Charlie Kirk confident conservatives are winning over young Americans after watching Dems' Gen Z summit
Turning Point USA founder and president Charlie Kirk lambasted Democrats' Gen Z summit held on Friday, questioning the apparent lack of patriotism at the event while guest co-hosting "Fox & Friends Weekend" on Saturday."Fox & Friends" co-host Charlie Hurt pointed out that compared to Kirk's annual Turning Point USA (TPUSA) summit aimed at young conservatives in high school and college, Voters of Tomorrow's Fight for Our Future Summit seemed to lack the authenticity that Kirk and his organization bring to the table."Well, also, you look at all the b-roll there from the Democrat event where's the patriotism?" Kirk said."Where's the American flag? Where's the Americana?"CHARLIE KIRK NAMES JD VANCE AS GUIDING LIGHT FOR YOUNG CONSERVATIVES, BUT SAYS GOP MUST DELIVER ON PROMISESThe co-hosts discussed a recently released poll from Pew Research Center that showed 52% of men between ages 18 and 29 lean toward the Republican Party, compared to 34% for Democrats.CLICK HERE FOR MORE COVERAGE OF MEDIA AND CULTUREWhen asked by co-host Rachel Campos-Duffy what these numbers signal to him, the TPUSA founder laid out his case for why Gen Z men are resonating with the Republican Party."This tells me that there's finally a pushback and a rebellion against everything that has happened culturally over the last five years," he said."I mean, you think of we had the lockdowns, but the other part of the COVID mess was all the wokeism that was just force-fed to our nation's youth. You can see a big split amongst Generation Z, and I think this is a very important point."Kirk added: "There is nothing less masculine than saying you have to sit home all day and not be able to leave your house, and you have to just stare at a screen," and made the point that the entire "COVID mess" led young men to seek out more masculine voices, such as podcasters Joe Rogan and Theo Von.Earlier in the show, Kirk mocked Democrats' decision to have former DNC Vice Chair David Hogg speak at the event, jokingly referring to Hogg as the "American symbol of masculinity."Later on Saturday, Democratic attorney and strategist Julian Epstein warned that the summit only reinforced that the party has a slew of problems and "no clear plan.""Voters don't like the sound of the Democrats. It's the forever grievance, forever obstructionist party," he told "Fox News Live," arguing that most voters don't like "woke" politics or the party's socialist-style economic policies.

Simple Japanese fitness trend could add 7 years to life expectancy, experts say
Recent fitness trends, like "Zone 2" training and hitting 10,000 steps a day, are driving the conversation around the "best" method of exercise, and what it means to stay fit without intense workouts.Japanese walking is one of the latest of these trends, although this form of exercise is not exactly new.Decades ago, researchers from Japan compared the benefits of interval walking (switching between fast and slow paces) to keeping the same speed the entire time.SIMPLE DAILY ACTIVITY COULD REDUCE RISK OF LOWER BACK PAIN, STUDY FINDSTheir findings indicated that moderate-intensity interval walking could protect against certain "age-associated" effects, including increases in blood pressure, weakening of thigh muscles and a reduced ability to exercise in the first place."You may be familiar with HIIT (high-intensity interval training) as a means to get an intense workout in a shorter period of time," Dr. Alexa Mieses Malchuk, a primary care physician based in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, told Fox News Digital."For some, HIIT is too intense; it can be hard on the joints, make people feel hungry and even trigger a physiologic stress response," she cautioned. "It can be completely unfeasible for people with low endurance or mobility issues."Japanese walking alternates between three minutes of fast walking and three minutes of a slower "recovery" walk over the course of 30 minutes.ZONE 2 TRAINING: THE TRENDING WORKOUT THAT BURNS FAT WITHOUT INTENSE EXERCISEJillian Michaels, a Miami-based fitness expert, previously told Fox News Digital that 150 minutes of walking a week has been shown to extend lifespan by up to seven years."Something simple like that goes such a long way," she said.In theory, performing Japanese walking for 30 minutes, five days a week, would meet the 150-minute goal. This approach is similar to Zone 2 training, which involves working at about 60% to 70% of someones maximum heart rate, Carmine Ciliento, a fitness manager at Crunch Fitness in New York, previously told Fox News Digital about the method.Zone-based training measures how hard the body is working and how it's using energy much like Japanese walking.CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP FOR OUR HEALTH NEWSLETTERJapanese walking is also sometimes called interval walking training (IWT).A 2024 review published in Applied Physiology, Nutrition, and Metabolism found that IWT has benefits for middle- and older-aged healthy adults, including those with metabolic diseases."Health benefits in populations with other diseases may also exist, but have been less investigated," noted the study. For more Health articles, visitwww.foxnews.com/healthWhile regular physical activity is one of the most important health habits, Malchuk pointed out that "exercise you enjoy is exercise youll continue.""It doesnt matter if you prefer HIIT, Japanese walking or something else choose exercise that is appropriate for your level of fitness, and is comfortable and safe."

