacher Vitality Happy & Healthy Summit at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel in Los Angeles. During her appearance, the daughter of rocker Ozzy Osbourne and TV personality Sharon Osbourne opened up about the scrutiny she's endured over the years due to her physical appearance."We live in a fat-phobic world," the 40-year-old told the attendees, as quoted by People magazine.KELLY OSBOURNE TURNS 40 WITH DRAMATIC TRANSFORMATION AFTER WEIGHT, ADDICTION BATTLESBeing body-shamed even overshadowed some of her past struggles, Osbourne insisted."I have been a drug addict, an alcoholic Ive been a complete mess, disrespectful to people, horrible but I got more s--- for being fat than I did for anything else. Its insane."Osbourne described how, when she was heavier, she often received backhanded comments."People [would] say, Youre so pretty. Why dont you just lose a little bit of weight, and then youll be the total package?" she said.According to the outlet, the "Dancing with the Stars" alum "tried everything" to shed the pounds. However, it wasnt until Osbourne addressed her mental health that she started to see results."I tried probably everything that there is out there, whether it be surgery, medication, diet and exercise," Osbourne explained. Still, she stressed it wasnt an overnight solution."The kind of surgery I had if you dont work out, and you dont eat right, you gain weight," said Osbourne at the time. "All it does is move you in the right direction. So, anyone whos thinking of doing something like this, really think about that.""I had to do a year of stand-alone therapy to prepare myself for the surgery before I even had it," she continued. "What people dont realize is, it cuts out this hormone that if you have addiction issues, it stops your craving, and it makes you not emotionally eat, which is a huge problem for me. It doesnt solve all your problems. Its not a quick fix."Back in 2023, Osbourne told Fox News Digital that she spent the nine months of her pregnancy in hiding with her father. She and Slipknot musician Sid Wilson welcomed their son Sidney in late 2022."I literally sat with my dad for nine months in a house, and I had the best pregnancy ever," she said at the time. I didnt want to be the prettiest girl in the room, but I was penalized because I wasnt. Its one of those things where I am totally fine with the way that I look and am happy with myself and how I am as a person, but other people arent. And thats on them. But some days are better than others."I wont lie and say there arent some days when Im just like, Holy f---, that is mean," she said.In her third trimester, she was diagnosed with gestational diabetes, People magazine reported. According to the outlet, she cut down on processed sugar to deal with the symptoms of weight gain, fatigue and ankle swelling."I hid for nine months when I was pregnant because I didnt want what they did to Jessica Simpson when she was pregnant [to happen to me]," said Osbourne about the star being mercilessly body-shamed."I think it was disgusting," said Osbourne. "I still think its disgusting. Its horrible, absolutely horrible. She was pregnant. What are you supposed to look like when youre pregnant?""Rihanna changed the pregnancy style game in such a magical way," said Osbourne about the singers daring maternity looks during her pregnancies."I think what she did was incredible, but not every girl is Rihanna," Osbourne continued. Homeland Security subpoenas California for possible cash benefits to illegals
The Department of Homeland Security issued subpoenas to the government of California on Monday seeking records related to alleged disbursements of federal funds to illegal immigrants.ICE's Homeland Security Investigations [HSI] office in Los Angeles filed the subpoenas this week, targeting the state's Cash Assistance Program for Immigrants [CAPI].According to the program's website, CAPI is intended to provide monthly cash benefits to aged, blind, and disabled non-citizens who are ineligible for federal Supplemental Security Income, but the White House claims it provides benefits to illegal immigrants who cannot access social security benefits.DHS Sec. Kristi Noem criticized California politicians in a statement, saying, "Radical left politicians in California prioritize illegal aliens over our own citizens, including by giving illegal aliens access to cash benefits. The Trump Administration is working together to identify abuse and exploitation of public benefits and make sure those in this country illegally are not receiving federal benefits or other financial incentives to stay illegally."She added, "If you are an illegal immigrant, you should leave now. The gravy train is over. While this subpoena focuses only on Los Angeles County it is just the beginning."TRUMP GOES TOE-TO-TOE WITH SANCTUARY CITIES OVER DEPORTATION AS ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION CRACKDOWN SET TO BEGINHSI's subpoenas seeks records including the name and date of birth of CAPI applicants dating back to 2021, as well as copies of applications, the immigration status of those applicants and other documents relating to the program.Gov. Gavin Newsom's office did not immediately respond to a request for comment from Fox News Digital.ICE ARRESTS MORE THAN 530 MIGRANTS IN ONE DAY AMID TRUMP'S CRACKDOWNThe investigation comes more than a month after a separate study found that California is funneling billions of federal taxpayer dollars into paying for illegal immigrants. The Economic Policy Innovation Center [EPIC] report drew a line between Californias Medicaid provider taxes and what, on paper, appears to be nearly $4 billion in state funding going toward illegal immigrants healthcare and other initiatives. But that funding is actually coming from the federal government, according to EPIC, via reimbursements to California."The state of California, colluding with insurance companies who cover Medicaid beneficiaries, has created one of the most outrageous ones yet, a money laundering scheme that results in California obtaining more than $19 billion in federal money without any state contribution over the period from April 2023 through December 2026," EPIC's report says. The paper continued that those funds were "used to implement major expansions in the Medicaid program to fund illegal immigrants and long-term care (LTC) for the wealthy."A spokesperson for California's Department of Healthcare Services pushed back on EPIC's report, arguing it is "misleading" and urging people to visit a link on their website "for accurate information on this topic."Fox News' Elizabeth Elkind contributed to this report.
