Dem shredded for calling to put 'every single' illegal immigrant on a quick path to citizenship
Rep. Maxwell Frost, D-Fla., was blasted for arguing Wednesday that the best way to solve the illegal immigration crisis is by providing everyone with a path to citizenship.Frost hosted a press conference alongside multiple immigrant advocacy groups to announce his "Stop Unlawful Detention and End Mistreatment" or "SUDEM" Act. This legislation pushes for transparency in immigration detention by requiring all ICE-operated or ICE-affiliated facilities to be held accountable for their actions.Frost declared that he and his allied groups are "fighting to hold Donald Trump, his administration and this state accountable for a taxpayer-funded kidnapping program trafficking our people across the entire world that they're running under the disguise of an immigration system."'SQUAD' DEM SAYS TRUMP MAY JAIL PEOPLE 'FOR PRACTICING DIVERSITY' AFTER VISITING ICE-DETAINED STUDENTSAfter declaring that "being undocumented in this country is not a crime," the lawmaker proposed that the best way to lower the number of illegal immigrants is simply to legalize them."We are an immigrant-filled community. We are a community filled with people. And yes, people are going to have different statuses, and to my Republican colleagues that say, "I don't want any undocumented people in this country,' I actually agree with you. So, let's document every single one of them with a speedy path to citizenship. That's how we fix this problem," Frost said.Video of his comment drew immediate backlash online, with many arguing this is a mask-off moment for the Democratic Party agenda."If citizenship is reduced merely to a piece of government-issued paper then it is entirely meaningless," The Federalist correspondent Brianna Lyman argued.Trumps homeland security advisor,Stephen Miller, responded to the clip by warning, "If the Democrats were to obtain full political control of Washington they would swiftly complete the project of relocating the destitute and developing nations of the world in your communities and then giving them the full rights and privileges of US citizenship."CLICK HERE FOR MORE COVERAGE OF MEDIA AND CULTURE"Dems say the quiet part out loud - make EVERY illegal alien legal, including the murderers, rapists, and other criminals," White House deputy press secretary Abigail Jackson said. "No way in hell.""Here is an idea: no," Townhall columnist Dustin Grage replied to the video.Christina Pushaw, spokeswoman for Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, replied with a simple, "Nope."CLICK HERE TO GET THE FOX NEWS APP

Trump-appointed FCC chairman probes Biden cybersecurity program over China concerns
FIRST ON FOX - President Donald Trumps Federal Communication Commission (FCC) is pumping the brakes on a Biden administration cybersecurity program and launching an investigation to ensure alleged "deep ties" to China dont threaten or undermine national security.Fox News Digital has reviewed an internal FCC document that outlines "national security concerns" with the U.S. Cyber Trust Mark (USCTM) program. The FCCs Council on National Security is investigating the program to determine its future. The USCTM, which was codified in 2024 during the Biden administration and adopted unanimously, is a voluntary device testing program. It was designed to be a safety label that would appear on IoT smart products, including home security cameras, TVs, internet-connected appliances, fitness trackers and baby monitors that were sold in the United States and help consumers make informed decisions about the safety of devices. The Cyber Trust Mark was intended to signal that a device meets a set of security standards approved by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).A NEW SECURITY SEAL OF APPROVAL IS COMING TO YOUR SMART HOME GADGETSAn FCC insider told Fox News Digital that the project was "rushed" by the Biden administration but is currently in "limbo." Trump-appointed FCC chairmanBrendan Carr, who initially voted for the program but has since grown concerned about its implementation, wants to ensure everything involved is fully vetted and wont harm the American people.Under the Biden administration, the FCC approved UL Solutions LLC as the Lead Administrator for the program, making it responsible for testing procedures, ensuring products continue to comply with USCTM rules once in the market and educating the public on the program and its importance.Chairman Carr has instructed the Council on National Security to "investigate certain worrying issues he has discovered" about UL Solutions LLC and the other Cybersecurity Label Administrators because of alleged ties to China."Chairman Carr is considering next steps to ensure the USCTM program does not become a back door to CCP sabotage," the internal document explained.FCC CHAIR SAYS ITS REALLY CONCERNING THAT A SOROS-BACKED RADIO STATION EXPOSED UNDERCOVER ICE AGENTS"At present, Chinese IoT products, or using Chinese IoT modules, can get the USCTM Label as easily as American products," the document continued. "Although UL Solutions is domestically-owned, it has deep ties to China."The FCC internal document states that UL Solutions "has a joint venture in China with China National Import and Export Commodities