I'm so excited to share this experience with my family," she said in the "DWTS" package before her live performance."She's a hard worker," Alec told the "DWTS" camera while sitting in on Hilaria's rehearsal. "This was her life until she got injured, so shes just going to give it everything she has. Im proud of her, very proud of her."IRELAND BALDWIN CALLS HILARIA 'BAT S--- CRAZY' BUT CREDITS HER WITH SAVING DAD ALECS LIFEDuring their live cha-cha performance, Hilaria and Gleb shared an intimate moment in which they came face to face. Alec was seen clapping, but fans instantly noticed the expression on his face."Im crying the camera panning over to alec baldwin he does not want to be there," one person wrote on X."Alec Baldwin watching Hilaria and Glebs steamy Cha-Cha like That poker face deserves its own mirrorball trophy ," another added.Other viewers pointed out how the Baldwins always support each other."Alec Baldwin popping up on DWTS Hilaria hyping him up as always. "And then I broke my hip and all of a sudden I was in a wheelchair and I thought I would never dance again. I just closed that chapter. I closed that door.""So to be here dancing with [Gleb], specifically him, he's so about technique and mentality and all of the stuff that my nerdy dancer self loves, it's just a dream come true. It's so interesting, the science of how they pair people together, and I think that we're very similar in some very surprising ways."CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP FOR THE ENTERTAINMENT NEWSLETTER"Training at the beginning was like blisters on the feet, so I've gotten through that phase. You show up every day, and you work, and you focus, and you just do your best because the time is very short," she continued."We're accomplishing a lot in a very short period of time," she added. "All of the couples are. And so that has been, that's fun for me, it's play time. I think the hardest thing is my mind. To stay focused, you know, I'm somebody who sometimes I'm a little, I get unfocused, and so really staying present and being grateful for each moment is something that I'm trying to do rather than being hard on myself".0 Comments 0 Shares 1 Views 0 ReviewsPlease log in to like, share and comment!

WWW.FOXNEWS.COMHouse clears path for vote honoring Charlie Kirk, denouncing 'political extremism'The House voted Wednesday to advance a resolution honoring slain conservative activist Charlie Kirk, clearing the way for floor debate later this week.Lawmakers voted in favor of advancing the measure and a bill to avert a government shutdown in a joint mechanism known as a "rule vote."The rule was adopted in a 216 to 210 vote along party lines. Rep. Thomas Massie, R-Ky., who is known to be opposing the federal funding bill, was the lone lawmaker from either side to vote "present."Massie explained to Fox News Digital that he vehemently supports the Kirk resolution, but opposed an unrelated provision in the rule that blocks Congress' ability from weighing in on tariff policy.ABC REPORTER CALLS CHARLIE KIRK ASSASSIN'S TEXT MESSAGES WITH TRANSGENDER PARTNER VERY TOUCHING"Im a cosponsor of the Kirk resolution, and obviously I will vote for it, but shamefully they turned off Congresss ability to vote on tariffs with this rule," Massie said.Rule votes are procedural hurdles that commonly tie together unrelated pieces of legislation that, if adopted, allow House lawmakers to debate each measure individually before respective votes. The current rule's adoption means House lawmakers could vote on the resolution to honor Kirk on either Thursday or Friday.A vote on the measure to avert a government shutdown a short-term extension of current federal funding levels called a continuing resolution, or CR is expected Friday morning. It is not surprising that no Democrats supported the rule's adoption on Wednesday; rule votes traditionally fall along party lines and have rarely seen bipartisan crossover, even if the legislation they include has wide support from both Republicans and Democrats. And while Democrats are largely expected to buck the GOP-led government funding patch, the resolution to honor Kirk's legacy is expected to get healthy bipartisan support. The Turning Point USA founder was assassinated last week during a college campus speaking event in Utah. The resolution to honor him, led by Speaker Mike Johnson, R-La., lauded Kirk as "one of the most