How AI is changing the way you book airline tickets
Delta Air Lines, one of the country's largest carriers, is making headlines for its ambitious rollout of artificial intelligence-powered ticket pricing. Instead of fixed fares, Delta is using AI to make airfare more personal than ever. Instead of fixed prices, the system now analyzes your habits, booking history and even the time of day to predict what you might pay.By the end of this year, Delta aims to set 20% of ticket prices dynamically using AI, a sevenfold increase from just a year ago. This high-tech approach could result in better deals or higher costs depending on your individual circumstances and shopping habits. Let's take a look at how it works, why Delta's betting on it and what it means for your wallet.Sign up for my FREE CyberGuy ReportGet my best tech tips, urgent security alerts and exclusive deals delivered straight to your inbox. Plus, youll get instant access to my Ultimate Scam Survival Guide free when you join myCYBERGUY.COM/NEWSLETTERFOX NEWS AI NEWSLETTER: WARNING ON ELECTRICITY PRICESTraditional ticket pricing relies on fare "buckets," where customers are grouped into categories based on when and how they book their tickets. Delta's AI ticket pricing system eliminates static rates, instead analyzing real-time information to calculate what a specific customer might be willing to spend on a seat for each particular flight.Delta President Glen Hauenstein describes this as a reengineering of pricing, calling AI a"super analyst" that works 24/7, seeking the optimal price for every traveler, every time. The airline has partnered with Fetcherr, which provides the underlying technology and also supports other global airlines.WHAT IS ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI)?Let's be honest. Airlines aren't adopting new, high-tech pricing systems to make less money. Delta says early results from AI-driven pricing show"amazingly favorable" revenues. The airline believes that with AI, it can maximize profits by more precisely matching fares to what each passenger is willing to pay, based on a wide range of data inputs, from booking history to market trends. Delta's strategy is simple a price that's available on that flight, at that time, to you, the individual. If you've ever wondered why airfare fluctuates every time you check, get ready for even more volatility. Delta's system could theoretically offer you a different price than someone else for the exact same seat, calculated in real time by AI.Pros: You might get special offers or early discounts if the AI needs to fill seats.Cons: It becomes much harder to know if you're getting a "fair" deal because the price shown is purely based on what AI thinks you'll pay, not what everyone else pays. Some privacy advocates worry this could disadvantage customers who lack the means or time to search for the best deals, potentially charging the highest prices to those unable to shop around. We reached out to Delta for a comment, and a spokesperson provided CyberGuy with this statement:"There is no fare product Delta has ever used, is testing or plans to use that targets customers with individualized offers based on personal information or otherwise. A variety of market forces drive the dynamic pricing model thats been used in the global industry for decades, with new tech simply streamlining this process. Delta always complies with regulations around pricing and disclosures."GET FOX BUSINESS ON THE GO BY CLICKING HEREDelta's transparency regarding this shift has drawn national attention. Other airlines are already testing their own AI fare systems, and experts expect the industry to follow suit. Yet, privacy advocates and some lawmakers are voicing strong concerns. Critics argue that letting AI determine pricing behind the scenes is, in the words of Consumer Watchdog, like airlines"hacking our brains" to find the maximum price we'll accept. The legal risks are still emerging. While price variation based on demand or timing is not new, using AI for ultra-personalized pricing raises uncomfortable questions about discrimination and fairness, especially since prior research suggests that poorer customers often receive the worst deals. You'll notice airfare feels even more personal now. Every time you search, the price could change just for you. Gone are the days of universal fares. The AI looks at your browsing, booking habits and timing. You may see special deals if Delta needs to fill your seat quickly. However, the price can also increase if it senses that you'll pay more.Shopping around is now a must. You can use a VPN if you want to outsmart the system by masking your location and IP address. A VPN helps prevent airlines from tracking your searches and adjusting prices based on your geographic region. Quick decisions might save you money, but waiting could result in a price increase. Privacy matters more than ever. The airline learns about your habits with every search you make. Your digital footprint affects your fares. In short, you have more power and more responsibility. From talk to tactics: Trump pivots on Russia strategy to end war