Inspection Corp.", which will "be excluded from the FCCs equipment authorization program" under newly adopted rules. UL Solutions also "has 18 China-based testing locations," with three "particularly alarming" locations and has not "shied away from its China ties since being approved" to lead the project.FCC LAUNCHES PROBE INTO SOROS-BACKED RADIO STATION THAT REVEALED LIVE LOCATIONS OF UNDERCOVER ICE AGENTS"In fact, even as UL has been working with the FCC to finalize its USCTM procedures, UL issued a press release in March touting its new, state-of-the-art facility in China that boosts testing capabilities for electromagnetic compatibility, wireless, telecommunications, automotive and Internet of Things products," the FCC internal document states."We cannot comment on the specific details of this U.S. government program," a company spokesperson told Fox News Digital. "As a leading American safety science company with operations around the globe and roots that go back more than 130 years, UL Solutions takes cybersecurity very seriously and has always operated with transparency and integrity."Michigan Republican Rep. John Moolenaar, who chairs the House Select Committee on Strategic Competition between the United States and the Chinese Communist Party, supports the FCC's efforts to strengthen the program."The idea behind the Cyber Trust Mark is soundconsumers deserve to know which devices are secure. However, under the current setup, Chinese companies with ties to the CCP could use this program to get a U.S. government-backed stamp of approval," Moolenaar said. "Thats not just misleadingits dangerous. We cant let a cybersecurity label give Americans a false sense of safety while handing Beijing a loaded gun inside our own networks. Chairman Carr is right to raise the alarm, and the Select Committee strongly supports efforts to ensure this program strengthens our defenses, not Chinas position."Cybersecurity Label Administrators were also selected under the Biden administration to provide the laboratories and product testing services and authorize companies to use the U.S. Cyber Trust Mark. The FCC found that "several" of these Cybersecurity Label Administrators also have "concerning" ties to China, such as China-based affiliates.Carr was previously the senior Republican member of the FCC, first nominated to the commission by Trump in 2017.

Containing Iran means crushing their nuclear ambitions before it's too late
President Donald Trump said in Canada on Monday that he "doesnt want to talk about" U.S. military options. And as Secretary of State Marco Rubio so carefully stated at the start of Israels complex campaign, the U.S. is not participating in offensive strikes on Iran. But make no mistake. The U.S. military is deeply involved, with defensive operations helping Israel ride out attacks, and with new, major force deployments. As of Monday, U.S. Air Force aerial refueling tankers are surging into position for intensified air operations, which could include long-range bomber strikes by the B-2 stealth bombers and their 30,000-lb. massive ordnance penetrator weapons. Thats on top of the 40,000 U.S. forces deployed in the Middle East, from the garrison in Syria to the aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson in the North Arabian Gulf and at many points in between.America has no choice. The world balance of power is on the line. Preventing a nuclear Iran is crucial to the entire U.S. global military strategy of containment.TRUMP PROMISES TO RESPOND WITH 'FULL STRENGTH AND MIGHT' OF US MILITARY IF IRAN ATTACKS AMERICAYes, containment. That Cold War strategy, devised in 1947 to hem in Stalin and the Soviet Union, is about the only long-term U.S. national security policy thats worked. Isolation is a no-go in the 21st Century when thugs like Iran have ballistic missiles and China has anti-satellite weapons.Heres a sampling of what it takes to contain Iran right now.Missile defense. The hundreds of ballistic missile attacks by Iran are too big for Israel to handle alone. At last count, over 400 missiles have been launched by Iran, in nearly a dozen waves. The U.S.-made Patriot air defense system and the Terminal High Altitude Air Defense system have contributed to the 90% intercept rate. However, assistance from the U.S. military, including the U.S. Navy, U.S. Space Force, and other forces deployed to Central Command, has also been instrumental.Space detection. To counter massed barrages, missile defenders need warning time. Satellites of the United States Space Force pick up the heat flare from Irans missile launches. Space force operators see when Iran fires missiles, and can usually determine the class of missile and its heading. Space-based detection stays on 24/7 to guard U.S. forces and allies. These tactics were first revealed in January 2020, when units like the 2nd Space Warning Squadron in Colorado detected Irans night attack with ballistic missiles against U.S. forces at Al-Asad Airbase in Iraq after the death of Qasem Soleimani. "It was a lot of missiles quick, and we could see where they were trying to impact," then-First Lieutenant Mariano Long told C4ISRNet Magazine. Missiles from Iran flew for only 6 minutes from launch to impact in that night attack, according to the Space Force. Israel would have barely more time to