prominent voices in America, engaging in respectful, civil discourse across college campuses, media platforms and national forums, always seeking to elevate truth, foster understanding and strengthen the Republic."SCRUTINY INTENSIFIES OVER SECURITY LAPSES SURROUNDING THE CHARLIE KIRK SHOOTINGIt also said Kirk's "commitment to civil discussion and debate stood as a model for young Americans across the political spectrum, and he worked tirelessly to promote unity without compromising on conviction," and it called his killing "a sobering reminder of the growing threat posed by political extremism and hatred in our society."Both Democrats and Republicans have released statements condemning political violence in the wake of Kirk's killing.CLICK HERE TO GET THE FOX NEWS APPThe latter measure that advanced on Wednesday evening, the CR, will keep government agencies funded at current levels through Nov. 21 of this year if it's passed by the House and Senate and signed into law by President Donald Trump. That bill includes a combined $88 million in added security funds for Congress, the judicial branch and the executive branch.Conversations about boosting lawmaker security, in particular, had been ongoing but took on new urgency after Kirk's death.0 Comments 0 Shares 1 Views 0 Reviews

WWW.FOXNEWS.COMWorld champion American sprinter who medaled in Olympics joins competition allowing steroid useAn American Olympic medalist is going down an unorthodox athletic path.Fred Kerley, who won the 2022 world championships in the 100 meters, will be competing in next year's Enhanced Games, an Olympic-style sporting event that allows performance-enhancing drugs.Kerley is now the first track athlete and first American male athlete to commit to the games.CLICK HERE FOR MORE SPORTS COVERAGE ON FOXNEWS.COMKerley won a bronze medal in Paris in the summer in the 100 meters, while teammate Noah Lyles earned his first Olympic gold, and a silver in the Tokyo Olympics. He also has world championships in the 4x400-meter relay in 2019 and the 4x100-meter relay in 2023.The sprinter has had legal troubles dating back to last year. According to an arrest affidavit obtained by Fox News Digital in January, Kerley and his wife got into a verbal, and then physical, dispute on May 6, 2024, his birthday, when Kerley's wife was in contact with an "unknown person on Instagram."Kerley approached his wife aggressively, and she punched him out of fear, according to the affidavit. Kerley then "grabbed the victim, pushed her to the ground, encircled his arm around her neck and impeded her breathing." A probable cause alert was then entered into the jail's system, and he was subsequently charged following the January arrest. In May, Dania Beach police arrived at a south Florida hotel before 8 a.m. ET after Olympic hurdler Alaysha Johnson claimed Kerley hit her during a conditioning appointment for a meet. Kerley said he was "going to f--- everyone up in here up," Johnson reportedly said. Kerley was alleged to have hit Johnson in the face, causing her nose to bleed. Police reportedly said the injuries "were consistent with her statements."Kerley was set to run in the 100-meter dash on Saturday and the 200-meter on Sunday at the Grand Slam Track event during the weekend of the alleged incident. The event later confirmed that Kerley would not compete. Kerley had been booked on a first-degree misdemeanor charge.DOCTOR OF PHYSICAL THERAPY EXPLAINS WHAT TURF TOE ACTUALLY IS, WHY IT MAY COST JOE BURROW REST OF THE SEASONKerley was a part of the 4x100-meter team in Paris that was disqualified due to a botched handoff. Lyles figured to be a part of that team but fell ill with COVID-19 earlier in the week, which contributed to him falling short in the 200 meters, an event for which he had been the heavy favorite.Kerley accused the United States Track and Field Association of playing favorites by adding Lyles to the 4x400-meter team in the 2024 world championships.Enhanced Games founder Dr. Aron D'Souza has been critical of the Olympics and sport governing bodies in the past, calling them hypocritical when it came to natural sport and athletes' health and even claiming his event will be safer."For the people who say this is unsafe or unhealthy, Id tell them that the two longest-serving sponsors of the Olympics are Coca-Cola and McDonalds, the two organizations that have done the most damage to health in