President Donald Trumps approach with Russian President Vladimir Putin pivoted drastically this month when, for the first time since returning to the White House, he not only confirmed his support for Ukraine in a NATO arms agreement but issued an ultimatum to the Kremlin chief. The warning came in a clear message: Enter into a peace deal with Ukraine or face stiff international sanctions on its top commodity, oil sales. While the move has been championed by some, it has been questioned by others who debate whether it will be enough to deter Putins war ambitions in Ukraine. One security expert is arguing the plan will work, but it might take years to be effective.NATO CHIEF PRAISES TRUMP'S WEAPONS SALES TO ALLIES AS 'SIGNIFICANT' MOVE THAT COULD FORCE PUTIN TO NEGOTIATE"I think it will be effective, and he's going to stick to that strategy. He's going to continue to push Putin to return to the bargaining table and negotiate in good faith, not come to the bargaining table, make promises that the Russians don't plan on keeping," Fred Fleitz, who served as a deputy assistant to Trump and chief of staff of the National Security Council during the presidents first term, told Fox News Digital."That's something Trump's not going to tolerate," Fleitz added. "We will see this is just the first six months of the Trump presidency. This may take a couple of years to solve."But Trump campaigned on ending the wars in Ukraine and Gaza, which has proven to be more complicated than he suggested from the campaign trail. And not everyone in the Republican Party has backed his approach when it comes to Europe, including a staunch Trump supporter, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene."We do not want to give or sell weapons to Ukraine or be involved in any foreign wars or continue the never-ending flow of foreign aid," Greene said on X. "We want to solve our own problems plaguing our own people."Fleitz pointed to Trumps decision to directly strike Iran and argued it reflected Trumps ability to be nimble as a leader."He looked at the intelligence and realized it was getting too close, and he decided to adjust his policy, which was first diplomacy," Fleitz said."But Trump also specified something very important. He said to his supporters, 'I came up with a concept of the America-first approach to U.S. national security, and I decide what's in it," Fleitz added. "He has ownership of this approach, and he will adjust if necessary."TRUMP SAYS US WILL SEND PATRIOT MISSILES TO UKRAINE, ADDS THAT PUTIN 'TALKS NICE AND THEN HE BOMBS EVERYBODY'Though Trump had made clear from the campaign trail that he wanted to see Europe take a leading role in the war in Ukraine, last week he countered a major talking point from some within his party, including Vice President JD Vance.Vance has argued against arming Ukraine and said in an op-ed last year, "[It] is not just a matter of dollars. Fundamentally, we lack the capacity to manufacture the amount of weapons Ukraine needs us to supply to win the war."Trump agreed to sell NATO nations top U.S. arms that will then be supplied to Ukraine."We want to defend our country. But,ultimately, having a strong Europe is a very good thing," Trump said, sitting alongside NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte.Security experts have largely argued that the future of Ukraines negotiating ability and, ultimately, the end of the war, will play out on the battlefield. On Thursday, John Hardie, deputy director of FDDs Russia Program, told U.S. lawmakers on the Helsinki Commission, also known as the Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe, in a defense briefing that Ukraine needs to be supplied with long-range strike capabilities that can hit key Russian missile and drone plants.'TRUMP HAS CHANGED THE GAME': NATO ENTERS BRAVE NEW ERA UNDER PRESSURE FROM US, RUSSIA"Ukraine shouldnt be restricted merely to shooting down arrows," Hardie said. "An optimal approach will combine both offense and defense. Ukraine needs to be able to hit the archer and the factories that make the arrows.'"Putin will continue his unprovoked war so long as he believes its sustainable and offers a pathway to achieving his goals," Hardie argued. "By shoring up Ukraines defense of its skies and enabling Ukraine to inflict growing costs on Russias war machine, as well as pressuring the Russian economy and exhausting Russias offensive potential on the ground, we may be able to change that calculus."But Fleitz, who serves as vice chair of the America First Policy Institute's Center for American Security, said he believes this war will only be brought to an end when an armistice agreement is secured."I think there's probably going to be an armistice where both sides will agree to suspend the fighting," Fleitz said. "Someday, we will find a line where both nations will agree to stop fighting."Ultimately, he believes this will happen by Ukraine agreeing not to join NATO for a certain period of time, though with Moscows understanding that Kyiv will be heavily armed by Western allies."I think there's a way to do this where Russia wouldn't be concerned about growing Western European influence in Ukraine, and Ukraine would not be worried that Russia will invade once a ceasefire or armistice is declared," he added. "Maybe this is a pipe dream, but I think that's the most realistic way to stop the fighting."We know from history conflicts like this take time; peacemaking takes time," Fleitz said. "I think that over time, Trump is going to have an effect on Putin."