form the target track and fire interceptors.Enter the U.S. Navy. U.S. sailors with Aegis radar systems have become experts at sea-based missile defense, using the Standard Missile family and particularly the SM-3 Block 1B and Block 2A interceptors made in Arizona. On Friday, the USS Thomas Hudner intercepted an Iranian missile, taking an impressive nose-on shot from the eastern Mediterranean. These missiles launch vertically from tubes carried by U.S. destroyers. They dont explode instead they use a technology called hit-to-kill, where the sheer kinetic force of the interceptor warhead shatters in the inbound missile. And oh, by the way, this hit takes place 65,000 feet up in the exo-atmosphere. The U.S. Navy fired more than a dozen Standard Missiles in 2024 during Irans attacks on Israel in April and October and their presence is vital now.CLICK HERE FOR MORE FOX NEWS OPINIONAircraft carriers. Speaking of the Navy, President Trump has ordered the USS Nimitz from patrol in the Pacific to the Middle East region. Having two carriers in place will give Trump the option to continue day and night operations. Remember these are what the Navy calls "sovereign options." No host nation permission is needed to launch strikes, or defensive patrols from the carriers. Irans drones motoring along at 15,000 feet are no match for U.S. carrier-based aircraft and Air Force units deployed to the region and patrolling their zones. All these forces and more are essential to containing Iran. Now imagine the scenario with Iranian nuclear bombs in the mix. The demand for more deployed U.S. forces would skyrocket, becoming intolerable as a long-term strategy; containment of Russia and China could crumble, with Americas economic primacy soon to follow. And this is why, for the U.S. no less than Israel, the denuking of Iran must succeed.

Whoopi Goldberg rebuked by Iranian dissidents for comparing life in the US to Iran
Iranian dissidents are speaking out over Whoopi Goldbergs "offensive" claim that life for Black Americans is equivalent to living under Irans brutal autocracy."Whoopi Goldbergs comparison between being Black in America and living under Irans authoritarian regime is deeply misguided and dismisses the brutal realities faced by millions of Iranians," Dr. Sheila Nazarian told Fox News Digital.Goldberg sparked backlash during a heated argument with her fellow "The View" co-host Alyssa Farah Griffin on Wednesday. Griffin elaborated on the many human rights violations perpetrated by the Ayatollahs regime in Iran was guilty of, including executions of gay people and imprisonment of women who go outside with their hair uncovered."Lets not do that, because if we start with that, we have been known in this country to tie gay folks to the car. Listen, I'm sorry, they used to just keep hanging Black people," Goldberg insisted as Griffin pushed back and said the situations weren't comparable.WHOOPI GOLDBERG CLAIMS PEOPLE KEEP TELLING HER 'YOU CAN'T ELECT A BLACK MAN' IN AMERICA"In the year 2025 in the United States, is nothing like if I step foot wearing this outfit into Iran right now,"Griffin said."It is the same," Goldberg responded. When Griffin tried to explain that life in modern-day America was night and day with the theocratic regime in Iran, Goldberg countered, "Not if youre Black."Nazarian, a renowned plastic surgeon whose family fled Iran in 1985 when she was six after her father was put on a government list to be killed, told Fox News Digital that Goldbergs comparison was not only inaccurate but deeply offensive."While racism is a serious and ongoing challenge in the U.S., comparing this to life under a totalitarian theocracy like Iran is not only inaccurate its offensive to those who suffer daily under that regime. In Iran, the government controls nearly every aspect of life. People can be imprisoned, tortured, raped or even executed for peaceful protests, for criticizing the regime, or simply expressing their opinions online," Nazarian said.Irans theocratic regime is deeply unpopular with its public, and widespread anti-government protests frequently break out in the Islamic Republic. The country was gripped by widespread unrest after Irans morality police were accused of murdering Mahsa Amini, a Kurdish woman, for not wearing a hijab in public.MOMENTUM FOR REGIME CHANGE IN IRAN SURGES AMID ISRAEL'S CONFLICT WITH TEHRAN"Its astonishing that Whoopi Goldberg would even suggest that life for Black Americans is somehow equivalent to living under the rule of the Ayatollah in Iran. The very fact that she, as a woman and a woman of color has a platform where she can speak freely, express dissenting views, and appear uncovered on national television is proof of the immense freedoms she enjoys," Iranian-American journalist Lisa Daftari told Fox News Digital. This is not the first time Goldberg has faced controversy for comments she made. In 2022, Goldberg was suspended from "The View" following remarks about the Holocaust that many found offensive.Goldberg claimed that The Holocaust wasnt "about race" instead saying the genocide of six million Jews from 1933 to 1945 was the result of "mans inhumanity to other man." The daytime talk show co-host swiftly apologized for her comments, saying she "misspoke."Fox News Digital reached out to "The View" for comment.