human history. Theres actually no doubt about that," D'Souza said in a 2024 interview with Fox News Digital."Fast food and fake sugar have done more damage to human health than anyone in human history. You can read the history books. The rise of McDonalds and the rise of Coca-Cola have been very much attached to the Olympic movement. So, when the IOC and its cronies want to lecture me about safety, I point to their own history."The Enhanced Games are set to take place next May in Las Vegas. Former Olympic swimmer James Magnussen, of Australia, is set to compete, where rewards of up to $1 million are being offered.Follow Fox News Digitalssports coverage on X,and subscribe tothe Fox News Sports Huddle newsletter.0 Comments 0 Shares 1 Views 0 Reviews

WWW.FOXNEWS.COM4 House Republicans vote with Dems to block resolution censuring Ilhan Omar for Charlie Kirk commentsThe House of Representatives voted along bipartisan lines on Wednesday to table a resolution to censure Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., over comments about Charlie Kirk.Four House Republicans voted with Democrats to table the legislation, effectively blocking it from receiving its own House-wide vote. A vote to table is a procedural mechanism allowing House members to vote against consideration of a bill without having to vote on the bill itself. The measure was blocked in a narrow 214 to 213 vote. The four Republicans who voted to table the measure are Reps. Mike Flood, R-Neb., Tom McClintock, R-Calif., Jeff Hurd, R-Colo., and Cory Mills, R-Fla.Mills had been facing his own retaliatory censure led by House progressives, but that effort was dropped when Omar's censure failed.ABC REPORTER CALLS CHARLIE KIRK ASSASSIN'S TEXT MESSAGES WITH TRANSGENDER PARTNER VERY TOUCHINGRep. Nancy Mace, R-S.C., moved to force a vote on the resolution Tuesday by introducing it as "privileged," a mechanism that requires House leaders to deal with a measure within two legislative days. It's part of the continued fallout from Omar's remarks made days after Kirk's assassination, which conservatives have accused of disparaging the conservative activist's legacy. She specifically faced backlash over an interview with progressive news outlet Zeteo, where she criticized Kirk's past commentary and Republicans' reaction to the shooting. She later accused Republicans of taking her words out of context, and she called Kirk's death "mortifying."She previously told Zeteo days after Kirk's assassination that he had "downplayed slavery and what Black people have gone through in this country by saying Juneteenth shouldn't exist."SCRUTINY INTENSIFIES OVER SECURITY LAPSES SURROUNDING THE CHARLIE KIRK SHOOTING"There are a lot of people who are out there talking about him just wanting to have a civil debate," the "Squad" member said. "There is nothing more effed up, you know, like, than to completely pretend that, you know, his words and actions have not been recorded and in existence for the last decade or so."She later posted on X amid the backlash, "While I disagreed with Charlie Kirk vehemently about his rhetoric, my heart breaks for his wife and children. I dont wish violence on anyone. My faith teaches me the power of peace, empathy, and compassion. Right-wing accounts trying to spin a false story when I condemned his murder multiple times is fitting for their agenda to villainize the left to hide from the fact that Donald Trump gins up hate on a daily basis."Kirk was shot and killed during a college campus speaking event in Utah.Mace introduced her resolution on the House floor Tuesday by reading it on the House floor."Charlie Kirk was a lifelong advocate for freedom of speech, civil political discourse and the political engagement of youth," Mace read aloud. "One day after the assassination of Charlie Kirk, Representative Ilhan Omar gave an interview on Zeteo's town hall with Mehdi Hassan, in which she smeared Charlie Kirk and implied he was to blame for his own murder."Mace also accused Omar of reposting a video that said, "Don't be fooled, these people don't give a single s--- about Charlie Kirk. They're just using his death to further their Christo-fascist agenda."Other progressives leaped to Omar's defense, including Rep. Delia Ramirez, D-Ill., who posted on X, "Babe, those are not direct quotes from Ilhan Omar. According to the APA, if you use a direct quotation, it must sustain your claim. The quotes you used are not Ilhans words, they are not in context and do not prove your point. Read before you tweet."It's one of several measures targeting Omar over her comments.Rep. Buddy Carter, R-Ga., who is running for Senate, introduced his own measure to strip Omar of her committee assignments on Monday.0 Comments 0 Shares 1 Views 0 Reviews