Biohacker warns America is micro-poisoning itself despite spending $5 trillion on healthcare every year
Gary Brecka is a biologist, biohacker, longevity expert, the host of "The Ultimate Human" podcast and a supporter of "Make America Healthy Again," spearheaded by HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr."I'm very committed to the whole MAHA agenda, very supportive of Bobby Kennedy's agenda and President Trump's agenda to make America healthy again," Brecka said.Brecka spoke with Fox News Digital in an exclusive interview about why the health of Americans is falling behind despite how much is spent on healthcare in the U.S.'BIOHACKER' REVEALS HOW LIFE PAST 150 YEARS WILL SOON BE 'INEVITABLE' WITH DATA-DRIVEN HEALTH CHANGES"We've become the sickest, fattest, most disease-ridden nation in the world. And we are the largest spender on healthcare worldwide. So I'm committed to having whatever influence I can on public policy so that our children have a brighter future than we do," Brecka said.Brecka spent 20 years as a mortality researcher for large life insurance companies. He left that industry 10 years ago and has since then committed to helping others improve their health based off his expertise.Brecka said he "started a chain of functional medicine clinics, which became one of the largest functional medicine clinics in the country. Treated hundreds of thousands of patients, mainly with lifestyle medicine, food, movement, reconnecting with nature, reconnecting with each other, targeted supplementation rather than for just supplementing for the sake of supplementing."Now, he has also been added to the co-chairmanship of the MAHA action committee.MAKE AMERICA HEALTHY AGAIN: TIMELINE OF THE MAHA MOVEMENTAlthough many consider America the best country in the world, Brecka explained how America is failing when it comes to health."We spend nearly $5 trillion a year on healthcare. And we lead the world in six things: morbid obesity, type two diabetes, multiple chronic diseases in a single biome, infant mortality, and maternal mortality. And the rates of autism are exploding from one in 10,000 to one in 34 children. Learning disabilities are on the rise, the highest rates of childhood cancer, the high rates of childhood obesity. And so something has to change."The studies show that America leads in these conditions mentioned among developed nations including from AJMC, The Cancer Atlas, and The Lancet, NCD-RisC (2024), Health Action Research and the OCED.Rutgers published a study in April of this year, done by the CDC, that autism rates have reached a record high with approximately 1 in 31 children identified with "autism spectrum disorder."Brecka explained why, in part, he believes this is occurring."We are slowly micro-poisoning ourselves to death. If you look at the greatest theories in aging right now and chronic disease, I think most experts would agree this is the theory of immuno-fatigue. And this is a slow progressive overwhelming of the immune system."Brecka said this goes beyond pathogens, like bacteria, viruses and pathogens that are known to get us sick.Brecka explained that our immune system works to keep us healthy and most Americans have had floating tumor cells at some point in their lives, but with the help of a healthy immune system, prevented these cells from becoming cancer. However, Brecka believes what is found in our food supply and daily items is part of what is making Americans sick."Heavy metals, mold spores, mycotoxins, parasites, pathogens, viruses, glyphosates, bisphenols, all of the... Chemical synthetic pharmaceutical compounds that we put into the body, that we have no enzymes to digest, that we have no system to eliminate as waste. You find ourselves bathing our cellular biology in toxic soup."RFK JR. SAYS KIDS 'SWIMMING' IN 'POISONOUS' FOODS AS DR. MARC SIEGEL CALLS OUT SICK CARE SYSTEMSome examples of heavy metals are lead and mercury. Although there have been lead bans and lead has been phased out of use since the 1970s, it is still possible to be exposed, especially from some imported products, and