Hellfire missile bounces off mysterious orb in stunning UAP footage shown to Congress
A House hearing on unidentified aerial phenomena (UAPs) stunned lawmakers when video evidence showed a U.S. drone firing a Hellfire missile at an orb off Yemenonly for the object to remain intact and keep moving, raising urgent questions about technology beyond known military capabilities. At a House Oversight subcommittee meeting on UFO transparency and whistleblower protection, Rep. Eric Burlison, R-Mo., unveiled the video. The footage showed an MQ-9 drone tracking a UAP orb as another MQ-9 launched a Hellfire missile at it. The missile struck the orb, but instead of destroying it, the round appeared to "bounce right off.""Thats a Hellfire missile smacking into that UFO and [it] just bounced right off, and it kept going," journalist George Knapp said. "There are servers where theres a whole bank of these kind of videos that Congress has not been allowed to see."HOUSE WITNESS TESTIFIES UFOS NEARLY ACTIVATED RUSSIAN NUCLEAR MISSILES DURING 1982 INCIDENTLawmakers and witnesses stressed that no known U.S. technology could withstand a Hellfire strike."Are you aware of anything in the U.S. arsenal that can split a Hellfire missile like thisand do whatever blob thing it did, and then keep going?" Rep. Anna Paulina Luna, R-Fla., asked each witness.Nuccetelli and Wiggins testified that no U.S. technology is capable of surviving such a strike.UFO MANIA GRIPS SMALL TOWN AFTER MYSTERIOUS GLOWING OBJECT SIGHTING GOES VIRALAsked if the video frightened them, all three Nuccetelli, Wiggins and U.S. Air Force Veteran Dylan Borland answered "yes."Beyond the Hellfire video, witnesses also shared their own UAP encounters.JD VANCE SAYS HE'S 'OBSESSED' WITH EERIE UFO VIDEOSNuccetelli described the "Vandenberg Red Square," a 2003 incident at what is now Vandenberg Space Force Base in California. At the time, it was still an Air Force installation. He recalled hearing chaos unfold over the radio. His friend screamed, "Its coming right at us! Its coming right for us!" Just moments later, he said he heard them say the object "shot off and was done."Wiggins also recalled a "Tic Tac" encounter, noting the craft showed no "conventional propulsion signatures" as it left.CLICK HERE TO GET THE FOX NEWS APPThough the origins remain unknown, lawmakers pressed for answers, demanding greater transparency on UAPs.Fox News Digitals Rachel Wolf contributed to this report.

Newsom says Trump has relentless, unhinged obsession with California during State of the State address
California Gov. Gavin Newsom, a Democrat, on Tuesday argued that President Donald Trump and his administration have a "relentless, unhinged California obsession."In a letter to the state legislature, Newsom toutedthe states achievements during the State of the State address on its 175th anniversary of statehood. The governor also posted a clip of himself delivering a shortened version of the address on social media.Newsom has not delivered a formal State of the State address the last three years, despite decades of tradition of doing just that. He has instead opted for letters and prerecorded videos."We are now nine months into a battle to protect the values we hold most dear and to preserve the economic and social foundation we built for California," Newsom wrote. "We are facing a federal administration built on incompetence and malicious ignorance, one that seeks the death of independent thinking."NEWSOM WARNS AMERICANS 'YOU WILL LOSE YOUR COUNTRY' UNDER TRUMP AT CALIFORNIA SUMMITCalifornia has been a target for the Trump administration over issues such as immigration, in which federal raids targeting migrant workers over the summer sparked protests against arrests and deportations. Newsom butted heads with the administration over its move to deploy the National Guard and the Marines to the Los Angeles area to respond to the demonstrations and support immigration enforcement. The federal government has also cut funding for the states long-delayed high-speed rail project, rolled back the states rule prohibiting the sale of new gas-powered vehicles and sued the state over a law that allows transgender girls to compete on sports teams matching their gender identity rather than their biological sex.California, meanwhile, has filed 41 lawsuits against the administration.Earlier this year, state lawmakers approved giving $50 million to the states Department of Justice and other legal groups to help preserve its progressive policies.NEWSOM ESCALATES TRUMP IMMIGRATION FEUD WITH FOUL-MOUTHED INSULTNewsom said California is also challenging the presidents move to suspend funding to the University of California, Los Angeles, over allegations of antisemitism on campus and affirmative action."It would be a mistake to think California is cowering in the face of this onslaught," Newsom said. The governors letter also detailed what he described as the states achievements, including the states resiliency and quick recovery effort after the wildfires in Los Angeles earlier this year, as well as advancements in tech, green energy and education.Newsom also lauded the states tens of thousands of young volunteers and a tax credit program to bring back Hollywood productions.State Republicans contended that Newsom, seen as a potential presidential candidate in 2028, is focusing more on boosting his national profile rather than on working on issues in the Golden State, with James Gallagher, the GOP leader of the state Assembly, citing the states ongoing budget deficits, its homelessness crisis and high costs of living."Stop refusing to show up and actually do the work of being a governor," Gallagher said in a video posted to social media.Gallagher also criticized Newsoms push for a U.S. House redistricting plan to boost Democrats and potentially win control of the chamber ahead of the 2026 midterms. The move by California lawmakers was done in response to a similar Trump-endorsed effort by Republican lawmakers in Texas. The Associated Press contributed to this report.