Ted Cruz, R-Texas, blasted organizations and individuals allegedly funding protests at various Charlie Kirk memorials, in addition to backing "violent" and "extreme" anti-ICE and anti-Israel demonstrations. In July, Cruz introduced legislation that would allow the Department of Justice (DOJ) to impose Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act(RICO) charges on individuals and organizations allegedly behind funding violent protests."I urge the FBI and the Department of Justice to do is follow the money," Cruz told Fox News Digital. "This violence, we're saying, the assassination of Charlie Kirk was horrific."It was a politically motivated assassination."STUDENT EXPELLED AFTER BEING CAUGHT ON VIDEO ACTING OUT CHARLIE KIRK'S ASSASSINATION AT TEXAS STATE VIGIL"This follows a string of politically motivated violence, including the Black Lives Matter and antifa riots of several years ago," Cruz continued. "Including the anti-Semitic riots on college campuses that played out over the last couple of years, including the pro-open-borders riots in American cities."Since the assassination of the conservative activist Kirk last week, local and campus police havearrested a number of students and demonstrators who have disrupted vigils and memorial events.Cruzs bill, the Financial Underwriting of Nefarious Demonstrations and Extremist Riots (STOP FUNDERs) Act, also addresses the violent anti-ICE riots that took place in California as well as theantisemitic protests that have plagued college campuses since the Oct. 7, 2023, attack on Israel by Hamas.TED CRUZ SAYS HATE SPEECH 'ABSOLUTELY' PROTECTED BY FIRST AMENDMENT FOLLOWING CHARLIE KIRK'S ASSASSINATIONAt aheated Senate Judiciary hearing this week with FBI Director Kash Patel as the lead witness, Patel agreed with Cruzs legislative targeting alleged funding groups.Cruz questioned Patel during Tuesday's hearing, asking if the FBI would benefit from "Congress passing into law the STOP FUNDERs Act and if rioting was added to the list of predicate offenses for RICO."Patel responded during the hearing in agreement with Cruz's assertion about the bill.President Donald Trump himself and White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller have also spoken out about groups funding extreme demonstrations.KASH PATEL FACES HOUSE GRILLING AFTER TENSE SENATE CLASHES OVER KIRK ASSASSINATION"They have organized drop points for weapons, organized drop points for gas masks, organized drop points for all the materials necessary to launch a riot," Miller told reporters Monday. WWW.FOXNEWS.COMPastor: Charlie Kirks graphic death was 'traumatic' as many Americans reconcile with lossThe assassination of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk has sparked sharply divided reactions, with some churches across the U.S. addressing the tragedy and the viral video of his shooting in their sermons this past Sunday.Ryan Visconti, lead pastor at Generation Church in Mesa, Arizona, told Fox News Digital in an interview that many people are finding themselves "mourning this in an unusual way," but noted that people probably had more familiarity with Kirk than they realized due to his expansive reach."As a Christian, Charlie was a brother in Christ, and so I think there is a connection there spiritually that a fellow brother in Christ, a Christian, was murdered brutally and graphically," Visconti said. "And how graphic his death was, it was traumatic. And so, really, all of us who saw those terrible videos are witnesses to murder. And that really hurts on a deep level, and it scars your soul."YOUTH LEADERS MOURN 'THE GODFATHER OF CAMPUS CONSERVATISM' CHARLIE KIRK FOLLOWING ASSASSINATION"What I would encourage people to do is, you need to know the hope and the comfort that comes from Jesus. That's where Charlie found hope, and that's where he got his strength from. And that's what he would want other people who are hurting to turn to in a time like this," Visconti added. The pastor said he knew Kirk personally, and that he previously hosted a rally for then-vice