WWW.FOXNEWS.COMVikings coach Kevin O'Connell drops F-bomb during live TV interview in preseason bout vs PatriotsMinnesota Vikings Kevin OConnell gave a perfect example as to why NFL head coaches are not micd up on gameday. While other professional sporting events have micd up moments during live broadcasts, the NFL usually saves time for potential edits with that because of some, well, fruitful language. But with the NFL in the midst of preseason, the Vikings broadcast decided to micd up OConnell to provide some more entertainment for the fans watching at home. However, the live interview led to an F-bomb being dropped by the Vikings lead man.CLICK HERE FOR MORE SPORTS COVERAGE ON FOXNEWS.COMDuring the third quarter in the game between the Vikings and New England Patriots, OConnell was on the Fox 9 broadcast when he was answering a question while watching a play unfold. He didnt think of censoring himself after seeing something he didnt like.PATRIOTS COACH MIKE VRABEL GETS KNOCKED TO THE GROUND BREAKING UP FIGHT DURING JOINT PRACTICE WITH VIKINGS"Im excited about this years team and excited about this play-call, fellas," OConnell told the broadcasters. "Weve got a fast-motionOh no! F--- Its coming back."The reason for OConnells expletive was noticing illegal motion at the line of scrimmage before the ball was even snapped. So, though the play wouldve gotten the Vikings a first down, it was called back for the penalty instead. It may not have been OConnells first-team offense on the field, but hes expecting his team to play sound football no matter whos in the game. The Vikings ended up losing to the Patriots, 20-12, though the expected starting quarterback, 2024 first-round pick, J.J. McCarthy didnt suit up yet again for the teams second preseason game. However, McCarthy has shined thus far in training camp practices, including joint work with the Patriots this week.McCarthy missed the entire 2024 season before it even began due to a meniscus tear. But OConnells Vikings went a surprising 14-3 with Sam Darnold at the helm. With Darnold now the starting quarterback for the Seattle Seahawks, its McCarthys show heading into his second year.OConnell is hoping that he doesnt have to spew that many expletives from the sideline this season, as the Vikings are looking to get back into the playoffs.Follow Fox News Digitalssports coverage on X, and subscribe tothe Fox News Sports Huddle newsletter.0 Comentários 0 Compartilhamentos 11 Visualizações 0 Anterior

WWW.FOXNEWS.COMMarco Rubio accuses CBS reporter of pushing 'stupid media narrative' in fiery clash over ZelenskySecretary of State Marco Rubio clashed with "Face the Nation" host Margaret Brennan, accusing her of pushing a "stupid media narrative" during a fierce exchange on Sunday."You know there is concern from the Europeans that President Zelensky is going to be bullied into signing something away. That's why you have these European leaders coming as backup tomorrow," Brennan said before being cut off."That is not true," Rubio interjected, as the two spoke over each other. "But that's not true, they're not coming here tomorrow to keep Zelensky from being bullied."President Donald Trump recently hosted Russian President Vladimir Putin in Alaska for a highly anticipated summit focused on ending the war in Ukraine. The conflict, which began with Russias full-scale invasion on February 24, 2022, has resulted in an estimated two million casualties, including both military and civilian losses on both sides. Putin previously seized Crimea and backed Russian separatists in 2014. Trump has been working to secure a ceasefire in the war, often claiming it would never have broken out had he been president, and vowing hed end the conflict on "day one" during his campaign.ZELENSKYY THANKS NATO, EUROPEAN LEADERS FOR BACKING HIS PUSH TO JOIN TRUMPPUTIN SUMMITThe presidents failed to secure a ceasefire during the summit. However, both sides said they made good progress and planned to meet again.Trump scheduled a meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Monday, with other European heads of state, to discuss what was agreed to at the summit and determine next steps.Trump has signaled his intention to schedule a trilateral meeting involving himself, Putin, and Zelensky, or at least get the two warring leaders in the same room to negotiate an ultimate deal. Trumps envoy, Steve Witkoff, said the concessions made at the summit were substantial, particularly regarding Ukrainian security guarantees."We agreed on much more robust security guarantees, the Russians agreed on enshrining legislatively language that they would attest to not attempting to take any more land from Ukraine after a peace deal, where they would attest to not violating any European borders," Witkoff said.CLICK HERE FOR MORE COVERAGE OF MEDIA AND CULTUREBrennan pressed Rubio over the contentious Oval Office meeting between Trump, Zelensky and Vice President J.D. Vance, where the Ukrainian leader was "dressed down" after he openly mocked the idea of negotiation with Putin."What kind of diplomacy, JD, you are [sic] speaking about?" Zelensky asked, triggering a total meltdown between the three leaders."We gave you, through this stupid president, $350 billion. We gave you military equipment If you didnt have our military equipment, this war would have been over in two weeks you dont have the cards," Trump fired back. The conversation ended with Zelensky leaving Washington, D.C. early and an expected minerals deal not being signed though it was later ratified.Rubio, continuing to talk over Brennan, rejected the idea that Zelensky needed protection from being bullied and insisted that the White House and their Ukrainian counterparts have had dozens of meetings since the infamous meeting."We had one meeting with Putin and like a dozen meetings with Zelensky They're not coming here tomorrow to keep Zelensky from being bullied. They are coming here because we've been working with the Europeans. We talked to them last week The President talked to these leaders as early as Thursday This is such a stupid media narrative,"Rubio said.0 Comentários 0 Compartilhamentos 15 Visualizações 0 Anterior