Barstool Sports founderDave Portnoy said that there is "obviously big time distrust of legacy media" during an exclusive interview with Fox News Digital.Portnoys comments come in response to aFox Digital report that CNN staffers are worried about the future of the former most-watched cable network."It is obviously big time distrust of legacy media," Portnoy explained. "And there's so many different ways to consume media. There's so many different people speaking now and people can access it in so many ways."CNN MORALE 'REALLY GRIM' AS NETWORK FACES UNCERTAIN FUTURE WITH CORPORATE SPLIT, STAFFERS WARNCNN dominated the airwaves in the '90s, leading coverage on Baghdad and the O.J. Since then, prime-time viewership has plummeted from the Ted Turner-founded network to third in ratings. On Monday,Variety reported that one of the network's most notable stars, Anderson Cooper, hired high-powered Hollywood agent Bryan Lourd of Creative Artists Agency, which may indicate Cooper is either looking to bolster his contract with CNN or potentially leave the network altogether.Cooper has been at CNN for more than 23 years. One Cable News Network staffer also told Fox "the mood remains really grim" and that "people are uncertain" about what may come after an expected corporate restructuring by their parent company, Warner Bros. Joe Theismann talks Commanders possibly honoring Redskins name, logo in future
The Washington Commanders will eventually return to the nations capital and play at the old RFK Stadium site in a state-of-the-art stadium. One of the keys to earning federal lawmakers support in building the stadium there was to have "good-faith negotiations" about honoring the franchises legacy as the Redskins and the Native American family that created the original logo the team used for decades before switching names.Sen. Steve Daines, R-Mont., made it clear in November on Fox News Channels "America Reports."CLICK HERE FOR MORE SPORTS COVERAGE ON FOXNEWS.COMWhile Commanders team owner Josh Harris has made clear that the Commanders nickname is here to stay, Super Bowl champion Joe Theismann expressed optimism that the franchise will find a way to honor the logo and the family behind it."I think Josh Harris and his group are certainly well aware of what the Redskins were obviously being a big fan growing up in this area, its a dream come true Im sure for him and some of the people that are a part of the ownership group," Theismann told Fox News Digital. "In some way, shape or form they possibly will honor it."I dont know whether people realize but the Redskin logo that was on our helmets was designed by a Native American, and it would be a great honor to be able to continue to honor the Native Americans and the tribes that are a part of that going forward. I mean, thats the way I felt when I put that uniform on. It was an honor for me to be able to represent the Washington Redskins, the Native Americans of this country. We won a Super Bowl, and I was given a chiefs headdress. It would be nice again to sort of connect the old with the new."EX-NFL STAR JOE THEISMANN READIES FOR AMERICAN CENTURY, ADMITS HE'S MILES TELLER 'FANBOY'Theismann was adamant that the new faces of the franchise should establish their own path forward as the Commanders like the Redskins of his day established theirs."Let this group of guys called the Commanders establish their own legacy," he said. "We had one, now its their turn to establish theirs."Blackie Wetzel was credited with creating the portrait of John Two Guns White Calf in 1971, which the Washington Redskins used in 1972,Fox News Digital previously reported. Arkansas suffers heartbreaking College World Series elimination to LSU after left fielder's critical mistake