presidential nominee JD Vance at his church.ANTI-TRUMP VOICES PRAISE CHARLIE KIRK'S LEGACY AFTER ASSASSINATION, SAY HE WAS DOING POLITICS 'THE RIGHT WAY'Visconti touched on the fact that the murder has had an intense impact on Generation Z, as a large part of Kirks effort was speaking on campuses, including when he was killed."I believe that especially the younger generation who listened to Charlie and who at least appreciated his ability to engage people in conversation, those people see that he was willing to die for his beliefs, and I think that piques people's interest, and it causes them to want to know what convinced him that this was true? What made him so passionate?" he said."And I think people are going to look at what Charlie believed in a new light and probably explore that for themselves, and so I think he will continue to have a lasting impact for many, many years to come, especially with the younger generation."CHARLIE KIRK PAINTED AS 'CONTROVERSIAL,' 'PROVOCATIVE' IN MEDIAS ASSASSINATION COVERAGEFollowing Kirks murder at Utah Valley University last week, his casket was flown on Air Force Two to Phoenix, where mourners have set up memorials outside Turning Point USA headquarters and outside the Hansen Mortuary Chapel. The conservative activists celebration of life is scheduled for Sunday at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona, and President Donald Trump and Vance are slated to speak, along with other members of the Trump administration.0 Comments 0 Shares 25 Views 0 Reviews

WWW.FOXNEWS.COMFCC chair levels threat against ABC, Disney after Kimmel suggested Charlie Kirk assassin was 'MAGA'Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Chairman Brendan Carr issued a threat Thursday against ABC and Disney, suggesting he would take action over comments made by late-night host Jimmy Kimmel about the alleged Charlie Kirk assassin. On Monday, Kimmel accused conservatives of reaching "new lows" in trying to pin a left-wing ideology on 22-year-old suspect Tyler Robinson, even though prosecutors reaffirmed those ties in Tuesdays indictment."We hit some new lows over the weekend with the MAGA gang desperately trying to characterize this kid who murdered Charlie Kirk as anything other than one of them and doing everything they can to score political points from it," Kimmel said.JIMMY KIMMEL SUGGESTS CHARLIE KIRK ASSASSIN WAS ONE OF THE MAGA GANG DESPITE REPORTS OF LEFTIST LEANINGSAppearing on Wednesday's "The Benny Show," Carr called Kimmel's comments "some of the sickest conduct" and suggested there were potential "avenues" the FCC could pursue."In some quarters, there's a very concerted effort to try to lie to the American people about the nature of one of the most significant newsworthy public interest acts that we've seen in a long time in what appears to be an action by Jimmy Kimmel to play into that narrative that this was somehow a MAGA or a Republican-motivated person," Carr told host Benny Johnson."And I've been very clear from the moment that I have become chairman of the FCC, I want to reinvigorate the public interest. And what people don't understand is that the broadcasters, and you've gotten this right, are entirely different than people that use other forms of communication. They have a license granted by us at the FCC, and that comes with it an obligation to operate in the public interest," the official added."Look, we can do this the easy way or the hard way. These companies can find ways to change conduct, to take action, frankly, on Kimmel, or, you know, there's going to be additional work for the FCC ahead."ABC REPORTER CALLS ALLEGED CHARLIE KIRK ASSASSIN'S TEXT MESSAGES TO TRANSGENDER PARTNER VERY TOUCHINGCarr signaled that an apology from Kimmel would be a "very reasonable, minimal step" but also floated a "suspension" by the network as a potential remedy. He also called on licensed broadcasters, particularly those not owned by Disney itself, to "push back" against the House of Mouse and threaten to preempt its content if action isn't taken."Public interest means you can't be running a narrow partisan circus and still meeting your public interest obligations," he said. "That means you can't be engaging in a pattern of news distortion."While Carr refrained from flat-out accusing Kimmel of news distortion, citing the potential of a legal battle down the road, he did say an argument could be made