there is a risk of exposure from unfiltered drinking water.Mycotoxins are dangerous naturally occurring toxins produced by fungi. These can be found in peanuts, corn and milk products that come from containimated animal feed.Glyphosates are often sprayed pre- or post-harvest to manage weeds and dry down crops. Trace residues of glyphosates can be found on cereals and grain-based foods, oats and sometimes on beer and wine. To reduce exposure, some recommend choosing organic or non-GMO-certified foods and to wash fruits and vegetables thoroughly. However, the EPA says that glyphosates are "unlikely" to be a human carcinogen. A carcinogen refers to a substance or agent that causes cancer.Bisphenols are commonly used in the production of plastics and other packaging. This is why many advocate BPA-free-certified containers and avoid microwaving food in plastic. On this, Brecka said, "all of the chemical, synthetic, pharmaceutical compounds that we've put into the body that we have no enzymes to digest, that we have no system to eliminate as waste, you find ourselves bathing our cellular biology in toxic soup.""It's time that somebody stood up and said, 'Hey, we're not going to eliminate freedom of choice, but we are going to get known carcinogenic neurotoxic compounds to the extent that we can out of our food supply,'" Brecka said.Brecka said it is time to end corruption for a healthier America."We're gonna get the corruption out of nutritional research and corruption you shouldn't have in private industry, food, pharma. Or any other industry for that matter, determining public policy, and then benefiting financially from those public policy initiatives and privatizing the profits while we socialize the expense."Brecka said he believes RFK Jr. is "fearlessly committed" to the mission and "ratting cages" to improve the health of Americans."It is a myriad of things that have crept up over time, that our regulatory bodies have allowed to slip through, and the culmination of those things is devastating to the healthcare of America," Brecka said.Brecka believes it is time Americans saw a return on their healthcare spending."At the end of the day, America's a business. You know, we need to turn a profit. We need to get a return on this healthcare spending. And for $5 trillion, we're not getting much of a return."TOP TRUMP ADMIN HEALTH OFFICIALS SHARE VISION FOR HHS TO 'MAKE AMERICA HEALTHY AGAIN'The Make America Healthy Again (MAHA) movement has taken off ever since HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.s first pitch for a healthier America.MAHA aims to improve nutrition, eliminate toxins, preserve natural habitats and fight the chronic disease epidemic in this country, according to its website.Since the slogan's introduction in July 2024, many people including everyone from Trump to social media influencers nationwide have embraced the widespread effort to improve public health. In January, the FDA banned red dye called Red 3, or erythrosine from foods, dietary supplements and ingested medicines after being linked to cancer, as Fox News Digital previously reported. Food manufacturers have until 2027 to remove that dye from their products, while drug manufacturers will have until the following year.Artificial food colorings were originally manufactured from coal tar, while most synthetic food dyes today are made from petroleum or crude oil, according to the American Chemical Society (ACS) website. As the HHS noted in a press release in April, among the steps to be taken are "establishing a national standard and timeline for the food industry to transition from petrochemical-based dyes to natural alternatives; initiating the process to revoke authorization for two synthetic food colorings Citrus Red No. 2 and Orange B within the coming months; and working with industry to eliminate six remaining synthetic dyes FD&C Green No. 3, FD&C Red No. 40, FD&C Yellow No. 5, FD&C Yellow No. 6, FD&C Blue No. 1, and FD&C Blue No. 2 from the food supply by the end of next year."Watch Gary Brecka appear on "Fox & Friends" on July 28 at 6:50 am ET.

