Three young girls were found dead after a devastating flood swept through Camp Mystic, an all-girls private Christian camp in Hunt, Texas.Anne Hunt confirmed to Fox News Digital that her daughter, Janie, was one of the campers killed in the flood. Additionally, A Voice for the Voiceless, a nonprofit that advocates for "the missing, voiceless and crime victims," identified Renee Smajstrla as the other deceased camper.A third camper has been confirmed to be deceased, however her family has asked that her name not be released.Kerr County Sheriff Larry Leitha said on Friday night that between 23 and 25 campers were missing. Younger campers, who can begin attending at age 8, are housed along the riverbanks and were the first to flood, according to the Associated Press.The National Guard was deployed in Texas to respond after heavy rain on Friday morning caused the Guadalupe River to rise nearly 30 feet in 45 minutes. Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem later said that members of the U.S. Coast Guard were deployed to assist in evacuations.Helicopters and military vehicles were used for evacuations. As of Friday night, 237 people had been evacuated, including 167 by helicopter.Texas deployed more than 1,000 state responders and over 800 vehicles and equipment assets, according to Gov. Greg Abbott's office. The governor also declared an emergency for 15 counties, and his office said that more could be added to the list."This is a time when we, as a state, need God more than ever," Abbott said in a statement. You never know what you might see on a baseball field.Duluth Huskies third baseman Ethan Surowiec fielded a groundball, as a baserunner, during the teams 5-4 win over the La Crosse Loggers on Tuesday at Wade Stadium in Duluth, Minnesota.The bases were loaded in the bottom of the inning with one out, and the Huskies were up to bat. Eight criminal illegal aliens were deported to South Sudan on Independence Day, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced Saturday, after what it called "weeks of delays by activist judges" that left ICE officers stranded and at risk."These sickos were finally deported to South Sudan on Independence Day," Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin said in a statement."After weeks of delays by activist judges that put our law enforcement in danger, ICE deported these eight barbaric criminal illegal aliens who are so heinous even their own countries will not accept them."The deportation effort had been blocked by a series of lower court rulings, which the Supreme Court overturned July 3, granting the Trump administrations motion to enforce its third-country removal policy. Jose Manuel Rodriguez-Quinones, also from Cuba, was convicted of attempted first-degree murder with a weapon, battery, larceny and drug trafficking.Thongxay Nilakout, a Laotian national, was convicted of first-degree murder and robbery and sentenced to life in prison.Jesus Munoz-Gutierrez, from Mexico, was convicted of second-degree murder and also sentenced to life confinement.FEDERAL JUDGE HALTS TRUMP ADMINISTRATION DEPORTATION OF EIGHT MIGRANTS TO SOUTH SUDANDian Peter Domach, a South Sudanese national, had convictions for robbery, multiple gun offenses and driving under the influence.Kyaw Mya of Burma was convicted of lascivious acts with a child under the age of 12 and served part of a 10-year sentence.Nyo Myint, also from Burma, was convicted of first-degree sexual assault involving a mentally and physically incapacitated victim and faced additional charges of aggravated assault.Tuan Thanh Phan, a Vietnamese national, was convicted of first-degree murder and second-degree assault and sentenced to 22 years."These are not just immigration cases," McLaughlin said. "In today's world, emotional intelligence is a strength, not a liability."Career coach Georgia Blackburn told the BBC that it's not out of the ordinary for people to get upset at work, and asserted that employers need to understand how to deal with employees who are feeling down."An employer that truly listens, shows compassion and understanding, is so much more likely to keep their staff motivated and happier in the long run," she claimed.Amy Powney, a fashion designer and mother, told the outlet that she believes crying at work has been "demonized" and refuses to apologize for her breakdowns."I just think bring back the crying, bring back the emotions," she stated. "Women in leadership should be able to show their emotion. I think it's a superpower. But when handled with authenticity, it can also be powerful. It shows that leaders are human and care deeply about what they do," she told the BBC.The CMI left BBC readers with four tips about what to do if they become tearful at work. They included: "Give yourself permission to step back and take a moment." Another suggestion was that "you don't need to hide your emotions." The outlet called for taking "a short break" if needed. And finally: "Managers and colleagues need to acknowledge when their staff are crying offer a tissue to them, don't pretend it's not happening."

He was signed as an undrafted free agent by theHouston Texans in 2011, where he played for three seasons. He signed with the Eagles in 2014 and rejoined the team again right before the playoffs in 2017.
