A Planned Parenthood affiliate went viral on social media after it encouraged "trans men" to get cervical cancer screenings for Men's Health Month.On Sunday, Planned Parenthood of Southern New England recognized Men's Health Month with a Facebook post urging transgender men, who are biologically women, to get the important health screening."It's Men's Health Month, and that means highlighting the health needs of ALL men," the post read. "Trans men are men and need cervical cancer screenings, too."The cervix is an organ in the female reproductive system that connects the uterus to the vagina. Adult women are recommended to get cervical cancer screenings every three years.PLANNED PARENTHOOD USING 'LOOPHOLE' TO GET MINORS GENDER TRANSITIONS WITHOUT PARENTS' OK: WATCHDOGThe Planned Parenthood post also gave tips for how transgender men can make these intimate exams "more comfortable." Accompanying the post was a drawing of a transgender character, topless with mastectomy scars on the person's breasts.The post drew over 70,000 reactions on the Facebook post alone. The organization turned off the comments but nearly 63,000 people who reacted "laughed" at the post.Planned Parenthood's press office did not return Fox News Digital's request for comment.OutKick flagged the post and asked Planned Parenthood if it believes that trans men are men and, if 'trans men are men, why do they need cervical cancer screenings since only women have cervices?"A recent report by a conservative watchdog claimed Planned Parenthood manipulates the definition of contraception in order to provide transgender hormone therapy to minors without parental consent. NEW REPORT EXPOSES BOTCHED PROCEDURES, POOR CONDITIONS AT PLANNED PARENTHOOD ABORTION CLINICS"Using contraception as a gender-affirming treatment is a massive loophole," the American Principles Project report stated. "Most statesallow minors to consent to these contraceptives on their own, and many statesallow minors to do so without even notifyingparents."Planned Parenthood pushed back on the report and denied it was violating the law."We strongly denounce the dangerous spread of disinformation about life-saving gender-affirming healthcare that is fueled by rampant transphobia," Planned Parenthood of the Pacific Southwest's President and CEO, Jenny Black, previously told Fox News Digital. Emil Bove forcefully rejected criticism he was President Donald Trump's "henchman" or "enforcer" during a Senate hearing Wednesday focused on his nomination by Trump to serve as a federal judge.Bove, a top Department of Justice (DOJ) official vying to fill a lifetime role on the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals, said media reports painted a "wildly inaccurate caricature" of him."I am not anybodys henchman. Im not an enforcer," Bove said, referring to descriptions used in headlines about him. "Im a lawyer from a small town who never expected to be in an arena like this."Bove served as a key attorney on Trump's personal defense team during the president's four criminal prosecutions. Bove denied the allegation when pressed on it."The suggestion that there was some kind of quid pro quo was just plain false," Bove said.Despite Democrats' concerns and concerns voiced by some defense lawyers who said they have had negative experiences with the nominee, Bove has some loyal supporters. No Republican senators have voiced opposition to him at this stage, a sign he could eventually be confirmed, albeit narrowly.In an interview before the hearing, Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche, Bove's longtime friend and colleague, told Fox News Digital that Bove was a "freaking brilliant lawyer."Blanche said reports that Bove was unqualified were "distorted" and that installing him on the 3rd Circuit was a "no-brainer."

New York Senate Republicans are urging Democratic Gov. Kathy Hochul to help Jewish New Yorkers potentially stranded in Israel amid the Iran conflict, pointing to Florida Gov. A relative unknown until now, democratic socialist Zohran Mamdani propelled himself to a stunning upset victory in New York City's Democratic primary after running on a platform that included a laundry list of far-left agenda items, including government spending, tax hikes on corporations and the wealthy and a slew of other policy positions deemed by both Republicans and Democrats as radical.Chief among his campaign promises has been his vow to redirect tax funds away from subsidies to private grocery chains to create a network of city-owned grocery stores, which he says will be "focused on keeping prices low, not making a profit."In a TikTok video, Mamdani said that his city-run grocery stores will "operate without a profit motive," instead of focusing on "price gouging" as he alleged some private stores do. He claimed that without having to pay rent or property taxes, these city-run stores will buy and sell at wholesale prices, centralize warehousing and distribution, and be able to offer New York residents lower prices than privately owned stores in the city."Grocery prices are out of control," he said in the video. "The job of city government isnt to tinker around the edges while 1 in 4 children across our city go hungry."REPUBLICANS USE MAMDANI BOMBSHELL VICTORY OVER CUOMO AS AMMUNITION TO BLAST DEMOCRATS AS EXTREMISTSAnother central tenet of Mamdanis campaign has been his vow to crack down on "bad landlords" by having the city take control of properties when a landlord refuses to make repairs or "demonstrates consistent neglect" of their tenants. He also believes he can fix New York Citys affordable housing crisis by immediately freezing the rents of