6 Guatemalans in US illegally arrested during investigation for deadly hit-and-run at trailer park
What started as an investigation into a deadly hit-and-run at a Florida trailer park over the weekend turned into an immigration bust as police came across six Guatemalan men in the U.S. illegally. The Polk County Sheriff's Office said deputies responded to the Willow Oak Mobile Home Park after someone called 911 early Sunday morning to report a 21-year-old man dead inside his home. When law enforcement got to the house and checked out the man, who has not been identified, the sheriff's office said his injuries were "consistent with being run over by a vehicle."The department's Traffic Unit began investigating the man's death and learned that he had been run over in a driveway Saturday night during a party at one of the trailers where "nearly everyone" was drinking alcohol.57 ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS DETAINED IN MAJOR NEW YORK WORKSITE RAID; 5 ACCUSED OF REENTRY AFTER DEPORTATIONA witness told traffic homicide detectives that the man was lying down in the driveway when Ponciano Cinto-Ramirez, 52, got inside a van that was parked in the driveway, put it into reverse and backed over him and continued driving off.Partygoers yelled at Cinto-Ramirez to tell him that he ran over a person, according to the witness, but he drove to lot #32 and went inside the trailer on that property. At some point, the victim was dragged into his home, but police did not state how that took place or who may have taken him inside.Deputies went to lot #32 to speak with Cinto-Ramirez and found "several people inside" the trailer who refused to come out."Eventually, one by one, they came outside but refused to give deputies information or cooperate," the PCSO said, adding that two men who came out gave them fake identification.During in-custody interviews, deputies learned that all six men are in the U.S. illegally, which enhances their charges.MASSIVE ICE OPERATION NETS GANG MEMBERS, MURDERERS, CHILD PREDATORS: 'WREAKED HAVOC'Cinto-Ramirez was charged with resisting arrest, driving without a license causing death and leaving the scene of a crash involving death. All three charges are felony counts.Rigoberto Lopez Morales, 22, and Jacinto Lopez Morales, 46, were both charged with resisting arrest.Alfredo Cinto-Ramirez, 48, and Leonel Cinto Lopez, 24, were both charged with resisting arrest and giving false information to law enforcement. Ramiro Cinto Lopez, 23, was charged with those same two charges and possession of an altered firearm.Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd said all six men "are facing serious felonies" and are under Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) holds to "hopefully" be deported back to Guatemala."What started out as a neighborhood party ended up with a 21-year-old man dead and a group of illegal aliens going to jail," Judd said.Police have responded to reports involving "large gatherings" at the Willow Oak Mobile Home Park several times over the years, according to FOX 35 Orlando, but it was not stated if this specific group of people has been reported in the past.