"The SEC has had the same six schools win the championship since 1964. Same six. Not a single one has been different since 1964. Thats top-heavy to me. Thats not depth."Lashlee clearly doesnt just believe in his Mustangs to have more success heading into 2025, but he wants some more respect for the schools hell be going up against.Clemson, led by veteran head coach Dabo Swinney, was the school that beat SMU during the 2024 ACC Championship, 34-31, though Lashlees group was the favorite in the tilt at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, North Carolina.Lashlees quest to lead his Mustangs to more success in 2025 begins with their first game against East Texas A&M on Aug. 30.Follow Fox News Digitalssports coverage on X, and subscribe tothe Fox News Sports Huddle newsletter.0 Comentários 0 Compartilhamentos 45 Visualizações 0 Anterior

WWW.FOXNEWS.COMUkrainian designer predicts Zelenskyy will wear military suit for high-stakes Trump meetingUkrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will likely opt for a more formal look when he meets with former President Donald Trump in Washington, D.C., on Monday, according to a designer who has previously collaborated with the European leader."Tomorrow he most likely will not appear in a polo," Ukrainian designer Elvira Gasanova told Fox News Digital. " I think he will choose a black military suit or a military-style shirt with trousers perhaps a jacket."Having previously come under fire for his informal attire, Zelenskyy is likely to choose "a more serious look though less symbolic," according to Gasanova."After the recent no suit drama, he will likely approach this question differently," she said.EUROPEAN LEADERS WILL JOIN TRUMP-ZELENSKYY MEETING, SIGNALING SOLIDARITY WITH UKRAINEZelenskyy has at times faced criticism for his informal wardrobe, including during his tense February visit to the Oval Office. That meeting with Trump and Vice President JD Vance escalated into a heated exchange between the three leaders over what "cards" Ukraine holds and whether Zelenskyy has expressed sufficient gratitude to the United States.ZELENSKYY OUTLINES PEACE DEMANDS BEFORE HIGH-STAKES WHITE HOUSE MEETING WITH TRUMP"Why don't you wear a suit? You're at the highest level in this country's office, and you refuse to wear a suit," one reporter asked Zelenskyy at the time. WWW.FOXNEWS.COMFormer FBI Director James Comey confesses he's a 'Swiftie' in new anti-Trump video messageFormer FBI Director James Comey confessed in a strange video Sunday that Taylor Swift has been his familys soundtrack and a source of life advice on handling bullies. He also took swipes at President Donald Trump while bragging about a family "Swiftie" group chat and talking about how he blasts "Tay Tay" while mowing the lawn.Comey opened by accusing Trump of humiliating America alongside Vladimir Putin, calling it "a bad dream you cant wake up from."Comey said hes been to two Swift concerts and even helped relatives afford tickets.MAURENE COMEY, PROSECUTOR IN 'DIDDY,' EPSTEIN, MAXWELL CASES, DAUGHTER OF EX FBI HEAD, FIRED FROM DOJ"Im in a familys Switie group chat. I know all her music and I listen to it in my headphones when I cut the grass," Comey said. His favorites? The 10-minute "All Too Well" and "Exile" with Bon Iver."Taylor Swift has grown up with my family and provided us a soundtrack, really, as we've grown ourselves and learned and adapted and dealt with adversity and celebration," he said, adding that millions of families likely feel the same.Comey explained that at every stage of Swifts career, she has shown a way that resonated with kids, which also felt right to him as a parent, and she has continued to do that even as an adult artist.FBI DIRECTOR PATEL SAYS HE'S HAD TO DIVERT RESOURCES TO INVESTIGATE 'COPYCATS' OF COMEY '86 47' POSTComey said Swifts example helps him resist "bullies" without becoming like them. He contrasted that with satirical posts mocking Trump, which he called funny but also troubling."But I gotta be honest, it also leaves me with a strange feeling at times, because I don't want us to become like Trump and his followers," he continued. "There are far more decent, honest, kind people in America than there are mean jerks. And don't get me wrong, we have our jerks, millions of them."He accused the GOP of "stunning coarseness," while saying its a minority view in America.JAMES COMEY TELLS COLBERT WHAT LED TO HIM POSTING CONTROVERSIAL '86 47' INSTAGRAM POST"I am not an advocate for weakness. Of course, we need to stand up to jerks and defend what matters, but I think we have to try to do that without becoming like them, which is what makes me think about Taylor Swift," he said. "She's made clear that she sees Donald Trump for what he is. Last year, she urged Americans not to make the serious mistake of electing him."Of course, we're now living with the consequences of that mistake. But while our elderly makeup-covered president is posting about whether Taylor Swift is still hot and declaring that he can't stand her, what's she doing? Living her best life, producing great music and, as she urged all of us to do during the podcast, not giving the jerks power over her mind," Comey continued. He cited Swifts advice to treat personal energy "like a luxury item" and linked it to research showing rudeness makes people less happy.COMEY CLAIMS HE HAD NO 'DARK INTENTION' WITH '86 47' SEASHELL POST, ISN'T SCARED OF TRUMP"We can't stop people from being jerks. What we can do is stop it from hurting us, from changing us," he added. He then talked about the second time he saw Swift in concert, 14 years ago in Hartford, Connecticut.During the concert, he said, Swift sang a song, asking nasty people, "why you gotta be so mean.""I bet you got pushed around. Somebody made you cold. But the cycle ends right now, because you cant leave me down that road," Comey said, reciting Swifts lyrics for Mean. "Youll be glad I didnt sing that. Thats right, because down that road of unhappiness, nobody should have that power over us."The video went viral, with one user calling it "the creepiest video in the history of social media" and another writing, "Its truly mind-blowing this man served as FBI director."Comey has a history of provocative posts, including an "86 47" seashell photo that drew backlash and a "Vote Harris" shell he shared last year.0 Comentários 0 Compartilhamentos 53 Visualizações 0 Anterior