The Arkansas Razorbacks, needing a win to stay alive in the NCAA College World Series, were one out away from forcing a rematch with the LSU Tigers on Wednesday night. However, left fielder Charles Davalan had a brutal blunder in the outfield in what could have been the end of the game. Instead, it helped LSU earn themselves a spot in the championship series.Tigers right-handed hitter Luis Hernandez roped a pitch to left field that went 104 mph off the bat, but it was hit directly at Davalan. However, it appeared the left fielder slipped and misjudged the ball, and it bounced off his shoulder and went toward the wall.CLICK HERE FOR MORE SPORTS COVERAGE ON FOXNEWS.COMIf that was not enough of a problem, there were runners on first and second for LSU, and they both scored to tie things up at five apiece. The Razorbacks had just taken the lead in the top of the ninth inning thanks to a Justin Thomas two-RBI single to left field, but it was all for naught in the end.ARKANSAS BASEBALL STAR PITCHES HISTORIC NO-HITTER IN COLLEGE WORLD SERIESJared Jones, who tied the game earlier with a solo home run in the bottom of the eighth inning, came in clutch yet again, singling home Hernandez on a line drive that hit off second baseman Cam Kozeals glove and landed in center field to score the winning run in walk-off fashion. The Tigers celebrated their trip to the championship series, while Arkansas could not believe they did not force a rematch. While LSU celebrated, Davalan was understandably emotional after the game. His Razorbacks teammates were seen consoling him as he let his emotions pour out on the field. The Tigers, seeking their second national title in three seasons, will be facing Coastal Carolina, who defeated Louisville, 11-3, to secure their spot in the final, best-of-three bout.Follow Fox News Digitalssports coverage on X, and subscribe tothe Fox News Sports Huddle newsletter.

Top Trump ally predicts Senate will blow past 'big, beautiful bill' deadline
A Senate fiscal hawk doesnt believe Republicans can hit their own self-imposed timeline to pass President Donald Trumps "big, beautiful bill."Senate Republicans are racing against the clock to finish work on their version of the presidents colossal bill after the House GOP advanced its offering late last month. So far, each of the 10 Senate committees has unveiled a portion of the bill and are fine-tuning each chunk to conform with Senate rules and address concerns among varying factions in the conference.'IT JUST BAFFLES ME': SENATE REPUBLICANS SOUND ALARM OVER MEDICAID CHANGES, SPENDING IN TRUMP MEGABILLRepublican leaders are gunning to put the package on the floor next week, ahead of a scheduled recess for Independence Day, but Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wis., believes there is enough resistance against the bill to torpedo that timeline. "I think we have enough people that are saying, No, we're not going to proceed to the bill prior to July 4." he said. "We need more time, but I think our efforts now are concentrated."Johnson has long been pushing for far deeper cuts in the package, far beyond the goal of $1.5 trillion set in the Houses offering and the pursuit of $2 trillion in cuts in the Senates package to begin putting a major dent in the nations deficit.SENATE PANEL NAVIGATES DELICATE COMPROMISES ON MEDICAID, TAXES IN LATEST CHUNK OF TRUMP'S MEGABILLThe lawmakers remarks came during a press call where he debuted his 31-page report on the GOPs quest to ram the president's agenda through Congress. The report offered a variety of scenarios of the deficit and growth impacts the Republicans plan could have based on varying levels of compound annual growth rates that varied from over 2%, 3% and 4%.The report was meant to be a thumb in the face of the Congressional Budget Offices findings on the bill and overall state of federal spending and deficits. But it also rejected the arguments made by Republican leaders and the White House in its pursuit of showing the reality of the nations fiscal health and the effect the "big, beautiful bill" could have on it.'FULLY JUSTIFIED': GRAHAM PLOWS AHEAD WITH TRUMP BORDER FUNDING DESPITE PAUL'S OBJECTIONSRon Johnson acknowledged the sentiments of House Speaker Mike Johnson, R-La., and Trump that the spending cuts achieved in the House product were unprecedented but countered that "we've faced an unprecedented level of spending increase" since the pandemic. "You can argue about the twigs and leaves on the forest floor, but I'm forcing everybody to take a step back and look at the look at the forest," Ron Johnson said. "It's blazing, and we got to put this forest fire out."There are others with varying concerns, including the addition of a debt-ceiling hike and proposed changes to Medicaid, who could form a multi-faceted coalition to tank the bill.Thune can only afford to lose three votes if he hopes to pass the bill, given that the nature of