As Trumps bawdy birthday message to Jeffrey Epstein appears, he still insists he never sent it
It really shouldnt be that big a deal.Donald Trump was one of many friends solicited to send messages to Jeffrey Epstein for his 50th birthday. Theres a far more cautious one from Bill Clinton, too.If the president had merely said "yeah, I sent it, we were joking back and forth, nothing to see here" this was in 2003, before the child predator was charged with sexual abuse nobody would have blinked. The birthday book was assembled by his then-girlfriend Ghislaine Maxwell.INSIDE EPSTEIN'S INFAMOUS 'BIRTHDAY BOOK': CLINTON'S NOTE, POOLSIDE CANDIDS AND BIZARRE ANIMAL PICSInstead, he filed a $10 billion lawsuit against the Wall Street Journal for supposedly publishing inaccuracies in its report on the Trump birthday message. The Journal has now been vindicated.Trump flatly denied having sent a birthday message at all. He cant draw, he would never do such a thing, it was inconceivable. Now it looks a lot more conceivable. As the Journal was the first to report, there is a friendly back-and-forth against the backdrop of a sketch of a naked womans silhouette. Trumps signature is in the pubic area, and the paper says it matches other acknowledged "Donald" signatures along with his use of such phrases as "a wonderful thing."There is this exchange:Donald: We have certain things in common, Jeffrey.Jeffrey: Yes we do, come to think of it.Donald: Enigmas never age, have you noticed that?Jeffrey: As a matter of fact, it was clear to me the last time I saw you.Donald: A pal is a wonderful thing. Happy Birthday and may every day be another wonderful secret.Thats it, given more punch by Trumps denial that he never sent such a thing.BILL CLINTON LETTER IN EPSTEIN 'BIRTHDAY BOOK' AMONG NEW FILES RELEASED BY HOUSE OVERSIGHT COMMITTEEIn fact, after the publication of the texts and the naked silhouette which Im sure youve seen as its been all over television Trump continues to deny that the letter and sketch are his.Theyre sure doing a good job of moving on from the Epstein mess, huh?Reached on his cell yesterday by NBC reporter Garrett Haake, Trump said: "I dont comment on something thats a dead issue. I gave all comments to the staff. Its a dead issue."That sounds like wishful thinking. The only "dead" part is Jeffrey Epstein.Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt backed up the boss in a posting:"The latest piece published by the Wall Street Journal PROVES this entire Birthday Card story is false. As I have said all along, its very clear President Trump did not draw this picture, and he did not sign it. President Trumps legal team will continue to aggressively pursue litigation."Furthermore, the reporter @joe_palazzolo who wrote this hatchet job reached out for comment at the EXACT same minute he published his story giving us no time to respond. This is FAKE NEWS to perpetuate the Democrat Epstein Hoax!" But its hardly a hoax to Epsteins victims, who spoke out the other day one voted for Trump about how being lured into having sex while young as 14 ruined their lives.JEFFREY EPSTEIN SAGA CONTINUES AS CONGRESS RETURNS FROM RECESSThe New York Times has a sobering report on other birthday messages to Epstein.Venture capitalist William Elkus recalled Epstein conjuring a beautiful woman out of thin air during a visit to a farm town in Iowa, where it was hard to "tell the difference between the girls and the hogs." Elkus marveled at Epsteins being able to find a "spectacular tall blonde" whom he later invited back with him to New York, concluding he had relied on "some long distance escort service."Elkus told the Times that it was a joke and that he was referring to Epsteins "charisma, which was palpable."A person named Leslie wrote, "I wanted to get you what you want," so "here it is" a drawing of breasts. Another writer sent photos of zebras, and lions, getting it on.A person named Nick described a night in London that left Epstein "howling with laughter." Nick saidan "old man smiling sweetly" pulled down a womans panties and put his hand on her privates, only to find another mans hand already there. Some women, including assistants and girlfriends the names are redacted may have been Epsteins victims. One woman wrote: "With you, dear Jeffrey, I laugh like a little girl and feel like a woman." Theres a hand-drawn heart, a brief message and a photo of a womans butt in a thong bikini.EPSTEIN ESTATE HANDS OVER 'BIRTHDAY BOOK,' CONTACT LIST TO HOUSE INVESTIGATORSTheres a cartoon of Epstein in a beach chair getting "what appears to be a nude massage