America's 'Cast Iron Cowboy' reveals why traditional skillets remain the ultimate cooking tool
Cooking is better when it's done in cast iron.Just ask "Cowboy" Kent Rollins, the New Mexico chuckwagon cook turned YouTube star and cookbook author who's become America's modern-day guardian of the old-school skillet.Rollins recently revealed his preference for cooking with cast iron in an interview with Fox News Digital ahead of his upcoming new TV series, "Cast Iron Cowboy." (See the video at the top of this article.)WHY AN OLD-SCHOOL CHARCOAL GRILL MIGHT BE A SUPERIOR CHOICE FOR YOUR FEASTFilmed amid the rugged beauty of iconic ranches across the country, from the Bighorn Basin to the Ruby Mountains, the show is said to capture the American spirit on an open flame."This is Mother Nature's kitchen," Rollins said. "We went from 101 degrees to 3 degrees in one episode."For Rollins, sometimes the oldest ways of cooking are still the best.Unlike Teflon or stainless steel, cast iron doesn't wear out, he said.Cast iron holds heat better than anything else and transitions seamlessly from stovetop to open flame, he added.FARMERS COME FIRST AS INITIATIVE AIMS TO LOWER THEIR COSTS, GET FRESH FOOD TO AMERICANS MORE EFFICIENTLY"It's something that'll last for generations that you can hand down," Rollins said."Nobody ever [writes] in the will, 'I'm gonna leave you my Teflon pans.' Why progressives fail homeless Americans and attack effective alternatives
In Denver, Colorado a city that prides itselfoninclusion, compassion and progressive ideals a Christian coffee shop owner has become the target of hostility; its notforwhat hes done wrong, butforwhat hes done right.Jamie Sanchez launched The Drip Cafe as an employment-training programforthose struggling with homelessness who want to rebuild their lives. More than just offering a job, the caf provides mentorship, structure and consistent support to equip team members to reenter the workforce and to attain long-term employment and stability.Butfordozens of far-left activists in Denver, ideological conformity overshadows the measurable good of helping the homeless of the streets. Protesters are regularly showing up at his caf, accusing him of bigotry and callingforboycotts due to his biblical stanceonsexuality. In Seattle, Andrea Suarez leads a highlyeffective grassroots effort to clear homeless encampments and connect the homeless into treatment and other services We Heart Seattle. In return, she and her volunteers face relentless protests and hostility from far-left extremists.HERE'S WHY HELPING THE HOMELESS REBUILD THEIR LIVES IS KEY TO AMERICAS FUTURE SUCCESSRather than encouraging their efforts, activists recently shoved Andrea into the street and threatened her with kidnapping. Apparently, they prefer to let their homeless neighbors languish in tents and addiction. It should not be lostonus that those protesting and even engaging in violence are not lifting a finger to help the people they claim to champion. Theyre not offering shelter, treatment or support. Theyre simply demanding more moneyforthe same failed policies that have driven this crisis to historic levels. Meanwhile, those doing the hard and healing work are treated not as partners, but as pariahs. This moment reveals something increasingly corrosive in American life: the progressive lefts unwavering loyalty to ideology over outcomes, with no regardforthe financial nor the human cost.Homelessness is a searing national emergency sprawled across our streets, endlessly debated yet persistently ignored.Cities like Denver and Seattle have thrown billions at the crisis, clinging to a rigid,one-size-fits-all policy approach rooted in progressive ideology.LEFTIST LAWMAKERS WANT TO MAKE HOMELESS ENCAMPMENTS A NATIONWIDE CRISISThis approach Housing First became federal policy in 2013. It provides permanent, taxpayer-funded housing without requiring sobriety, treatment or employment. Ever. In practice, it has become "housingonly."Passionately championed as the silver bullet to homelessness, it has proven to be anything but. Yet within left-wing policy circles, it remains unquestioned gospel, immune to scrutiny and divorced from results.Since adopting Housing First, homelessness has reached itshighest level ever recordedin our nations history, includinga 58% increase in the unsheltered population. In Seattle, unsheltered homelessness rose by 88%; in Denver,it more than tripled.Still, the left clings to the ideology. Billions be damned and outcomes be damned.Which brings us back to Jamie and Andrea.WHY BLUE STATE POLICIES ARE CAUSING EVEN MORE HOMELESSNESSTheir steady and steadfast hands have brought hope, stability and tangible support to people who are left to languishonsidewalks. They offer relationship and support, not red tape. Yet the progressive left condemns them because they dont wear the correct ideological uniform.Across America, programs such as these with proven track records of moving people from