the budget reconciliation process skirts the filibuster and that Democrats have been iced out of the process thus far.Ron Johnson noted that he hoped Senate Majority Leader John Thune, R-S.D., wouldnt put the full bill on the floor next week because "I really think itll be voted down.""If we do vote it down, I don't want anybody to interpret it as a slap in the face of either Leader Thune or President Trump," Ron Johnson said. "It's just saying, Guys, we need more time. The ball has been in the Senate court for two weeks."Johnson has been a proponent of breaking up the megabill into two or three chunks, rather than tackling it all in "one fell swoop." However, he acknowledged there would need to be some kind of mechanism that would allow lawmakers to have "at least two, if not three, bites at the apple.""I understand this process is to kind of jam everybody, but let's not do what Nancy Pelosi did and say, Hey, got to pass this bill to figure out what's in it," he added. "Let's know fully what's in it. Let's do as President Trump asked. He wants the Senate to make a better bill."

Democrats lament 'party drama' and lack of unity as frustrations with DNC grow
Some Democrats are frustrated with the Democratic National Committee during a troubled time for the party, citing internal drama and a lack of unity amid multiple resignations within the national party's operation.Rep. Debbie Dingell, D-Mich., told the Washington Post that there was "more division than unity" within the party.American Federation of Teachers (AFT) chief Randi Weingarten announced her resignation from the DNC on Monday, citing an issue with leadership. Another union leader, Lee Saunders, President of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, also declined to stay on as an at-large member.Dingell said the DNC needed to "do a better job of communicating with members and Democratic electeds and other members of our coalition," because it was "contributing to significant tension right now."DNC CHAIR RIPPED DAVID HOGG OVER PARTY INFIGHTING IN LEAKED MEETING AUDIO: 'REALLY FRUSTRATING'The frustrations were also evident after David Hogg revealed he would not compete in the new Democratic National Committee (DNC) vice-chair elections, which were decided last week. A majority of members voted to hold a new election following backlash over his $20 million pledge to support primary challenges against older House Democrats in safe blue districts he said are "asleep at the wheel," through his outside political action group, Leaders We Deserve.Rep. Mark Pocan, D-Wis., also expressed frustration concerning the turmoil the DNC was causing the party."You really have to work hard to step in the pile of s--- that theyre stepping in," Pocan said of the drama at the DNC. "Like you literally would have to go directly towards a path to step in it, in order to make this be the news coming out of the DNC."Weingarten expressed concern over not "enlarging our tent" in a letter to DNC Chair Ken Martin explaining why she wanted to step down.'DISTRACTION': THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY IS READY TO LEAVE THEIR DAVID HOGG DRAMA IN THE DUSTCLICK HERE FOR MORE COVERAGE OF MEDIA AND CULTURE"Randi Weingarten, Lee Saunders, and David Hogg are critical voices in our party. They want a worker centered agenda with trade schools and support for collective bargaining," Rep. Ro Khanna, D-Calif., told the Post. "They have called for a new generation of leaders. We need to be a big tent party that includes them."Martin told the Washington Post that while others "want to create internal party drama," he was focused on his principles."I know there is news of that these last few days. I just have to stay focused on my guiding principles and what we are trying to scale up so we can win again," he told the outlet.CLICK HERE TO GET THE FOX NEWS APPIn a Politico article published Thursday morning, other DNC members lambasted Martin as "whiny" and "invisible.""I ran and won the race for DNC chair to get the DNC out of DC because too many people in DC want to point fingers, and play the blame game," Martin told Politico. "They want to win irrelevant arguments, with no strategy involved, but the one strategic thing that makes us relevant is winning elections. I was elected chair to help our party win again, and we are."