the over two million New York residents who live in rent-stabilized apartments.To address the citys safety crisis, Mamdani has said he will create a new government agency called the Department of Community Safety (DCS) that he says will utilize "evidence-based strategies that prevent violence and crime before they occur." Among the new agencys top priorities, as stated by Mamdani in a campaign video, will be to expand gun violence programs, address hate and tackle homelessness. The agency would also deploy mental health workers to subways and trouble spots, which he said "will make all of us safer."He has also pledged to institute universal free childcare for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years as well as to raise wages for childcare workers to be on par with public school teachers.FORMER GOV. ANDREW CUOMO SAYS RIVAL ZOHRAN MAMDANI 'WON' THE NEW YORK CITY DEMOCRATIC MAYORAL PRIMARYOther priorities include his pledge to champion a law to raise the minimum wage in New York City to $30 an hour by 2030 and expanding funding for hate violence prevention programs by 800%.Another major tenet of Mamdanis platform is "Trump-proofing" New York City. He made headlines in March when authorities had to hold him back while he yelled and verbally berated Trumps border czar Tom Homan, who was visiting the New York state Capitol building.His website states that President Donald Trump's immigration enforcement, tariffs and other policies are "tearing at the fabric of New York City."Mamdanis website states that he will strengthen the citys sanctuary city apparatus by kicking ICE out of all city facilities and ending any cooperation with the agency, as well as increasing legal support for immigrants and shielding their personal data.His website further states that, as mayor, Mamdani will make New York City an LGBTQ+ sanctuary city and protect "reproductive rights."NEW YORK DEMOCRATS SAY MAYORAL CANDIDATE ZOHRAN MAMDANI 'TOO EXTREME TO LEAD'Perhaps even more controversial, however, are the policy positions Mamdani has previously advocated for but has not made central parts of his campaign.During his campaign, Mamdani attempted to justify the use of the phrase "globalize the intifada" and stayed firm in his support for the Palestinian-led Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions effort against Israel, calling it a "legitimate movement."He has previously called to defund the New York Police Department, though he has since stated that "police have a critical role to play." Following the death of George Floyd, Mamdani tweeted on June 8, 2020, that he did not want to reform the police but asserted, "We want to defund the police."In another tweet later that month, Mamdani wrote, "We dont need an investigation to know that the NYPD is racist, anti-queer & a major threat to public safety. What we need is to #DefundTheNYPD NO to fake cuts defund the police."In November 2020, Mamdani again tweeted, "queer liberation means defund the police."In 2020, Mamdani also called for the prison system to be dismantled, saying that it is a system that cages and kills those just trying to "survive."DEM MAYORAL CANDIDATE IN MAJOR AMERICAN CITY LINKED TO RABID ANTI-ISRAEL ACTIVISM: REPORT"As socialists, we believe people should not have to endure violence & coercion of a criminal-legal system that props up the exploitation of the market by surveilling, caging & killing those fighting to survive under capitalism," he said, adding, "We can abolish that system."He called on the New York state assembly to fight the construction of any new prisons and instead invest those funds in communities "that have been impacted by mass incarceration."Again in 2021, he said, "Our prison system relies on dehumanization and brutality, so the goal must be to abolish this exploitative system entirely. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., and Sen. Barry Morphew's lawyer said his client "maintains his innocence" after Morphew was charged with first-degree murder in the death of his wife, Suzanne Morphew.He was arrested near Phoeniz, Arizona, Friday after a grand jury indictment for allegedly killing his wife, who vanished during a Mother's Day bike ride in 2020. Morphew waived his extradition hearing during a court appearance Monday.Morphew's attorney, David Beller, told Fox News Digital Morphew "maintains his innocence.""Yet again, the government allows their predetermined conclusion to lead their search for evidence," Beller said. According to the indictment, Barry Morphew used "BAM" as a tranquilizer to sedate and transport deer on his deer farm.Suzanne Morphew's bike was found on the day she went missing in 2020 along a ravine along Highway 50 and County Road 225 in Chaffee County. At the time, Barry Morphew was working in Broomfield, Colorado.Text messages exchanged between Barry Morphew and Suzanne Morphew suggest there was an affair before she went missing.Four days before she disappeared, Suzanne Morphew sent her husband a text that said she was "done.""I could care less what youre up to and have been for years," she said, adding they needed to "civilly" figure things out.Barry Morphew filed a $15 million lawsuit in 2023 against prosecutors and investigators, alleging they violated his constitutional rights."Barry was the most scrutinized, dissected, surveilled individual, minute by minute, hour by hour, using law enforcement cameras posted by his home, phone taps and GPS devices placed on his car all during the time frame of her disappearance and the years following," Iris Eytan, Barry Morphew's former lawyer, said at the time.Fox News' Audrey Conklin contributed to this report.

