The Israel Defense Forces said on Saturday that it had killed the Houthi prime minister and several other senior officials in a strike in Yemen."Houthi Prime Minister, Ahmed Al-Rahawi, along with additional senior officials of the Houthi terrorist regime were eliminated during an IDF strike in Sanaa, Yemen," the IDF said in a social media post.The IDF said it had targeted a Houthi facility where officials responsible "for the use of force, the military buildup of the Houthi terror regime, and the advancement of terror actions against Israel. Tracey Bregman is soap opera royalty, but there are some people who haven't been too fond of some of her storylines.Bregman recently claimed that her most famous character, Lauren Fenmore on "The Young and the Restless" was originally so poorly received that she received death threats. She went as far as to say that "people tried to run me off the freeway" due to her character's behavior.Lauren Fenmore made her first appearance in the long-running daytime drama in 1983, and Bregman has been playing her ever since. While the character is a fan favorite now, it wasn't always that way. The White House is pushing to rebrand the Pentagon, confirming Saturday plans to rename the Department of Defense the Department of War, The Wall Street Journal first reported.The Department of War was established by Congress in August 1789 to oversee the operation and maintenance of the military branches. After a brief name change to the National Military Establishment after World War II, it was changed to the Department of Defense.White House deputy press secretary Anna Kelly told Fox News the change comes amid a restoration of U.S. military values."As President [Donald] Trump said, our military should be focused on offense not just defense which is why he has prioritized warfighters at the Pentagon instead of DEI and woke ideology," Kelly wrote in a statement. The Dallas Cowboys are mourning the loss of one of the franchise's celebrated defensive players.Lee Roy Jordan, a star linebacker who played on the Cowboys' first Super Bowl-winning team in 1971, has died at age 84.The Cowboys announced Jordan's death on Saturday but did not provide details about the timing or cause of death.Jordan played under the late Paul "Bear" Bryant during his standout career at Alabama. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers waived defensive back Shilo Sanders after his ejection from a preseason game against the Buffalo Bills.Sanders was ejected from last Saturdays preseason game for throwing a punch at a Bills player.