homelessness to stability through sobriety, job training, counseling and accountability are not just denied public funding, but they are systematically ostracized from the systems charged with ending homelessness. Why?Their expectations around personal responsibility sobriety, work and accountability are dismissed as too demanding by progressive standards, even though these very principles are the foundation of lasting recovery and independence.CLICK HERE FOR MORE FOX NEWS OPINIONIn homelessness, not unlike todays policy climate overall, ideological conformity takes precedence over real-world results, even if it means keeping people trapped in cycles of addiction, instability, and despair. It is cruelty wearing a mask of virtue.By demonizing those who operate outside the rigid confines of left-wing homeless orthodoxy, were stifling innovation and punishing the very people trying to help, while abandoning the vulnerable they serve.Jamie Sanchez and Andrea Suarez should be celebrated not vilified forstepping boldly into the suffering of their communities, guided by compassion, courage and a relentless commitment to restoring broken lives. They arent pontificating from the sidelines or waitingongovernment mandates. They are in the trenches, delivering real, effective solutions where bureaucracy has failed. In clinging to purity tests, the progressive left isnt just missing the point theyre standing in the way. Its sabotage. And its the homeless who pay the highest price.CLICK HERE TO READ MORE FROM MICHELE STEEB

Seattle climate activists are protesting an upcomingU.S. Navy Blue Angels airshow, claiming the jets pollute the environment, while a local woman filed a lawsuit on Monday claiming the military jets traumatized her ailing cat.The Blue Angels, the elite military aviation stunt team consisting of 140 active-duty Sailors and Marines, aims to "showcase the excitement, precision, and power of naval aviation" with their performances, now in their 79th year, the Blue Angels website says. The squadron has been performing at Seattles Seafair festival since 1972.The Airshow Climate Action Coalition put up a billboard in Seattle this week declaring, "Say No to Blue Angels." The coalition, made up of members from local climate groups as well as the radical global climate group, Extinction Rebellion, is planning to march and hold a rally on August 2 in protest of the Blue Angels airshow that weekend. The billboard depicts people with hands over their ears and others raising their fists in protest of the jets, which they wrote cause "war trauma" and pollution. At the billboards unveiling on Tuesday, protesters held signs reading "Demilitarize Seafair" and "No military airshows."BLUE ANGELS DOC SHOWS HOW INCREDIBLE ICONIC AVIATION TEAM, U.S. NAVY ARE AMID RECRUITMENT WOESThe climate activists are calling for military fighter jets to be excluded from participating in the annual event and demanding military airshows be scrutinized for their "harmful waste of resources, pollution and carbon emissions."Aedan McCall, who designed the billboard, lived on Mercer Island for over 10 years before leaving because of the effects from the show."The sheer amount of carbon emissions the Blue Angels create - 670 tons in one weekend - is immense and wasteful on top of being a big display of U.S. militarism, McCall told The Seattle Times.Community organizer Kimberly Larson crafted a petition calling for the end of the Blue Angels show, which has garnered over 5,000 signatures.CLIMATE ACTIVISTS LEARN FATE FOR RED POWDER ATTACK ON US CONSTITUTION AT NATIONAL ARCHIVESThe Blue Angels are also facing criticism from a Seattle woman who blames the noisy airshow for leading to the death of her sickly, elderly cat.Lauren Ann Lombardi filed a lawsuit against Blue Angels officers in federal court on Monday, claiming her "beloved family member was terrorized" by the Blue Angels' "state-sanctioned acoustic torture."The lawsuit claims the noise of the low-flying F/A-18 fighter jets spurred panic attacks in the cat, who was in critical condition due to her worsening congestive heart disease, and ultimately led to her euthanasia in August 2024.Lombardi accused the Blue Angels of unconstitutionally blocking her profanity-laced comments criticizing the U.S. Navy squadron on its Instagram page. She is seeking a court order to unblock her account and prohibit the Blue Angels from blocking any other accounts "on the basis of viewpoint."The Blue Angels did not return Fox News Digitals request for comment.CLICK HERE TO GET THE FOX NEWS APP

Bryan Kohberger shows cracks as families confront him in court: expert