"To be very clear, we don't see this as a case about race. The law applies to every person, regardless of their race, equally. Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a Salvadorian migrant who was erroneously deported to El Salvador before being returned to the U.S. earlier this month to face prosecution, was ordered to be placed into the custody of his brother should he be released from custody by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.Abrego Garcia appeared in federal court on Wednesday after the Trump administration challenged a federal judge's orders to release him pending criminal trial.U.S. Magistrate Judge Barbara Holmes said Sunday that the government failed to prove its case during an arraignment hearing earlier this month that Abrego Garcia was a "serious risk" of fleeing or obstructing justice if he were to be released pending trial for the criminal charges."Abrego, like every person arrested on federal criminal charges, is entitled to a full and fair determination of whether he must remain in federal custody pending trial," Judge Holmes said in her order. "The Court will give Abrego the due process that he is guaranteed."RETURNED SALVADORAN MIGRANT KILMAR ABREGO GARCIA ARRAIGNED ON FEDERAL HUMAN TRAFFICKING CHARGES IN TENNESSEELawyers for the Trump administration almost immediately appealed that order.Regardless of the court's order, Judge Holmes acknowledged her decision was likely little more than an "academic exercise," as it is almost certain that Abrego Garcia will not be released.She noted that the Trump administration previously vowed that he would be taken into ICE custody "subject to anticipated removal proceedings that are outside the jurisdiction of this Court."US JUDGE BLASTS TRUMP LAWYERS FOR 11TH-HOUR TACTICS IN MS-13 DEPORTATION CASEAbrego Garcia will likely be transferred from the U.S. Marshals to ICE custody, which the court will have no control over.If he is arrested by ICE, Abrego Garcias legal team requests he be detained near the Fred D. Thompson Federal Building in Nashville, Tennessee.Federal authorities have agreed not to deport key witnesses in the trial, and want the same for Abrego Garcia.Abrego Garcias team also asked that he be housed somewhere where he could meet with his legal team easier. However, Nashville does not have a local federal detention facility.FEDERAL JUDGE CALLS DEPORTATION OF SALVADORAN MAN IN MARYLAND 'WHOLLY LAWLESS'Holmes also noted she does not have the authority to tell ICE where to detain someone during pretrial.Abrego Garcia is expected to remain in U.S. Marshal's custody until Holmes decides if she can assign a holding facility. Her decision will likely come after both the defense and prosecution submit their opinions to the court.During Wednesdays hearing, Holmes ordered that Abrego Garcia be placed in home detention, in the custody of his brother, if he is released by ICE. If that were to happen, Abrego Garcia will be tracked using location monitoring, such as an ankle monitor.Under the conditions of release, Abrego Garcia will not be required to pay cash bail. He also cannot violate state or federal law, must cooperate in giving DNA samples, and cannot change any of his contact information, including his telephone number.Abrego Garcia is permitted to seek employment, must submit a passport to pretrial services, and will be limited to travel in the Middle District of Tennessee and the District of Maryland, and permission to travel must be granted ahead of time.Additionally, he is required to enroll in anger management counseling, cannot possess firearms or have them in his residence, is not allowed to use drugs without a prescription, cannot have contraband, must remain in contact with law enforcement and cannot communicate with any members of MS-13, Tren de Aragua or any other gangs.Also on Wednesday, U.S. District Court Judge Waverly D. Crenshaw, Jr. denied the governments request for a stay on Holmes order to release Abrego Garcia. In his decision, Crenshaw said the government did not make the "strong showing" required to justify the grant of stay.Abrego Garcia was returned to the U.S. by Trump officials earlier this month. Upon return, he was immediately taken into custody for federal crimes stemming from a 2022 traffic stop.Court documents show the Justice Department filed the charges against Abrego Garcia on May 21, prompting a flurry of questions as to when the investigation and impaneling of a grand jury would have taken place.Abrego Garcia's deportation to El Salvador in March was the result of what officials acknowledged was an administrative error. Still, it kicked off a months-long court fight to secure his release and return to U.S. soil, despite a federal court order, and a Supreme Court ruling ordering the administration "facilitate" his return to the U.S., which the government eventually did after months of delay and threats from a federal judge in Maryland to pursue potential contempt proceedings.In many ways, his case has become a national flashpoint for President Donald Trump's hard-line immigration crackdown in his second White House term.