that the liberal host had "an intentional effort to mislead the American people.""This is a very, very serious issue right now for Disney," Carr added.ABC and Disney did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital's request for comment.Kimmels comments came one day after both FBI officials and Utah Gov. Spencer Cox said that Robinson held a "leftist ideology" and was increasingly radicalized in recent years. It was also revealed that he had a romantic relationship with a transgender partner who was biologically male and transitioning to female.COMPLETE COVERAGE OF CHARLIE KIRKOn Tuesday, Kimmel took aim at Vice President JD Vance for "pointing his little mascara-stained finger directly at the left" as guest host of "The Charlie Kirk Show." Vance said on the show that most "lunatics" in American politics belong to the far left.CLICK HERE TO GET THE FOX NEWS APP"And by statistical fact, he means complete bull---," Kimmel reacted.0 Comments 0 Shares 14 Views 0 Reviews

Joe Manchin, I-W.Va., said he spoke more with President Donald Trump in the first two years of Trumps term than with former President Barack Obama during Obamas eight years in office. In his new book, "Dead Center: In Defense of Common Sense," released this week, Manchin outlined a cordial working relationship with Trump and a far chillier, less active back and forth with Obama.Manchin, who switched from the Democratic Party to become an Independent before retiring from the Senate last year, wrote that he considered Trump a fellow "outsider" when he arrived in Washington, D.C., for his first term and lauded him as the "most engaged president I ever worked with" since former President Bill Clinton.MANCHIN SAYS HE WANTED GOP TO WIN SENATE TO STOP DEMOCRATS' QUEST FOR 'RAW POLITICAL POWER'"From the start, President Trump had an open line of communication with me," he wrote. "I spoke to him more in the first two years of his presidency than I did to President Obama during all eight years of his time in office."He noted, "If you want to have influence with Donald Trump, you have to be the last person he talks to about a topic," and said he would jokingly ask that the president ensure he was the last person he called."Hed laugh, and wed talk it out," he said.He recalled his 2018 election campaign in the wake of Trumps dominant, 40-point win in the state. Trump told Manchin that he was being pressured to campaign against him and promised he wouldnt. Ultimately, Trump visited the state five times, but Manchin still came out on top.JOE MANCHIN TELLS 'THE VIEW' WHY HE COULDN'T ENDORSE KAMALA HARRISHe was later invited to the Oval Office to meet with Trump, where, in front of then-Vice President Mike Pence and Ivanka Trump, the president "blurted to his other guests, I told you we couldnt beat him," Manchin wrote.Manchin's relationship with the former president goes back to his time as governor of West Virginia, when Obama was still a senator. The two worked together on a coal deal in Illinois that had previously excluded West Virginia.During the 2008 election cycle, he said he invited both then-Sen. Hillary Clinton, D-N.Y., and Obama to come to West Virginia to campaign, but said Obama shook off the invitation and told him, "Lets be honest with each other my demographics dont work well in your state."NEW BOOK REVEALS WHAT OBAMA AND 'CONQUEROR' TRUMP CHATTED ABOUT IN VIRAL MOMENT DURING CARTER'S FUNERAL"But he didnt come, and that night belonged to Hillary," he wrote. "She made the most of her visit and won the primary by 41 points."He said their relationship became even chillier when Obama launched his "war on coal" with a push for green initiatives that targeted fossil fuels and states like West Virginia.Manchin argued that the Democratic Party had grown dismissive and lost touch with the working class as a means to reshape their agenda through a progressive lens. That led to a seismic shift in West Virginias political alignment, from Democratic to now largely Republican, he said. And in the process that began when Obama won in 2008, he said that rural states like his felt "overlooked and undervalued.""But thats exactly how Democrats handled West Virginia, and no one embodied that disconnect more than President Obama," he wrote.Fox News Digital reached out to Obama's office and the White House for comment but did not immediately hear back.0 Comments 0 Shares 13 Views 0 Reviews