from four topless women." Appears? Thats exactly what it is.There were messages from Nathan Myhrvold, former chief technology officer for Microsoft; retail billionaire Leslie Wexner; billionaire investor Leon Black; Epsteins onetime attorney Alan Dershowitz;and Jean-Luc Brunel, a French modeling scout who died in 2022 by suicide in a French jail cell after being charged with raping teenage girls. The Washington Post has more, saying "attention to Trumps relationship with Epstein is not going away anytime soon, and the political headaches for the president are likely to linger."In a partially redacted photo, Epstein is holding an oversized check made out to him for $22,500 with DJTRUMP on the signature line. The handwritten caption: "Sells fully depreciated [redacted] to Donald Trump for $22,500."Trump allies have decided to make their stand on the signature question, adding to the murkiness."Is this really the best they could do?" wrote MAGA influencer Benny Johnson. "Trump has the most famous signature in the world. Time to sue them into the oblivion."SUBSCRIBE TO HOWIE'S MEDIA BUZZMETER PODCAST, A RIFF ON THE DAY'S HOTTEST STORIESIn a drawing, labeled "1983," a male figure is pictured handingballoons to young girls in pigtails. That was next to "2003," where hes drawn getting massages from topless blonde women with the caption"what a great country!"Look, theres no other way to say it: This has the whiff of a cover-up.I mean, are people buying the presidents insistence that he never sent the birthday message that theyve seen with their own eyes?Trump boxed himself by insisting, even now, that hed never sent such a message. Thats the heart of the political problem. The president may pronounce the story dead, but for the rest of the world including MAGA supporters who have been obsessed with this case its very much alive.

Michigan city may ban LGBTQ+ flags on public property, judge rules
A Michigan city may enforce its rule banning LGBTQ+ flags from being displayed on publicly owned property, according to a federal judge.U.S. District Judge David Lawson dismissed a lawsuit against the city of Hamtramck on Monday, two years after the city council voted to allow only five flags, including the American flag, the Michigan flag and flags that "represent the international character" of the community."Hamtramcks refusal to display the Gay Pride flag did not violate the Constitution," Lawson said.MCHIGAN CITY VOTES AGAINST ALLOWING PRIDE FLAGS ON PUBLIC PROPERTY AFTER CONTENTIOUS COUNCIL MEETINGOpponents of the policy said Hamtramck, which is known for welcoming immigrants, was violating free speech by banning Pride flags, but Lawson said the policy was constitutional because it bans all private flags, not just some.A Pride flag was displayed in 2021 and 2022 before some members of the all-Muslim council argued that it challenged the beliefs of some members' faith. The council voted in favor of the policy in June 2023.The following month, two members of the city's Human Relations Commission were removed from their positions for flying Pride flags on city property.MICHIGAN CITY COMMISSIONERS REMOVED AFTER FLYING PRIDE FLAG IN VIOLATION OF ORDINANCE: DEFIED 'RULE OF LAW'"This Council believes in fairness, neutrality towards our residents, and the rule of law, amongst other things for this community. We passed a resolution recently to do just that, and two of our sworn commissioners outright defied it, and did what they wanted," Council member Khalil Refai said in a statement at the time.Businesses and residents in Hamtramck may still fly Pride flags on their private property.More than 40% of the city's 27,000 residents were born in other countries, according to the U.S. Census Bureau. Why doesnt Hermes just produce more bags andthen everyone can have a Birkin? Thats basicallytheargumentofpeople pressing President Donald Trump to declare ahousingemergency.Thefactistheres plentyofhousing, just not inthemost desirable neighborhoods. Population growthisslowing, deportations are increasing and new home construction already outpaces family creation.Theshortageisa myth created by activists sothey can force residential living patterns to conform toDEIdogma.A simple calculation proves it.TheCensus Bureau collects annual data on boththenumberofhouseholds andtheavailablehousingstock.Thelatestdatashows 131.3 million households and146.5millionhousingunits, an excess supplyofover 15 million units.Activists cannot denytheexcess so instead, they argue that itisnot enough.BLAME DRUGS AND MENTAL ILLNESS, NOT PRESIDENT TRUMP, FOR THE CHAOS GRIPPING OUR STREETSA