However, the new order directs Willis to clarify the search protocols used for Hill and Wade's records.Willis has faced enormous outside scrutiny from lawyers for the defendants and the Georgia state legislature over her investigation and prosecution of Trump.Willis charged Trump and 18 co-defendants in August 2023 with racketeering and other violations over the 2020 election, but the case was whittled down significantly because of plea deals and dismissed charges.Ultimately, the Georgia Court of Appeals disqualified Willis from the case, finding her private romantic relationship with Wade presented a conflict of interest. The case has been shelved indefinitely since the ruling.

A tow truck driver in Los Angeles is facing a federal charge for towing an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) vehicle on August 15, and he could be behind bars for a decade if he's found guilty.Bobby Nunez was allegedly laughing and filming as he towed a vehicle belonging to ICE agents, according to a federal criminal complaint obtained by Fox News Digital. The agents were in the middle of an operation to arrest an illegal immigrant and had their emergency lights flashing as they boxed in the targets vehicle with their own to prevent her escape."Apparently he thought it would be funny to interfere with our immigration enforcement operations. Now he can laugh behind bars while he faces justice.