From the moment he entered the courtroom for his long-awaited sentencing for the quadruple murders of four University of Idaho students, Bryan Kohberger projected what experts described as a cold, robotic presence.According to body language expert Susan Constantine, his frozen posture, sunken appearance, furrowed brows, and manic stare suggested a man attempting to control the courtroom with "covert hostility" masked as indifference. His mask at times cracked in subtle ways as he was sentenced for the murders of Kaylee Goncalves, Ethan Chapin, Xana Kernodle and Madison Mogen and listened to the emotional victim impact statements.BRYAN KOHBERGER TRANSFERRED TO MAXIMUM-SECURITY STATE PRISONConstantine told Fox News Digital that his body language communicated "emotional detachment" as he sat rigid in an orange jumpsuit and shackled ankles listening "intently" throughout the multi-hour sentencing.Body language expert and defense attorney Linda Kenney Baden described Kohberger as "an empty vessel filled with hate," telling Fox News Digital that despite his efforts to appear unbothered, his emotions at times betrayed him."Involuntary blinks, winces, breathing shifts, and occasional postural slumping," Baden said.In one photo, Kohberger was seen shaking hands with one of his defense attorneys, Elissa Massoth, who is facing him. Kohbergers expression is tense and composed, his lips pressed into a tight line as he maintains a fixed, forward gaze.Massoth, known for her work as a capital-qualified defense attorney, appeared professional and engaged at the moment, while Kohberger appeared rigid with his eyes piercing past her.As victim impact statements kicked off Wednesday, his mask cracked in subtle but telling ways, like incessant blinking, leaning back, and tightened jaw movement, particularly when his ego was directly challenged by the families statements, Baden said.In Aliveas victim impact statement, Constantine observed Kohbergers "rapid blinking" following each emotional jab.Kaylees older sister delivered a scathing rebuke of Kohberger, saying that he was "not profound. Youre pathetic."Constantine said that Kohbergers escalating blinking signaled "discomfort and ego disruption" as Alivea issued her "sharp and condiment tone with an edge of condescension and snarkiness towards Kohberger."IDAHO VICTIMS' FAMILIES TO ADDRESS KILLER DIRECTLY AT KOHBERGER SENTENCINGBaden called Aliveas statement the "star of the courtroom," saying that she had "rattled the snakes head off."Her takedown included rhetorical questions challenging his motive and intelligence."What were Kaylees last words?" she asked. "Do you feel anything at allor are you exactly what you always feared? Nothing.""You didnt create devastation. You revealed it, and its in yourself," she said. "That darkness you carry, that emptiness, youll sit with it long after this is over. That is your sentence."As Kaylees mother expressed that Kohberger "stole her peace," Kohberger remained stone-faced."When youmurdered my daughter, you shattered others. You stole my peace. You altered my every waking moment," she said. Both Constantine and Baden pointed to Kohbergers subtle shoulder tension and tightened jaw as Goncalves landed another emotional punch."I wish I could crown you with a jester hat," she said. "Go to hell."Constantine and Baden said that Kaylees mother's sarcastic jab at his "genius" status and calling him a "joke" assaulted "his constructed self-image."BRYAN KOHBERGER TRADED DEATH PENALTY FOR LIFE SENTENCE THAT COULD STILL END VIOLENTLY BEHIND BARSKaylees father, Steve Goncalves, physically moved the podium to confront Kohberger eye-to-eye. It was a "direct power reversal," Constantine said."The worlds watching because of the kids, not because of you. Nobody cares about you," he said. "In time, you will be nothing but two initials, forgotten to the wind."He called Kohberger a "joke" and described how easy it was to track him down."Police officers tell us within minutes they had your DNA. Like a calling card. You were that careless. That's foolish. That's stupid. Masters degree? Youre a joke. Complete joke," he said.As Goncalves "downgraded" Kohberger from criminal mastermind to sloppy coward, Kohberger leaned back, the only full-body reaction noted by Constantine.BRYAN KOHBERGER PLEADS GUILTY TO IDAHO MURDERS"His full-body reaction [to Steves statement] was indicative of discomfort, retreat or shock," she said.Laramies voice, though quieter, hit a nerve, Baden said. The body language expert noted that Kohberger winced and his "breathing changed" as Laramie spoke about Maddie.Laramie said the tragic loss of their daughter has left a "vast emotional wound" that will "never heal."FOLLOW THE FOX TRUE CRIME TEAM ON XConstantine noted Kohbergers "emotional void" as Xana Kernodles older sister spoke, declaring: "Her light still shines, and her voice will echo louder than this pain. You didnt take that from us. And you never will."WATCH:SIGN UP TO GETTRUE CRIME NEWSLETTERBaden noted a shift in posture as Xana Kernodles aunt offered an olive branch in forgiving Kohberger and offering to talk."For the first time, Kohberger slumped slightly, exposing his stomach chains, perhaps revealing fatigue discomfort, or unacknowledged remorse," Baden noted.Fox News Digita's Michael Ruiz contributed to this report.