well-functioninghousingmarket has a natural vacancy rate. Just as labor markets need unemployment for efficient job matching, housingmarkets need vacancies for buyer-seller alignment, renovations and seasonal use.Activists say that rate should be 12% insteadofthecurrent 10%, and to hit that target an additional 1 million units are needed. Butthey are cherry-pickingthebaseline rate. Census datatrackedsince 1965 shows vacancy rates have fluctuated wildly, ranging from 8.3% to 14.5%.Thereisno stable"natural rate."Todays 10% rate falls well within this historical range. When you stop using artificially high assumptions, theshortage disappears entirely.Perhaps anticipating this, activists also argue that demandishigher than census data shows. First, theyclaimconstruction has fallen behind historical trends, from 1.5 million units annually in 1968-2000 to 1.23 million since 2001, creating a cumulative deficit. Second, they argue for massive pent-up demand, claiming millionsofpeople would form separate households ifhousingwere cheaper, using statistical models to estimate 3-5 million"missing"households.HERE'S WHY HELPING THE HOMELESS REBUILD THEIR LIVES IS KEY TO AMERICAS FUTURE SUCCESSBoth arguments assume demographic conditions that no longer exist.Americahas transitioned from rapid population growthofover 1% annually before 2000 to a more stable0.5%today, projected to reach 0.1% by 2055.Thenext 30 years will add 23 million people versus 70 million intheprior 30 years, reflecting lower birth rates and longer lifespans. Deaths will exceed births by 2038 asthepopulation matures. Meanwhile, thecurrent administration targets deporting onemillionpeople annually, a figurenot includedin Census projections that assume stable immigration.Like Birkin bags, therealproblemisnt supply, its that people want exclusive neighborhoods, and no amountofconstruction changes thatreality. Whatsreally going on hereisthat activists are manufacturing ahousingcrisisin order to impose aDEIregime on where people choose to live.Thisisa corruptionoftheFairHousingAct (FHA), which was focused on equalityofopportunity not results.Thebill did aim to disrupt segregated living patterns but only throughthenarrow mechanismofeliminating overthousingdiscrimination. In particular, restrictive covenants, redlining and explicit racial barriers.TRUMP IS TRYING TO SAVE 100,000 AMERICAN LIVES WHILE DEMOCRATS LET CITIES SPIRAL OUT OF CONTROLAsthelegislative history records, thegoal was to ensure families could live"wherethey wishand wherethey canafford,"acknowledging that financial capacity remained a valid constraint onhousingchoice.Todays activists have abandoned that sensible framework. Instead, they want to eliminate disparities in living patterns by lowering community standards through government coercion.Their chief targetislocal zoning laws, which servetheimportant functionofmaintaining community character. Its why Washington,D.C., which bans skyscrapers, doesnt look like Manhattan.New York Citys Economic Development Corporation exemplifies this approach, scolding neighborhoods liketheUpper East Side, SoHo andtheWest Village for"restrictiveland use regulations"that limit density. They explicitly note that"Community Districts producingtheleast affordablehousingare disproportionately white."Their demographic focus revealsthetrue agenda.CLICK HERE FOR MORE FOX NEWS OPINIONTheObama administration weaponized this logic through HUDs Affirmatively Furthering FairHousingrule, forcing towns that accepted federal funding to eliminate zoning laws and to provide detailed reports on racial demographics.Theeffort had an important political dimension. By forcing high-density, low-incomehousinginto suburban communities, activists aimed to flip red areas blue.President Trump recognizedthestakes in his first term, and tasked a White House team led by John McEntee to eliminatetherule, whichthey did in14 days. Biden reinstated it, but HUD Secretary Scott Turner wisely eliminated it again soon after takingoffice.Unfortunately, some Republicans and Libertarians have fallen forthehousingshortage hoax and still dontrealize that eliminating sensible neighborhood standards like zoning are a stalking horse for imposingDEIquotas. Thisisa problem becausehousingactivists continue to pushtheir radical agenda aggressively atthestate level. In 2021, Massachusetts passed a controversial law forcingthe177 towns alongthecommuter rail line to changetheir suburban zoning laws to permit high-density low-incomehousing.Thebill was drafted to look optional andincentive-based, butofficials areenforcingit as mandatory.
